We lodged here in December and it was a good experience. The staff on duty was nice and spoke English so it was easy to communicate. The room was just average, nothing great about it. I’d have appreciated a double bed not 2 single beds joined together (because we wanted one double bed). Also, the duvet wasn’t very thick and for the cold, we would have loved something thicker. The hotel is okay and on average, a good place to stay.

We had a comfortable stay at Bern Hotel in Tallin. It is minutes away to the old town by foot.
The room is on the smaller side, but very functional. It has a small closet, a table, and ledges to place things on. It has a relatively fast wifi connection.
Our room key wasn't working due to low battery power. It took the staff about 15 minutes to fix it. It would have been best if they just transferred us to another room, and fixed the door key afterward.

Location is great for visiting the old town. Rooms are a bit worn but otherwise Ok. The beds were however a bit uncomfortable and there is only one very small pillow. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Decent hotel with quaint rooms. Location is pretty great. Very close to the main center and they have allot of stores nearby. Staff is helpful. Rooms are not big but decent size. Would stay again when I return. Definitely worth the price.

Window doesn't open. Tiny fan. Felt like I was in a student dorm room. Not much tourist info available. Definitely NOT 4 star hotel. Maybe because it's in Old Town? Bed comfortable, though pillows could be bigger. Lobby Bar in ad...where?

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel; nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location. Special thanks to the friendly receptionist who gave us restaurant recommendation for the evening.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and fantastic location. However a bit too much noise at night coming from the courtyard!

we got lucky & got one of the only exterior rooms that had huge windows to the street. really enjoyed the view of the church towers. location is very good, central but peaceful. the breakfast room had a really nice antique interior.

Very good location! We couldn't use the air conditioner (winter time). The room was too hot, because we couldn't open the windows.

Nice, not too expensive hotel in a good area with good connections to harbour. Little noicy at night, but nothing intolerable. Good breakfast and friendly service.
