We had a wonderful stay. The staff were attentive, professional and friendly to us at all times. We had an excellent breakfast in your restaurant. We love the location, so near to everything in the old city. My only small disappointment was that our view was of the parking garage demolition project. But the room was otherwise amazing and we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room anyway. This was our second time in this hotel. The first was in 2004, and it was also an amazing visit. We will return again for sure.

Next to a construction site when we visited this week. Not impressed. Service level v variable. Not your usual mandarin oriental ( Eg MO Bangkok or even London). Can only recommend u visit when Ms Lisa is at Orly Bar ( she was fantastic!) and u should have the steak while u are there. Good luck.

Since arriving the entrance, can already feel their amazing service. Been there so many times and still in love with. From the Bar, restaurant, meeting rooms and it’s roof top, never get disappointed. Thank you for the amazing time :)

Good service and quality food is not necessary anymore, it seems.
We were treated very unfriendly by some of the waiters. The Piña Colada tasted like a cheap and way too sweet alcohol mixture, the ones you‘d get a headache from after a party. We‘ve come here before but never was the experience so disappointing as yesterday. We loved the great view from the terrace, as always, but even that was a bit disappointing, as now there are flower bouquets and pink plastic flamingos unnecessarily blocking the view.

I was really happy with my stay in MO Munich. Brand new room, stylish, modern, perfectly functioning aircon, top cleanliness. In addition, the breakfast was exceptional. ideal if you are looking for a small boutique place in Munich.

Best in Class 5* hotel in Münich, with the best sushi restaurant ever. I only tried the restaurant, which for 2 with a bottle of wine came at more than 300€. Not cheap for Germany but quite exceptional, along with the service itself.

Real fur on the Christmas tree for the Festival of love? Embarrassing is hardly possible! Who must do so, as it would mean the fur and the associated (mostly ignored) cruelty to animals as a luxury, is poorer than the people who have to sleep this Winter on the road.

Stopped by for a quick 2nd breakfast - all I wanted was pancakes with coffee. All I got there was a nightmare. First pancake they served was raw - their second try was a single pancake not even half the size (order it as my main breakfast dish!) and they'd "recycled" berry decoration from the first pancake on it (not a very appetizing appearance) The blueberry pancake contained so much baking soda it made me feel sick for hours and left a dominant after taste. They don't serve any extra amenities like toppings or fruits. Coffee was very bitter.I was the only guest in the room and Chef from open show kitchen burped so loud I heard it loud and clearly on the opposite of the room A blueberry cake with maple sirup, an orange juice, a coffee - 30 Euro. I am used to get more value regarding quality and variation for the price - especially at mandarin oriental. Decided better not to stay the night there - far below Mandarin Oriental standard but service staff was very friendly.

Good bar. Expensive drinks. If you're staying in the hotel, it makes no sense for you to go there provided that there are many other ones around

We had a stellar stay. The check in was seamless and staff helpful. The minibar is all included with your room cost which is a nice perk. Also loved the beautiful flower arrangement and welcome treats. The roof pool is lovely and as we were taking a dip, the bartender brought us delicious refreshments. Even if you do not feel like swimming, go up to check out that view! The room was spacious and lovely. Breakfast was tasty, but my advice is to go early to avoid the crowds and for the best service. We reserved the Oktoberfest package and it was so much fun! They drove us in an adorable vintage bus and our guide was incredibly helpful and interesting. We met really nice people at our table. I loved our stay and had a wonderful time.
