Conveniently located between two U-bahn stops (5 min walk each) Very nice and safe neighborhood. Hotel staffs were welcoming, polite and ever helpful. The room size is ideal, bathroom is much larger than similar hotels. The breakfast is fairly satisfying. This hotel is a perfect choice for business trips and short holidays.

Good Budgeted hotel with wise location, easily accessible via Bus and other public transport. Being an Indian, quite comfortable as Taj Mahal Restaurant was right across the road. Overall good space for stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, appreciating both the quality of the rooms and the attentive service. The accommodations were comfortable and well-kept, and the staff was professional and helpful. My only drawback was the slow check-in process, which could use some improvement to make the experience smoother.

My room was nice and clean and had a lovely view out to the leafy tree lined street. Double glazed windows keep out the street noise. Staff were very friendly and always available 24/7 at the front desk for any queries.
I've taken off 2 stars due to the lack of luggage storage: despite their website stating that they do have luggage storage, the lady at the desk did not actually allow me to store my luggage there prior to check in so that I could explore the city. This wasted valuable sight seeing time as I only had 2 full days in Munich and had counted on spending half of my day of arrival also sightseeing since my flight arrived so early. Instead I had to sit in the hotel foyer for 4 hours waiting for the check in time

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the metro and well-connected to the city center. However, the check-in process was slow and the reception staff were unprofessional. The 2-bedroom room was very small but clean. The hotel features a gym and sauna, and the breakfast served was good. Overall, with more professional and friendly staff, the experience would have been much better.

MOST HORRIBLE CHECK IN EXPERIENCE EVER. There was only one girl at reception, she was new (it was only her second day) and she had NO supervisor there. Completely incapable of handling a group check in. This girl at reception DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH (in this day and age, in a Wyndham hotel). A manager who she eventually got on phone was equally unprofessional and unprepared. This hotel should urgently revise their HR policy. Don’t come here, you’re just wasting money and you’re being treated disrespectfully; complete lack of service. Shame on you!

The hotel is terrible, service is nonexistent, and they treat you like garbage. I paid €19 for secure parking at the hotel, only to discover my car was robbed in the morning. Reception staff refused to call the police, and it turned out the parking lot cameras were not working. The hotel doesn’t deserve a four-star rating, more like a hostel. I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you want to keep your personal belongings. The police are now handling the matter.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!
Unfriendly service - especially by the lady who seemed to manage the hotel, unfriendly to the employees and to the guests!
Moving on to the rooms - lacking the basic amenities that are listed online and not clean.
Compared to other hotels in similar price range, basic things such as refrigerator, kettle, even a water bottle, or slippers missing!
The temperature was freezing cold and the thermostat not working.
Our room was connected to another, therefore you could hear even the smallest movement and the neighbours had loud music on!
Note we paid for a Comfort Plus instead of the Comfort room, this cannot be accepted.
At the hotel reception, they said the hotel was fully booked so no possibility of moving rooms. Well, quickly checking on the hotel’s website online you could see there are rooms available!!!
Moved out the same day, whole afternoon wasted - NEVER AGAIN!

Good place, the only thing that was missing was the iron in the room. There is a one common room where you can iron you cloths in the hotel.
