Hotel located next to the train station . Area is not nice but 5-10 minutes and you can be on major streets. Service was very good and surprisingly free mini bar was a big addition.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Europa. Easy access options to city center and attractions. Great variety of coffee shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Customer service was excellent, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back!

We went to Munich to attend Oktoberfest. We stayed at Hotel Europa which is approximately 3 km from the Theresienwiese where the festival is held. There is excellent public transit in front of the hotel, but we chose to walk to and from. Hotel Europa is well appointed, very clean and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel is well located with good transportation options and garage. Room was spacious enough even with a crib. Bed sheets could be renewed, visibly very used. Air conditioning… well we really could not figure it out, but it was not working. TV was set in Russian and azbuka - so also couldn’t use it. The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away. Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance. It was a good experience. The environment is elegant and peaceful. Location is bit far but I like the surroundings having small numbers of peoples gathering around street fodders at night . Located about 20 min from city center, but just outside of station of subway line U2. Reception isn’t the most warm and friendly, but ok. Room is spacious, generous coffee and tea supplied in room. Stayed here for two nights in a suite because we had our large German Shepherd with us. The room size was great but considering it was a suite, it did not feel in any way luxurious. Very good location. The public transportation are directly in front of the hotel. The rooms are large and quite, very good noise cancellation. The fitness room is really nice and we were lucky to have a room at the 7th floor with a nice view. Also pricewise I find it fair.

This hotel was the first one I stayed in with my recently born daughter. The made us feel very welcome and I found the "my first journey" kit for her really sweet. Located in a quiet neighborhood, short/moderate walk to restaurants/activities. Mattress was comfortably firm. There are many shelves to place your belongings. Bathroom is very small, 1 person can stand it there at a time.

The management is extremely chaotic. I gave the room card to open the door and found someone staying. Then I opened the door again and there were two people lying on the bed. I was afraid that someone would come in again while I was sleeping at night.

My stay there was short but very enjoyable. I slept well. They’ve got nice beds with all that goes alongside it. I didn’t realise when it was morning and fell like sleeping more. The receptionists were very receptive and professional, they also help and are available to client anytime without grievances.

The hotel is not very clean. The toilet seat clearly needs more thorough cleaning. It is difficult to get into the shower. Otherwise, the room is ok, good size. Keep in mind that there is a construction site opposite and it is already noisy at 7:00.

I stayed at this hotel for a short trip, and overall, it was an average experience. The rooms and bathrooms were functional, but they felt a bit old and could have been cleaner. Location is great with good access to the main train station. Rooms are lovely and breakfast gives a great selection. Only gripe is the lack of parking, there is parking using the train station parking but this is quite expensive and if you unintentionally park in the short term parking over night you can expect a €50 parking fee.
