The hotel food in the Main restaurant is the same Every day the quality of food in the other restaurants changes is day today. You need to be careful if all inclusive as so many things cost extra but you won’t be told until after you have ordered. If you are in the premium rooms over the road from the main hotel, there is no Wi-Fi and there are very limited dongles. I had one but it took 24 hours to get then ran out and still haven’t had a replacement the next day all the hotel say is I will try come back later. Wine is extra except for with a meal. Soon adds up if you don’t drink spirits or beer. It’s not quite all inclusive as I expected. I came on the recommendation of travel agent but it’s not as expected. Mosquitos are everywhere and they are vicious Deet didn’t work. On a he private hotel beach you will be constantly be hassled go on boat trips, massage, hair cuts and manicure, diving. The hair dresser was particularly rude when I refused a beard shape for £25.

It's not bad value for money if we won't be ripped off by booking.com and the hotel. We have booked an all-inclusive basis, but at the time of check-in, we had been told that we have all-inclusive soft drinks only and to have alcoholic drinks we have to pay $30 per per person per day which is absolutely ridiculous. I checked the prices on the hotel website and with other travel agents to find out that we paid the same price or even more like the rest of the guests . But by paying huge amounts as the extra cost for alcoholic drinks will push the price up so much and make it more expensive than to stay in Jaz or Continental next door !!! But this hotel is not even near to compare with them !
So we were badly cheated by Swiss in and booking.com, so we would never recommend this hotel to others.
My wife was ripped off in Beauty Salon. I do understand that the prices in the hotel will always be higher than outside, but trying to charge more than in London and using unskilled staff simply out of order!!! Now my wife has to put it right on our return as her hair was badly damaged by a hairdresser in Beauty Salon.
We made a complaint to the hotel representative/ customer relations, but didn't have any response from the hotel, which we found very rude and disrespectful !

Very polite stuff, lots of activities during the day. If you stay all day in resort you won’t regret it! There is always something going on on the beach or on the pool. Good resort for all generations. Special thanks to animators who made us feel very welcomed and made our stay so fun!

This Hotel is amazing!! Sepcialy the service everyone is nice helpful and have smile on face just for that it is deserve 5 star opinion! Very nice animations, swimming pools always clean, field for playing water sports, slides, space for everyone, we never had problem to find place for us it was a lot of sunbeds near pool and sea. Beautiful view from room. Food was good and very big positive is that all 6 restaurants are available for all inclusive, so always is something to choose, would be very nice if it would be some fries during lunch and dinnertime but that was available only at marina from 3 to 5, also breakfast could be longer till 11 or something now it is till 10 what sometimes was to early. And one more time employees are on top level!!! Greetings to Ahmed!

We have just returned home from our ten days holiday. I am writing this mainly to thank every single person in the hotel who have helped and contributed with their diligence, hard work, professional attitude, friendly approach and nice gestures to us having a great holiday. They all have made it really memorable.
Everyone and everything was great. We had a sea view room,with amazing views and excellent comfort; the beach was few metres away and facilities and service there exceeded my expectations. All the restorants and bars are dotted around and have a great choice of delicious food and drinks and snacks. The sea water 🌊 is clear and clean and safe for swimming as well because there is a net in the water. Pools are lovely and there are parts for kids as well as for grown up people. You have animation programmes at the beach every day ( aerobic,aquagym, Zumba, yoga,etc.).music, animation in the evening by the pool...
I could go on and on about how everything works perfectly there.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU ALL 🤗🤗.
We highly recommend this hotel and hope we will come back again.

Hurghada is an amazing place for holidays. Fantastic sea and the city with traditional Egyptian restaurants and shops at the footsteps. Swiss Inn is brilliant and super clean. The rooms were magnificent with amazing views. Staff very friendly

I spent a great vacation here with my mom. Good location, beach, rooms. There is a large selection of restaurants inside the hotel, and a beautiful promenade with shops and cafes around the hotel. A great animation team who have always been very attentive to us. It was always a lot of fun and pleasant to chat with them, and go to the disco tonight. I would especially like to thank animator Natalia from the kid’s club. She is incredibly sincere, always cheerful and just a wonderful amazing girl. She always created a good mood for us and inspired us to do all activities, it was always very cozy and fun with her. We can confidently say that Natalia is the soul of this hotel 🌷❤❤🌷🫶 with her our vacation becomes simply unforgettable! Also, special thanks to manager Antonio for the excellent team, daily communication and good mood! With such a wonderful team our holiday was awesome and everyday we felt like at home. We do love them! 🫶🌷

Room cleaning is good, but there are not enough slippers and halves, as well as a lack of cold water. The water is always either hot or very hot, which is bad for washing a swimsuit.
In general, we were very satisfied with the rest! We will be glad to come back here again and have a good time with the guys from the animation team ❤️🤗🌷

Professional staff. We were given sea view room upgrade for free. Food is nice,lots of variety. Nice desserts especially Arabic ones which are phenomenal...Rooms are cleaned daily,gardens are meticulously maintained,it looks like an oasis.
The pool is great,my 3 yo son loved the water slides. He also ate well which was a relief...
Pebbles restaurant manager Mohammad was very friendly and attentive.
Some smaller things I didn't like : you have to get up early if you want to get nice spot at the beach,or any spot...(after 8 am all the best sunbeds are already taken).
Hotel pharmacy is ridiculously expensive (I had no idea that you must negotiate the prices of medicine,otherwise you get overcharged by a lot ,I thought that was only for clothes etc.)

I was due to stay at this hotel upon arrival there was a mix up with the booking, I was unable to stay but not hotel's fault. The staff were very rude especially a lady wearing a headscarf who proceeded to tell my wife to shut our 1 year old up, as it was disturbing guests very rude and not enough done by the manager would not recommend staying here at all. What kind of service is this? Is this how you treat a family after travelling from early hours in the morning ridiculous hotel staff. Stay away.

The hotel was ok, very large rooms, with a terrace, large bathroom, with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/body lotion. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed daily, paid water is at your discretion. The beach is clean, the sea is beautiful, of a turquoise-blue color, deckchairs with a thick mattress (you can sit all day without hurting your back). On the other hand, the food doesn't deserve a single star, I got enterocolitis after 2 days when I only brushed my teeth with plain water and I was very careful not to swallow the water from the pool/sea, but it seems that they don't care and the ice is made from tap water.... And last night I had the surprise that at 11 at night someone came over me through the terrace (the door being closed from the inside and without the possibility of opening it from the outside), a tourist who " mistake the camera". I asked to see the recordings of the surveillance cameras because I had doubts, a tourist wouldn't have known "tricks" to open the door from the outside, but they didn't show them to me, they just said that it was a tourist who mistakenly entered in 2 other rooms.....so security 0 in the room with the door closed :)))
Staff is not so friendly (except the cleaning guy), only if you give them money, they bring good juice/food/fruits/desert directly from the kitchen.
