Hotel Moosbichl

Horrible experience, extremely difficult to get a response from the personnel, they were also unwilling to reschedule / return money

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

We had 2 double rooms but the second one was not a double room basically it was a 1.5 room so we asked to change room and they put us in the most disgusting room that I have ever seen.There were giant spider webs at the roof, the walls were full of mould, the bed sheets had blood stains, the bathroom was to small and the shower sink was not working so we had to wait about 20 minutes for the water to go down in order to have both shower. When it came to sleep we realised that the pillows we had was some huge pillows for couches and definitely not for sleep so if you try to sleep your neck will be destroyed after a few hours. The walls are also very thin and you hear everything from the outside and the other rooms. But the worst thing is that there was not heating. It was the 3rd of September outside it was like 13 degrees Celsius it was raining and the walls were wet and it was freezing inside our room but at the reception told us that the heating is working from October but when we booked this place from booking.com they said.they had heating and they told me that I had to look at the weather forecast and take some heavy clothes but the thing is that when you go to sleep in a hotel that you have paid 70 euros you are not supposed I think to wear the skiing equipment. So they didn't turn the heating on both our throats were dead after sleep, booking.com didn't refund us, the hotel denied to give us our money back.

Hotel is substandard. No air condition, no elevator, bathroom is way too small.

Room with small table, big enough for laptop... If so.

Hall/stairway has bad smell, mix of humidity and mites. Hotel is located in old house, squeaky floors etc.

Value for the money is really bad, even for Munich.

The last Descending. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a room on the quick and had to stay in this "HOTEL". Staff interested, unfriendly and not at the customers. The room is grey. In my first room the bed from old age broke down when I wanted to lie down. In the next room, no shower, no Toilet. Everything on the gear. For the whole of the floor is a toilet and a shower!
The decor is pieced atrocious, likely to be on the bulky waste is found. On the mirror in my room and dust piles from installing the lamp. To my question at the reception when the lamp is attached to had been not been so long ago, you know.
Anywhere Air fresheners in the outlets, extremely Intrusive, and a headache causing fragrance in the whole house. To cover probably the otherwise musty smell. All of these spaces with stuff. The Breakfast room is a wild hodgepodge of old antlers, moose heads, Buddhas, and everything you can think of.
And for Breakfast there is then oven-baked rolls with sausage and cheese from the Discounter...
And yet so many more problems. The photos seem to be from another Hotel
Never again!

I can endorse the previous reviews.
I call it just accommodation, this has the best times behind itself. Have no Problem with toilets or showers on the corridor, depending on the price of the Stay. But when I go to the toilet, whether large or small Session, I expect you to wash a sink for hands or hand sanitizer to disinfect !! With 5 rooms and a bathroom I would leave that to the imagination of the reader what I mean.
In my room there is a door to a room out of curiosity looked at was uch purely what I found true a Bicycle tire beer cans and other stuff.
Sorry, you don't call the Hotel.

Just not in THIS Hotel ( tavern ) !!!!!!!

A few weeks ago, I booked the Hotel Moosbichl for 4 Nights. I asked for written confirmation. You wrote back immediately what is the total covered costs. We confirmed by e-mail the booking of 2 rooms and asked for a written confirmation.
Then we heard some time nothing more.

After about 7 days, I called the Hotel and asked for a written confirmation. We were assured that our booking received by mail and everything was in order.
I asked anyway, with a written confirmation.

A week later I called again and now the Lord said to me on the other end that he could not read, and I should call again!!!

To reach 2 days later, a renewed attempt someone Competent. Again the note that it was not for bookings in charge, we should get back on the phone.

3 days before the arrival date back a call. Now, you told us that the Boss spent in the hospital, and without you nothing was possible!!!???
It would be all right but we should not Worry.

The day of arrival!!
Fees 20pm in the evening, I called the Hotel to inform you that we are still in Munich and against 22 o'clock the Hotel would arrive.
They asked for our names and found that we had not booked in this Hotel, it was everything occupied. We would never have booked with them.
You could not apply that they told us that everything is fine and we do not need to Worry!!!

I was angry and horrified, what now??

After a long Research we found, fortunately, is still a Hotel!!
As we stood in front of the Hotel Moosbichl, we found that it was NOT living well in this Hotel, it looked pretty run down.

Well, what can we learn from this:
Always get a written booking confirmation.

This Hotel we can recommend to anyone....,
...but I think that where it doesn't matter. The Hotel is always fully booked, Munich...

The last dump. In Addition, Cobwebs. Shower in the corridor. Toilet on the corridor. Nothing more since 10 years, let alone painted or new furniture. All the furniture are battered and have any traces of fire. Cell phone charging? Only if you pull the TV from the plug, because there is no available outlet. No towel racks, so wet towels on the bed. The table is so small that a Notebook fits on it.
The hair dryer from the 1-Euro-screwed-Shop, so that nobody steals. In the cabinets you do not grants to voluntary his stuff. Everywhere the scent of rum, so that it smells everywhere artificially.
A star was awarded, the the Hotel is conveniently located.

I warn everyone against this Flophouse. The Breakfast room is littered with ancient dusty Jagsdtrophäen. The whole Hotel is dirty and smelly. It just does nothing, for example, the showers are not defect, light bulbs, chairs are made of glue, TV from the 80-ies, crooked and creaky floors, worn and dirty carpets.
Conclusion: You should close the Hotel and tear it down. It was the worst
Hotel - world - in I have ever been to.
The staff, except the lady of the Breakfast - very rude and insolent.
Respect for Prepayment, Only see and then immediately leave!!!!!!!!!!
