Belle Blue Zentrum Hotel in Munchen

I know it’s budget but there was a disposable underwear wrapper in my bed and a croissant in the other room. Completely uncleaned. And the “sofa bed” comes without bedding and is just a normal sofa. Not recommended.

I really expected more from this hotel, but the entire experience was a huge letdown. The staff are completely unprofessional and clearly undertrained. They made mistakes during check-in by failing to check our documents properly — and instead of owning the issue, they blamed us and didn’t offer any kind of solution or compromise.

The buffet situation was just as bad. There were far too many guests for the space provided — we couldn’t even find a place to sit. What are guests supposed to do? Eat on the floor? It was chaotic and poorly managed.
Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Terrible Management

We raised our concerns multiple times, but there was absolutely no follow-up or feedback from the hotel. Management seems totally uninterested in guest satisfaction.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service, poor organization, and zero accountability
