The rooms were small, we requested twin rooms and got double rooms (4 girls). The older male receptionist was so rude and condescending. He was not friendly or helpful in any way. Good choice at breakfast and the staff there were lovely and helpful.

As a recurring customer, I made again a booking last week. I arrived around midnight w/o letting them know in advance. Arrived in the night, called the on-call service number...not serviced. Needed to find another hotel. Called them today for a goodwill solution, got nothing but stupid allegations to me... sorry guys that's not right. If you decide to keep my money, although not serviced, that's fine as the contract is saying that. But stay polite...Anyhow, you lost me as a recurring customer, for sure...

A delightful quiet hotel that was near my son’s place outside Munich, I highly recommend. Quiet, clean very nice rooms absolutely delicious breakfast not one negative word to say. 2 Thumbs Way up.

It‘s a good and decent hotel at a good location. Service was excellent, very friendly. Rooms are very small and clean. Breakfast was decent and more than enough.

Small hoyel near the Waldfriedhof , Modern rooms, a bit dated, no air condition, restarant on the ground floor . Very nice breakfast room with ample Biffet sTyle choices, Extremely fiendly service, a pleasure to have been there. The restaurant for dinner was only soso. Near the Autobahn, secure parking, elevator.

We feel ripped off by this hotel. Our flight to Munich was canceled due to heavy snowfall with the city airport closed and no possibility of arriving. We wrote to the hotel to communicate the situation and also through Booking, but the hotel still charged us as if we had canceled because we did not want to go. In addition to not being able to enjoy the vacation in the city, we had to pay for not being able to go. As I said, a scam. They don't care if the cancellation was for reasons beyond the control of the traveler, they will charge you the same. Surely if we go to Munich, we will not go to this hotel.

Handy location close to the metro. Good value during Oktoberfest. Staff spoke great English on reception. There was a bit of communication breakdown on the bill and leaving but all got sorted remotely, next time I'd pay on arrival. Room size was good but no AC. Thankfully it wasn't too hot at night. Breakfast was nice but a little limited for English tourists. We loved Munchen and the Oktoberfest was great fun. Interesting to see all the traditional outfits and the beautiful building's. I'm really interested in visiting Bavaria again and would use this hotel as a base again for a slightly longer stay

Their website & booking.com both say they have laundry but when we asked the older gentleman working the front desk he said due to oktoberfest they weren't able to do our laundry. This is over a 4 day period. Weird especially because their website says bring it down daily before 9AM to be done.
He honestly just seemed inconvenienced for us even asking him this question. Maybe they should remove it from their website.
Also the walls are paper thin & heard loud bangs and scratching from housekeeping & hotel staff early morning every day of our stay

The location is very convenient for those who travel by car like us because it is outside the city traffic and has private parking; the metro is an 8 minute walk away and takes you directly to the square in 12 minutes. very kind staff. good buffet breakfast. I found it a little dated, but helpful for visiting but I recommend visiting the city!
