Wonderful Buffet, Very friendly People, lovely place, clean and safe.
Awful stay, k will not be staying here again. Took about 2 hours to check in due to a mistake on their end, I had an email confirmation with a price for another booking from their admin team they wouldn't honour, even though I had paid a deposit. Furthermore, the front desk would not take my dollars because they looked 'old'. Hotel was dated and food wasn't very good at all, more 3 star than 5 star. Half board did not include any soft drinks during meal times. Beach felt more like mud than sand. Staff walk around trying to sell you packages.
The hotel main restaurant is splendid. Both breakfast and dinner are in buffet style. The variety is amazing and the food quality is really great.
Service is outstanding!!! Zeinab welcomes you with a nice smile to register your room number. Service staff , for ex , Ahmad Hussein (senior, s. Photo) is a wonderful person and very attentive. The chefs of the kitchen fulfill all and any wish. It is really a wonderful dinning experience.
Professional and friendly staff that went out of their way every day to make me feel at home.
The food was exceptional, and the presentation was phenomenal.
I will look forward to my next day very soon.
