Decent Hotel based on price and quality.
We had a bit of a rude receptionist at the start of our stay, all though the other staff were kind and helping.
The first view you get of the hotel is the outside white painted building, with no character. Once you go in and take the elevator to your room, you will notice that the lift is very outdated which can put you off.
However, the room is very spacious with a large bathroom, tub, bed and terrace. You will also get an empty mini bar. Room was Nicely decorated too.
We were disappointed on the lack of an air conditioner, you get a small table fan as your heat relief.
Breakfast was really good, the variety is small but it was very hearty and delicious. Me and my partner are falling for pretzels.
Distance from any location is very accesible, trams, buses, trains… About 10 minutes walk to the center.

⚠️I will never suggest this place to anyone for the rude stuff and not available one⚠️Furthermore the rooms are different from the picture that are on the websites. I stayed in the hotel from the 2nd until the 4th of August, when I have arrived I had booked two days but I wanted to stay only one day so I asked to the desk if it was possible (at that moment I was still able to cancel the booking). I have received a yes and so I went to bed. The day after, I went and I asked to the desk that I was going to pay one night but the girl at the desk answered me with tunes and ways not acceptable if you are talking with a client. The breakfast in nothing special at all, not worth it the money and the hot water in the shower is not working all the times. But as I said the worst thing was the stuff, thee desk in particular

A great hotel in a convenient location. Walking distance to the city center. Nice rooms. There is parking for cars for an additional fee. It is better to have breakfast not in the basement, but in the restaurant next to the reception. You'll get more pleasure this way.

It is a 5-minute walk from Hackerbrücke train station and bus terminal, and a 10-minute walk from the Central train station. The location is nice. Breakfast was nice. Hotel staff were very helpful. We had a small problem with heating, but they helped us immediately and did not inconvenience us. We thank you for everything. We will choose it again when we come again. Thank you.

Fab hotel ive no idea what other people are talking about who have posted sub optimal views....if you want top star quality rooms with aircon etc etc pick a Branded hotel .
Rooms were specious,clean plenty of sockets and a fan if required ....bathroom was good as well....once we had opened the stop cocks a little more...worked that out ourselves.
Breakfast was great catering for most tastes I would say ..all you could eat and the coffee was fab too.I guess if they had a stronger British style tea then that would be a good idea.I recommend Yorkshire,Twinings 1706 or Cornish smugglers if the staff look at this.
The guy at the check in was incredibly helpful and very good humoured...he would have to be with my German...lol.

Friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Rooms cleaned daily.
No facilities in room for tea/coffee.
Continental breakfast along with scrambled egg and hot meats/bockwürst.

The bedroom was too warm and had no air conditioning. The mattress was so soft, making my back sore.

Buyer beware: NO AIR CONDITIONING!!
I had an international flight cancellation that stranded me in Munich in August so I booked this (non-refundable) room in a hurry. With such high reviews (in 2022 in a modern city) it didn't even cross my mind there wouldn't have air conditioning. Well, here I am sweltering in my room at 23:00. The windows open to a very loud and busy street through which mosquitos will fly and eat you alive. Apparently there is supposed to be a portable fan in each room - but when my room was missing one I was just told "sorry there's nothing we can do" by the front desk. Mosquito repellant at least? Nope, they don't have that either.
Also there is no iron and only one pillow with about ten feathers in it on my bed. Fantastic.

Nice service, clean, good breakfast, balcony in the room, perfect location ❤️
One minus - two single mattress on double bed. For couple is uncomfortable, especially if in our reservation we mention about ONE double bed with ONE mattress.

My 2500 euro was stolen here. Be careful. There is no camera which is watching the rooms.
