Within walking distance from Karlsplatz station, this hotel was comfortable and convenient. The front staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained and reasonably large. I do not insist there was something special or unique about this hotel. But I had no complaints at all. At least for a business stay, I think this hotel is one of what it is supposed to be.

Great location. Other than that rather underwhelming. Rooms are typically small, noisy, and check-in wait was long. Main complaint is the pillow case that had a hole, positioned well visible.

Rooms were a little small, overall had everything we needed. We only were in the room for minimum time on our trip. Bathroom and shower were clean. Bed was bigger than some European hotels we've stayed at. Great location and the staff were nice and helpful.

Fantastic breakfast, minimalistic design for the rooms, and right near city center. The front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful! This was my first motel one and I absolutely loved it!

Ok location but a high price for what you get. Basic tiny motel room with bare minimum facilities and unfriendly service.
Rooms not insulated for sound, very noisy, poor good aircon in summertime. Iron made marks on my clothes.

Location:👍, Close 2 Marienplatz -10 mins walk. Staffs: friendly. Breakfast:👍 variety. Room: Cozy, 16m2. Cons: Currently the carpark is under reno + surrounding area has construction, a bit noisy.

Worst hotel have i seen before. They forgot what is hospitality. Personal on reception looks like in hospital. Very aggressive, no friendly. If you ordered breakfast it would be not guarantee because you have to make Termin in limited time range. As result big lines before restaurant. In normally restaurant or cafe not problem outside. Hier there a lot of restrictions. Easily flight abroad than take there breakfast.
