Everything is very bad - I could tell even before getting inside the hotel front door- a big pile of suitcases- hundreds of people in the reception- 40 mins for check in where the receptionist would start talking and then suddenly leave me and answer the phone and then leave and come back to say how can I help again.
Kitchen very dirty, food for lunch very basic 0/10 quality too.
Rooms are not clean, furniture very old, broken, looks like a 2nd hand furniture you buy from a charity shop. No towels - not a single one , requested towels 4 times- never arrived.
Receptionist only skill is to find a way to fob you off with a smile.
I've been to 3, 4 and 5 star hotels- this is no way more than 2!
Photos on booking are misleading!
We checked out after 1 night - I had 7 booked.
Traumatising experience - I would never travel for tourism in Egypt and I am Egyptian!!!!

For starter, no way this hotel is 5 stars, they display the 5 stars sign behind the reception counter, however it does not reflect the truth.
The general state of hotel is tired and run down.
In the room, the shower was broken, very tired and outdated interiors - looks like used furniture you buy from a charity shop.
Talking about the service, it is attitude (take it as it is or leave it ) across the whole team.
We never had a towels in the rooms despite asking for some several time and complaining to the reception.
No one is willing to do anything for you as a guest. No communication skills whatsoever.
The food is another thing, very basic, undercooked and you can tell they don't even have standards in this kitchen.
No values for money of course, it was so bad we had to cancel the reservation 3 hours after we arrived.
We made the reservation through booking - was totally misleading pictures and marketing to the verge it being freudulant-but was not allowed to leave review there as we cancelled the booking
-It's hard to get water or cold drinks in restaurants.
-There is no disco in the hotel .
-There is no snacks on beach .
-There is only one beach bar which closes at 5 o'clock p.m and after that you can't get even drinking water .
🔹️Number. Checked in within 5 minutes. The room is spacious with two beds. Everything in the room works (refrigerator, hairdryer, TV with Russian channel NTN). Free shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dental supplies, washcloth, water, coffee and tea in the room. Room with sea and mountain views. Thanks to Ahmed who cleaned our room. We didn't need anything.
🔹️Beach. Huge spacious hotel area + long cascading beach. You can find a secluded place on the beach. The sea (reef) is gorgeous, pontoon. There is also a small, not deep place for children, but shoes are required. Stones. On the beach we were entertained by animators (stretching, boccia, darts)
🔹️Food. They fed us very well, even too much. Big choice . I took photos of my food, there was a lot of variety. My favorite dish was the omelette that the guy makes, he has a good memory, he remembered everything we ordered. He always smiles. Thank him very much. Donuts in the morning. I don’t like donuts, but the delicious dough melted in my mouth, I had to take it)) My son fell in love with pasta in the evening, they also make it as desired, just like they add different fillings to an omelette. Food included meat, fish, seafood, salads, sauces, soups, grill, desserts, fruits.
At lunchtime we tried to have lunch on the beach. Nice place, spacious, not hot. There is a little less choice of food on the beach than in the main restaurant, but enough to have a snack. A good cook works in the Ibrahem Amr hall, he is attentive, works quickly, delivers and changes food. Helps with the choice. The staff tries very hard. Thank you Ibrahem for your attentiveness to the guests!
🔹️Animators. Thank you very much for the game. My son has not missed a single game. A lot of people gathered. In the evening there is usually a disco for children and a show. We were in the hotel for 10 days, the shows were repeated. We saw the best couple 2 times, a dance show 2 times, and their oriental show 3 times. You need to add some variety when you're on vacation for a long time and you're not interested in the same thing.
🔹️New Year. Mountains of food! Sushi, seafood, meat, millions of desserts and snacks. Noisy, music, shows and dancing. Liked. You can do this holiday on the street, I think that it will be convenient for all guests to watch the stage.
Overall, the vacation was great 👍 We returned home tanned, satisfied and happy! We will definitely come back and take our friends with us. Thanks everyone and greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
we chose this hotel for its beautiful beach location. The beach was beautiful with clear waters and stunning views. Much renovation needed for the main hotel. if you do chose to stay here please expect 3 star service or less. The food was terrible, the options were very small, repetitive and gave us a bad stomachache. I feel there is no care from the staff and the chef when preparing the food. The cocktail menu was also very limited and not “all inclusive”. Many good drinks you had to pay for. The all inclusive cocktail menu consisted of a whopping 3 drinks which were all disgusting.
The entertainment was poor and not very entertaining.
The parking is available. And it is important to have a car if you want to enjoy the rest of the city.
Overall I would rate this hotel a 3 star for the poor food quality and unfriendly staff. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s beautiful beach and location.
