A good beach. People from other hotels were coming to our beach to rest. Good kitchen, everything is very tasty. But. You have a lot of Ukrainians why can’t you add Ukrainian channels?! Having russian channels seems not to be a problem to have. Day to day cleaning in rooms could be waaaay better…Had problems with shower…it was difficult to bath a kid. Next time we will try other hotel considering how many are here.

The hotel rooms are very old. The food is too bad (all meals) for a five star rated hotel operated by Accor.
Night price is not fair but the location is good 👍.
Entertainment team (animation team) is good and supportive always look for Bado (team supervisor).

I stayed at the mountain side. You only need to cross the road to get to the beach.
The beach is the highlight for me. It's beautiful, but don't go in barefoot. We saw some fish there too.
The animation team on the beach are nice, friendly and always set a good mood in the morning.
Most of the staff during my stay were nice, especially the restaurant staff.

The restaurant at Promenade Naama Bay serves a wonderful breakfast and dinner every day, offering a variety of delicious, fresh dishes. Each meal feels special, with a great mix of local and international flavors. Mr. Rida's warm and attentive management ensures that every dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. He genuinely cares about guests, making us feel welcome and valued every time we visit.

One of the best hotels in Naama bay. The food is good , offering both local and international dishes, there is always seafood and variety of meat products. The location is perfect, close to the city if you want to buy souvenirs. The beach is one of the bests with soft sand and clear water without corals. The staff is professional and friendly. The animation team is the best!! Every evening there is show for kids and adults, very entertaining and funny.

All good reviews are fake. Several hotel employees asked me to write them good reviews in order to be better served in the hotel. The hotel is analogous to a 3-star hotel, no more. When I arrived, they refused to offer me breakfast, even though on the last day I have a flight until breakfast, and they saw that there was also a child. The hotel is very dirty, spoiled food and nothing tasty. There are few places at the beach, there are not enough for everyone. The reception asks for money from everything possible, otherwise they postpone you to offer you rooms. Shame!

The hotel is amazing in all the ways. The food and the chef. Everyone is welcoming to the guests. Different delicious dishes at breakfast, lunch and dinner. With generous quantities. Respectful Mr.Reda the F&B manager welcomes people every moment and makes you feel home. Great thanks for Chef Mahfouz with his nice smile and amazing food. Cold and hot drinks are served 24 hours freely. The beach and the swimming pool is so clean in the area. Thank you Promenade. It was a nice vacation. This is my second time here and won’t be the last .

Nice hotel with direct access to the beach, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. Perhaps the cleanliness could be improved and the furniture could be modernized. The hammocks on the beach should be renewed, as we found many of them to be damaged. The facilities are also good, and I took a massage with Hamman in the spa which was excellent. Highly recommended, especially for the treatment received by the girls who attended me. They were very helpful at all times recommending me. 😊

This is our second time here at this hotel and will always come back. The beach has a stunning view, rooms are cleaned daily with complimentary water, tea, coffee, and sugar. They have a variety of breakfast buffet and you can also avail of their lunch and dinner buffet. Sometimes we avail their dinner buffet when we are both tired and do not want to go somewhere. The menu for dinner is different every day and they are all delicious. The staff members were very nice and polite. They always give my husband's request and they always ask if everything is ok. The place is in the city so it is easy to get a minibus to go to places. I would recommend this to everyone and will always come here.

We stayed for 17 days and everything was perfect! Animation team is amazing, the waiters in the restaurant as well. Cleaning man changed 3 times during our stay and 2 were excellent, one was a bit lazy but passable. Special thanks to George and Mohammad from the restaurant - they’re amazingly nice and friendly. Beach is good, with many fish. The territory is nice. We really liked to stay mountain side since it’s a lot calmer. Another thing is that the pool there seems to be a bit warmer. Everything is sparkling clean. The bad points is that the bar and beach towel station open pretty late, also the beach closes even before the sunset but seems like it’s usual in this region
