It is not even 3 stars hotel. The worst place I have ever stayed.
Zero cleanliness: Washroom stinks, floors are dirty, bed shits and pillows are not clean.
Stuff in the room is very old, something are broken like door handle of the washroom, shower broken, bad ventilation, bed mattress is very bad like give back pain.
Worst part is the pillows and comforter, very old and heavy weight.
Like you cannot sleep for even 10 minutes in the whole night.
You will feel your body in unclean after coming out of shower from this washroom.

Location is relatively good (10 mins away from S-bahn) with a very good neighborhood. LIDL supermarket is also 5-7 mins away walking and bakery and many diverse restaurants are close-by ( there is a very good Chinese restaurant nearby).
The hotel itself is actually pretty good for what you pay I think it’s suitable for the price you pay.
The only drawback that I could complain about is that the bathroom/toilet is somehow not fully isolated from the room (you could hear everything happening in the toilet + we were on the ground floor and could hear the sound of water flowing which down I guess whenever anyone above us flushed their toilet or something (which is a little but inconvenient especially during night, but nevertheless it didn’t bother us that much tbh.
- also the room included a big TV, but it was disappointing that the TV was not a smar tv and didn’t have any streaming services like Netflix. For me it would be better not to have a TV at all, rather than having an old TV without any streaming services.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The noise was unbearable — it felt like the walls and ceiling were made of paper. We could clearly hear everything from the neighboring rooms, and the footsteps from the room above sounded like hammering, shaking our entire room. On top of that, the bathroom was not clean.

I can't suggest staying at this hotel. The walls are super thin, so you can hear everything, which makes it really hard to sleep well.
The room itself was pretty disappointing too. There were noticeable damages to the bathroom door (which didn't even have a lock), holes in the walls, and scratches all over.
Plus, cleanliness was a big problem; there were spider webs in several corners, dust on the surfaces, and crumbs all over the floor.
In short, the poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness made my stay really uncomfortable.
If you're looking for even basic comfort, you should definitely find another place.

NEVER again!
Undemanding, dirty floor, poor equipment. The non-double rooms are on the basement level, with a musty smell, inadequate heating and ventilation. The floor was spotty, the ceiling was wet, the ventilation cover was incomplete, and the shower was moldy. We requested a room exchange after consultation, which was not, or only partially and later, and not as agreed. Some of the staff are phlegmatic and do not keep their promises. The quality of the breakfast varies, but the staff there were nice.

Off the beaten track. Would never go alone after dark. Lift broken and I had heavy luggage. No one on reception in the morning to assist getting a taxi.

I know almost all the Hotels in and around Munich and the Creo, the grey is the most hole, the Hotel is worn out office mattress has dents, shower with hardly any water, open lines, the room numbering=Postit missing part, the staff is overloaded and hear complaints anymore. Who was claimed to be something else bought.

No closet in the room...no WIFI...you have to pay extra for the Parking and the Breakfast. The only good thing was the friendly staff

Has met all of my expectations. Reception was friendly and uncomplicated. The Breakfast was very rich, the room (especially the bed) was new and clean. What you want for this price!
