I only stayed for one night as I was on my way to Austria, so I can't say much beyond my experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff welcomed us very warmly. The hotel is just a few steps from Munich Central Station. Perfect for train travel.

The room was very nice.
Only issue was that my shower was poor, and I was supposed to get a bottle of water but they forgot to leave me with one.

Great location in the heart of Munich, a cross the street from the train station, tunnels to access only steps away, spacious rooms with all the amenities. Great spot to kick of exploring Munich on foot. Checkout my other posts of cool places to visit.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the historic center and the central station, just a few minutes walk. It is surrounded by restaurants and places to shop. The staff was very friendly all time, helping with our questions. Despite being very close to the center city, the room was big.

Excellent hotel. Front desk was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. They have air conditioning which was a relief from the heat. Our daughter left a stuffed animal and they shipped it home for us. What great service!!

Airconditioning was broken 3/4 nights, 4th night we were told it was 'fixed' but it only managed to get down to 25°C even after several hours. Last day there, the elevators weren't working either. They do provide 2 bottles of lightly sparkling water for free, though, if you like that. And reception loans out umbrellas

The decor is kind of weird and the rooms are small, but everything is nice and there are restaurants around it.

The hotel is near the Hbf station, and the man in the reception is very kind. He is very welcoming and told us the good restaurants. The TV is awesome and even there is a kettle. That could not be better. Strongly suggest!

Very good location, 2-3 minutes walk to main station and 15 minutes walk to city center (Marienplatz). Friendly and 24/7 service staffs with reasonable price. Not much rooms means no noisy travel groups. Highly recommend.
