The food was realy delicious and has a good variety. The pools and Aqua Park were very good and enjoyed my time there.
The sea shore has a very beautiful collection of coral reefs and many activities is available.
The service was top-notch, and the location was quiet yet close to everything I needed. Every detail was carefully considered, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even if you don’t get to explore all the activities in Sharm, just staying at the resort will keep you entertained and relaxed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and comfort.
The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. I was especially touched when they surprised us with a complimentary fruit plate. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious options, catering to different tastes.
Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely return for a longer visit to fully explore everything the hotel has to offer. It's truly a hidden gem worth experiencing more than once.
Regarding the installations and location, I am speechless. The beach is beautiful and the coral reef is reachable by walking few steps from the water bridge. I was stunned by the beauty of it. In case you plan to relax and sunbath there are plenty options of beach beds with astonishing views.
The room was very clean and one important thing to add is that they will provide you with a big water bottle every day. The cleaning staff is very helpful and they will do cute animals with the towels to make you feel welcome.
I highly recommend this resort if you look for amazing views, coral reef and relaxation. I am very happy with the experience I had here. Once again thank you to all the staff, counter, restaurant, beach, cleaning. You all do an amazing job 🫶🏼
We did not eat and drink in the hotel either they have no idea about cleaning or they don't clean food court on purpose. Thank god rooms are not so bad.
Other customers are so loudy and no one in the hotel interfere that. They played music in the room until 4 AM - 5AM in the morning for 3 nights (three night!!!! all night!!! like there is a disco in the room!!!!!)... but no body gave a warning or try to stop the music. (not sure if this comment relevant to hotel but you decide. For me, this is something that they need to interfere.)
No one knows english 'enough' in the hotel. No one needs to speak fluently, that is totaly ok. But this is a touristic hotel and the level is elementary almost. Location is not bad but find another hotel.
