Not a 4 star hotel.
- Room was dirty.
- Breakfast is not a buffet, it is a very small plate where almost all is plain bread + Filter coffee. Anything else is paid extra.
- Uncomfortable bed.
Also 35 minutes walk from old town.

2 star hotel - 3 star at best of times. Rooms are okayish, if you ignore the small things. This place has nothing to do with 4 star rating, but if you are looking for place to stay with adequate pricing, this could maybe be it.

I found bedbugs in my room, so I got a full refund and had to find another hotel for the night at 10pm. They also promote the fact that their hotel has parking, but when I got there they said their parking was full. So I had to park beside the street, but the mobile app to pay didn’t work, and the machine only took coins. The receptionist told me to wait 1,5 hours until her colleague got there, and he was finally able to find me parking. It was a lot of trouble and an overall unpleasant experience.

A bit disappointing stay. We had booked their celebration package with buffet breakfast, bottle of sparkling in room on arrival and late check-out. They had no sparkling wine available and promised to give a small refund and told us to buy the wine from somewhere else. The promised refund was significantly less than the price of a bottle in the cafe at the reception. The breakfast was not a buffet but a small ready-made plate. Someone from the staff entered our room before the normal checkout time and blamed a system error. Just too many small things making the stay less enjoyable.

We got a room with a broken AC. The front desk service ignored the problem. The boy with air pods in his ears didn't even pretend to deal with the problem. When asked to change the room, he lied that they were overbooked (even though they still had rooms available on the internet portals). When we asked for a refund and our desire to change the hotel, he asked for 10 minutes time - and then disappeared until the morning. Worst front desk service ever. I had a lot of troubles with this hotel. First of all this was my business trip, I had voucher from my company with info about reservation. There was: double room with breakfast. What I get: single room, also I had a lot of discusions about breakfast, because recepionist sed that it is not included. I do not know why, but later she gave me the voucher for breakfast. Secondly, breakfast is from 8 oclock, I can not get it, because of this you should take away, because I need leave hotel at 7:30. I was there for a week, jus one time with a breakfast bag recioptionist gave me a tool for eating.. it should be included. Also one time I was asking for crosan breakfast (there is possibility like that), but took it and there were just 2 slices of bred. Two of fours receptionists were really rude. One of these-guy was always this air pods. Then you say: hallo, nobody is in here 🙃 just no politeness. One more thing: there is no doors in shower, because of this my bathroom was always full of water. I am really sad about all this situation. I do not offer to my collegues to take the reservation here.
