The service in the main restaurant, in the pool area, and on the beach Doesn’t exist !
It's not bad value for money if we won't be ripped off by booking.com and the hotel. We have booked an all-inclusive basis, but at the time of check-in, we had been told that we have all-inclusive soft drinks only and to have alcoholic drinks we have to pay $30 per per person per day which is absolutely ridiculous. I checked the prices on the hotel website and with other travel agents to find out that we paid the same price or even more like the rest of the guests . But by paying huge amounts as the extra cost for alcoholic drinks will push the price up so much and make it more expensive than to stay in Jaz or Continental next door !!! But this hotel is not even near to compare with them !
So we were badly cheated by Swiss in and booking.com, so we would never recommend this hotel to others.
My wife was ripped off in Beauty Salon. I do understand that the prices in the hotel will always be higher than outside, but trying to charge more than in London and using unskilled staff simply out of order!!! Now my wife has to put it right on our return as her hair was badly damaged by a hairdresser in Beauty Salon.
We made a complaint to the hotel representative/ customer relations, but didn't have any response from the hotel, which we found very rude and disrespectful !
Everyone and everything was great. We had a sea view room,with amazing views and excellent comfort; the beach was few metres away and facilities and service there exceeded my expectations. All the restorants and bars are dotted around and have a great choice of delicious food and drinks and snacks. The sea water 🌊 is clear and clean and safe for swimming as well because there is a net in the water. Pools are lovely and there are parts for kids as well as for grown up people. You have animation programmes at the beach every day ( aerobic,aquagym, Zumba, yoga,etc.).music, animation in the evening by the pool...
I could go on and on about how everything works perfectly there.
