It is a nice hotel, spotlessly clean, both my room as well as the breakfast room. It has a very nice design and seems brand new. I had a surprisingly large room and bathroom, with good light, a good light control from the bedside, and a very comfy bed. The gentleman at the reception who checked me out speaks eight (!!!) languages and is very friendly and with a good sense of humour, just as his two lady colleagues who checked me in.

Our room was clean, the hallways were cleaned, the check in at the front desk was easy and hassle free. The breakfast didn't offer a lot of options but they had the usual eggs, croissants, waffle maker, fruits and a few juices. Also there is a grocery store right next to the hotel, literally a 30 second walk haha. The tram 21 which takes you to the city center is right across the street too.

We’ve spent four nights for the Adele show. The room (122) is amazing, nice and well insulated. Very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Cleaning happens every day. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. If I return to Munich I will definitely try to stay here again!

Pretty far out of the way but you get what you pay for. Bus from U2 stop runs every 20 minutes and 40 at night. Staff was pretty inattentive overall and very unprepared for guest check in at 3pm, took them close to an hour to check in 5 guests while 2 employees sat in the back on their phones.
Room was clean, clearly had smoke fumigation at some point in the recent past and the water pressure was an EU 10/10.

Nice affordable hotel. Not ideally located, but surrounded by public transport options to bring you quickly to downtown Munich. You also have a few bakeries, stores, and restaurants nearby.
Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but rather clean and pragmatic by design.
Service is available, and the front desk will answer any of your questions. The breakfast option is decent, but dining options at the bar are very limited.

I stayed here on April 19th and checked out on 20th.
It's located in Eastern Munich. 15 mins from the Bayerische Landärztekammer by S-Bahn and 30 mins from Munich Central Station and Bus Station.
The hotel rooms are very clean and the bathroom and toilet are very hygenic.
The staff was friendly and polite.
The room Rates are reasonable for a night stay in Munich. I had the buffet breakfast with my room stay , it was good.

Changing the free cancellation time for guests on Expedia for no reason. Providing all the evidence does not waive the cancellation fee and will not consider this group again in the future.

Nice hotel for a business trip. The room was clean and well prepared with good sound proofing, we didn't hear any other guests even though our room was next to the elevator. The service is kind and helpful and the breakfast is delicious with a good choice of foods.

If you open curtains neighboors can watch you, otherwise you need to open light all the time. You can hear cough of the person who stay at the next room. There is a little closet, you can hit to tv because room is so small. Some of the receptionistionst are rude. They totally hate you if you don't speak German, maybe they hate all people i just couldn't understand. I don't wait too much from a hotel, but they ask 15euros if you want to checkin early. I would choose hostel instead of ibis 😀
