A bit disappointing stay. We had booked their celebration package with buffet breakfast, bottle of sparkling in room on arrival and late check-out. They had no sparkling wine available and promised to give a small refund and told us to buy the wine from somewhere else. The promised refund was significantly less than the price of a bottle in the cafe at the reception. The breakfast was not a buffet but a small ready-made plate. Someone from the staff entered our room before the normal checkout time and blamed a system error. Just too many small things making the stay less enjoyable.

We got a room with a broken AC. The front desk service ignored the problem. The boy with air pods in his ears didn't even pretend to deal with the problem. When asked to change the room, he lied that they were overbooked (even though they still had rooms available on the internet portals). When we asked for a refund and our desire to change the hotel, he asked for 10 minutes time - and then disappeared until the morning. Worst front desk service ever. Great value for money.
The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and have all the basics you might require — including a television with a generous selection of channels, waterfall shower in a modern shower room.
Further the staff are all very friendly and approachable with any issues. In addition, they make the entire process of booking very easy and seamless even with complex booking requirements.
In respect of location, you can quickly get into town via public transport, or scooter (my personal favourite) or taxi — or if you have time, walking (it’s a 30 minute walk, mostly flat terrain, easy route, not a bad shout when the whether is nice)
The only suggestion would be, improving the breakfast offerings. It’s fairly limited, set menu (four options), with no cooked options (from what I could tell…) — it gets boring quite quickly. That said fairly small gripe given there are many alternatives in town (and available via food delivery services).
I certainly will be back in the future.

I had a lot of troubles with this hotel. First of all this was my business trip, I had voucher from my company with info about reservation. There was: double room with breakfast. What I get: single room, also I had a lot of discusions about breakfast, because recepionist sed that it is not included. I do not know why, but later she gave me the voucher for breakfast. Secondly, breakfast is from 8 oclock, I can not get it, because of this you should take away, because I need leave hotel at 7:30. I was there for a week, jus one time with a breakfast bag recioptionist gave me a tool for eating.. it should be included. Also one time I was asking for crosan breakfast (there is possibility like that), but took it and there were just 2 slices of bred. Two of fours receptionists were really rude. One of these-guy was always this air pods. Then you say: hallo, nobody is in here 🙃 just no politeness. One more thing: there is no doors in shower, because of this my bathroom was always full of water. I am really sad about all this situation. I do not offer to my collegues to take the reservation here.

Nice location with big park in 2 min and surrounding area looks very safe and cozy, great coffee shop downstairs. I was staying in one of the smallest corner rooms: very small without a table or a closet, weird shower that got the bathroom flooded and very cold in the morning (when -5 outside). Can't deny that the room itself is very stylish. Breakfast didn't offer gluten or lactose free options. Staff was kind and friendly. Bottom floor had an art gallery worth visiting.

Extremely disappointing breakfast, 4 limited options and all of them full of allergens (gluten and dairy).
For a person with health issues that cannot eat gluten/dairy they don't make any concessions.
If you ask for an alternative they tell you they cannot do anything and you have to stay hungry.

Hotel room - great price/quality ratio, quiet, next to a park, 24/7 reception, option for quite a late check out.
Hotel breakfast - it is not a buffet. instead, there's an option to choose between 4 pretty limited breakfast options a la carte (such as 2 crossaints with a side of cut fruit). The breakfast comes with only filter coffee - no espresso, cappuchino or other specialty drinks - not worth the 15€ in my opinion. better go to one of the cafes nearby.

It was such a lovely hotel super close to the centre and had a real cosy home feeling which is great after a long day. The rooms are perfect for couples having a weekend away and the view out of our window was amazing. It’s also dog friends which is such a nice thing to see and to see how they treat all the people that are staying. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Will definitely be coming back soon x

Quite okay. There is a bar and they offer coffee and cakes and it was quite good. I didn't like the restaurant at all though.
