I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional assistance we received. My wife accidentally left her wallet and some important identity documents in the room's safe while we were already on a three-hour train ride to Berlin.

After realizing this, we called the hotel, and the team quickly retrieved all of our belongings and arranged to have them couriered to our next destination. Despite the poor phone connection on the train, Andrea, the Assistant Front Office Manager, was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She also assured me that she would send us the tracking number once the package was handed over to the courier.

This level of service exceeded our expectations, and we are truly grateful for the professionalism and care shown by this hotel.

Perfect location for our stay for both business and some site seeing. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the service was impeccable. A bit on the pricey side, but that's what happens during the European Cup, I guess...

The hotel is either new or recently renovated. It’s pretty much immaculate.
Rooms are pretty small but more than adequate. As seems to be true pretty much everywhere in Europe, room temperature is not very adjustable downward very far; in warm weather the room may seem a little warmer than you might be used to due to concern for environmental issues. Though the windows can be opened, the streets are pretty noisy between about 0530 (5:30 a.m.) and 2300 (11 p.m.).
The staff were unfailingly polite and happy to help. Reception is staffed full-time, and both they, and the staff of The Flave, the house bar, are happy to suggest places to go and do. Food and drink at The Flave were varied and excellent.
The train system are about a 5 minute walk.
Highly recommended!

The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I forgot one of my wireless earbuds in the room and didn't notice till I had already checked out and left town. I called the hotel and they searched the room immediately and let me know they found it. After it was found we arranged for them to mail it to me. Thanks to their help I got it back and didn't have to spend 200 dollars on a new pair. Throughout the whole process they were very friendly polite and helpful. Truly went above and beyond what is expected of a hotel and I very highly recommend this place for that reason.

Great hotel. Clean and quiet rooms, super friendly staff, lovely terrasse, tram station close by and if you are lucky and get a room that faces South, you will even see the Alps at the horizon on sunny days. Definitely worth booking

We loved this hotel. Clean, comfy, modern. Sandra at the front desk was very helpful (thank you!) despite of our unexpected experience with required COVID-19 tests (which we found out when we arrived). We would like to come back.
