Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila Resort - Neverland Hurghada

For the family of four stayed from 25.09.24 to 04.10.24 the hotel was above the expectations despite its 4-star rating.
The hotel can definitely beat their 5-star counterparts by offering a wide range of food to suit to all tastes, great variety of entertainments for everyone’s choice in the each corner of the hotel premises, let alone of water slides - a paradise for the kids, where they simply disappeared.
Over the 9 nights stayed there we barely tested half of the things offered by the hotel.
The beach and the sea are the points to highlight were we were ready to seek for the free sun beds and to see shallow water down to low tides, but to our surprise we were met by a cozy bay with a crystal clear water and plenty of vacant sun lounges. The beach entry is nice and clean with no need of any feet protectives.
Transfer to the beach, a short-distance drive from the hotel at regular intervals didn’t make us boring at all.
All in all our family staying was wonderful and we look forward to visiting this place again.

We very enjoyed our stay in Alf Leila Wa Leila. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean everywhere. The food was good, but could be more variety and also could be more nonalcohol drinks in the offer. The water in pools was a little bit too cold for us in October. Huge advantage for iced coffee with ice cream at the pool and for very nice aqua gym :) we saw that the animators made photos during water activities, but we don't know where it was published...
I think it could be good idea to organize some small area for nonsmoker guests at the some pool ;)
Program of entertainements/shows was very rich, but somethimes we had problem to find appropiate stage and it was a little bit annoying for us. On Neverland show should have to be more option with food for vegetarian. We heard that here there are some disco parties at the evenings but frankly speaking we couldn't find it 🙈

This hotel is very beautiful and well organised. They provide excellent service all 24 hours around the clock. My family and I enjoyed our stay and wish to go back one day. Thank to everyone that make our stay a pleasant one.🙂

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day full of activities.

A special mention goes to Yuliia, the children's animator, whose dedication and enthusiasm made a significant difference in our stay. Every day, Yuliia engaged our children in creative and fun activities that kept them entertained and happy. Her ability to connect with each child and ensure they were having a great time was truly impressive. Because of her, my partner and I were able to enjoy some much-needed relaxation, knowing that our kids were in excellent hands.

The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and entertainment options that cater to both adults and children. The dining options were varied and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the themed dinners. The pool area was fantastic, and the kids loved the water slides and play areas.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

The uses, rooms and bars are all amazing. There are clean toilets everywhere. The quality of the food is excellent, many varieties are very varied, and everything is quite special. It is powered by many love
There are many of fun things you can sign up for at no extra charge, and they're all free; Bicycles, video games and virtual reality, an amusement park with many wonderful rides, a skating area. You can subscribe anywhere, anytime during the day.

It offers wonderful developments and remains behind with the best head of the sound wave heads who makes the show amazing. I also wish to thank everyone from the General Manager, Mr. Mohamed Youssef, the Assistant General Manager, Mr. Ismail, the reception manager, Mr. Amr and Mr. Sayed at the reception, the professor, Mr. Hisham in the restaurant, the greatest men in the place, if it were not for them, he would not have appeared. This hotel is of this splendor and beauty. You have made us completely happy with the utmost respect and appreciation

Staff is Amazing and super nice. Food is clean, yummy and it varies a lot. From every type of greens to every type of meat. Theres is always something to do, activities etc. The place is so big that there is always something new to explore. There is pools everywhere and also an aqua park. Best hotel everrrrrr!!!!!🙌🏻

Rooms needs some renovation
Food options are nice with wide variety, the aqua snack bar needs more variety than just pizza and drinks, add like burgers/fries/pasta anything more for the kids to snack while enjoying the aqua

Need to add like golf cars or something to move in between Neverland as a whole , The slides and waterpark are great.
Overall its a great experience that we didn’t need to go out of the facility all over our stay, we have everything inside which is really great.

The service at the hotel is very good, the food is excellent, the functioning of the system is 10/10, on the last night I stayed at the hotel, my camera was lost and I found it thanks to the security guards. A man bought it. I wandered around the hotel and found the person who stole it, and he was kicked out of the hotel. Thank you very much, the camera systems and security are at a high level.

Our 6th time back to Neverland and 1st time in Alf Weila.
Why have we never stayed here before ?
The service is Excellent. Every single member of staff will do anything for you and they genuinely don't expect tips. We of course do tip and sometimes they want to refuse. This says it all as it's a service from the heart.

The management are all pro active. Always around.

A special mention to Mohamed Wahab who is excellent. Mr Wahab went the extra mile for us to ensure everything was perfect. We did present him with some challenges with regards to our booking yet he sorted everything.

The food standard and variety is great. The drinks very good. Cappachino is excellent with a specialist coffee bar called Columbus. Very much like Starbucks.

You can use ALL facilities of Neverland. Alf Weila is quieter and more personal so it's a win win situation.

We have not got any complaints whatsoever.

We shall return.

This hotel is a very pleasant surprise. From the beginning, the service / stuff at the reception was great. Greetings from Poland to Ahmed :-) Great guy. Comfortable rooms, large bathrooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning works well. Daily service and cleanliness. The entire hotel is very clean. The food is tasty, many dishes are prepared on site. Pools are clean, towels are fresh every day. The hotel staff was very nice and smiling. What nervous us was that - when more hotel guests arrived from Germany, there was a problem with the sun loungers at the pool. Even though it is not allowed, they reserve sun loungers by the pools early in the morning. This is a problem to solve. When there were fewer guests from Germany, this problem did not exist. The cool thing is that there is a large shopping center right next to the hotel. It is also close to the center of Hurghada (about 20 min by taxi) and to the dolphin show. We recommend this hotel and send greetings to the entire team / stuff.
