Only used the spa and the beauty centre, but the choice of saunas (hammam, salt, Finnish, lower temperature ans more!) and the pool area were great.
I also had an hour long massage and it was excellent. The right pressure, good quality body oils and lovely staff. The only thing that is worth knowing is that the masseuse wears rubber gloves, which I understand is for the hygiene reasons, however some people might not like it!

A decent spa hotel located near ferry terminal. It's a family hotel but okay for solo travelers. Buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan food.

Close to port. Beautiful pools, exactly like the pictures. Walking distance from Old Town and shopping. Walking can be faster than public transportation, ride share or taxis unless you’re going far. PLEASE read about the Estonian culture before visiting. The food was very good to delicious. Easy check in and out. Bring your own wash cloth, shampoo and travel size conditioner unless you decide to purchase while there. Rooms don’t supply coffee or tea. The breakfast is very good and the same each day with enough variety for you not to dread after staying more than a few days. Double beds are twin size and the topper will slide if you move around while sleeping. Hotel bar salads are fantastic. Rooms are smaller than American hotel rooms.

So sad to say the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. The eggs too loose boiled, the white was soggy. The jam tasted nothing. Sausages wasn't fried, just heated. That was a disappointment. But the tunamix was really good!
Also sad to say the water in the spa area was way too cold for a spa. I actually felt scammed. The saunas were good, though.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Tallink Spa Hotel for two nights, having booked the romance package. The price was reasonable for the package, which included massages for both of us and a three-course dinner. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
The hotel was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was of very high quality. The restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious meals. The pool area and saunas were also excellent, providing a perfect place to relax.
A big thank you to the staff—we will definitely be returning!

This hotel is well located. It is close to the ferry terminal, and still a walking distance from old town. The rooms are large and comfortable enough, the one I stayed had a view. My stay included Spa and pools, which are the best part of the hotel. They offer breakfast buffet for purchase with a good variety of options including hot ones. It just doesn't feel like a 4 stars hotel. The towels, the toiletries, the bedding is all on the cheap side. Service is friendly, and efficient, so all things considered I would stay there again.

Great location with easy walking to the ferry terminals and the old town centre. Rooms were clean and well ventilated. Food at lunch and breakfast was terrific. Only downside was the construction zones for Rail Baltic, but it was a small inconvenience and not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is in walking distance from the terminals. Also about 15 minutes walk to the old town's square. Deluxe room was spacious and clean. The interior was modern and fresh. The hotel breakfast was good, I didn't miss anything. The spa is a bit small, but nice anyway with proper Finnish sauna.

The whole experience of staying there was pretty okay. The only concern was that the window view from the hotel room was directed at other rooms. You could literally watch people do their business. That didn’t provide a feeling of safety.

We took this hotel as a packet deal with the boat over from Stockholm.
The pros
- spa was nice, two big pools and several saunas and hot tubs.
- breakfast buffet with a lot of things to choose from.
- the location, close to the harbour and old town.
The cons.
- the room was a bit cold (but it was -18C outside so maybe this was just this time).
- the queue into the breakfast buffet. No time slots made for a giant queue and no free tables.
- there were no shampoo or conditioner in the showers or at the spa. Had we known then we would have brought our own.
- you should get flip flops that you can wear in the spa.
