Amazing Stay at Kaisol Romance Sahl Hasheesh!

Our Swim-Up Duplex Room was perfect—spacious, elegant, and with direct pool access! The staff was welcoming, the service excellent, and the food delicious. The beach was stunning, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Highly recommended! Will definitely return!

This is my second time at your hotel and I will come again! I have already recommended it to my friends - I think this is the best review! Everything is very cozy and compact. I felt at home. Everyone was always ready to help. The staff is attentive in everything. The chef is just great both in terms of the quality of the food and how interestingly he worked at the distribution. Svetlana at the reception is generally a lifesaver in all matters for those who do not know English or just a little. The only thing is that once I encountered the fact that there were no places in the transfer. Maybe after all, it is better to organize a reservation a day in advance??? and not on the day of departure to Hurghada. Wi-Fi on the beach worked poorly. But this is also not the worst thing. And it was a little inconvenient to extend the room on the day of departure, and not the day before. It does not matter that the room will be different, the main thing is to understand that it will be there at all. Otherwise, I was a little worried that suddenly there would be no available rooms. But the surprise - a free extension of the check-out time, in connection with the second visit :-) was very pleasing!!! Thanks to everyone who works at the hotel for our vacation! You really create all the conditions for us!!! Everyone is always attentive, everything is always in place and nearby at the right moment!! Huge gratitude!! And I will definitely be with you again!!

We were in Egypt for the first time and chose Sunrise Romance and did not regret it one bit. We were in the new building, the room was super, everything was clean and beautiful. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, there is plenty of food and it is delicious, the staff is polite and friendly. The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is smooth, the sea bottom is sandy without corals. We were very pleased!

We have just spent a week at the KaiSol Romance Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh and our feedback could not be more positive. The hotel itself is beautiful and despite being at full capacity, did not seem overly busy - we didn't have any difficulty getting sunbeds on the beach or seats at mealtimes.

The room was immaculate and cleaned and remade daily by Atallah, who couldn't do enough to help us. We tipped small amounts every day and came back to different towel sculptures and a restocked fridge without fail.

The bar and pool staff are also very attentive, along with the waiting staff and chefs who provide an enormous variety of amazing food for breakfast, lunch, tea and "midnight snacks". We are vegetarian and there were a number of options available at the buffet along with the hotel restaurants (Shaher's pasta bar became a firm favourite - pasta made with whatever ingredients you like and cooked in front of you). There is live music inside and outside in the evenings and a different theme at the buffet every night. Ahmed at the pool bar and Ramadan the lifeguard were always on hand offering drinks and fresh hotel towels, and always a friendly greeting.

The hotel is right on the beach and we were offered a number of services on our first day, although none of the people were pushy. We spoke to Mido who booked us at the hotel spa for a couples' treatment - this cost extra but was a very good deal for a great session with massages for which you'd pay at least double for the same session in the UK. Petit and Mohammed ran the session and were very good.

The beach itself is clean and sandy and offers great swimming opportunities with tropical fish swimming around right underneath you (the far left and right hand sides seemed to be the best spots). The water was warm in October and there is a lifeguard stand front and center with a watchful eye being kept on swimmers. Tamer and Faher at the beach bar didn't stop and kept us topped up with drinks as well as bottled water. I was apprehensive about leaving bags with phones and wallets on the beach but needn't have worried - the staff are constantly around the beach and everyone else there were hotel guests.

There are shops nearby for any extras you want (although you certainly won't need any!) and some beautiful buildings which whilst clearly not old or historic, are sympathetic to the culture and history of the town.

Svetlana and Dasha at customer services were very helpful, booking the honeymoon package and recommending local sights and a fantastic bakery two minutes walk from the hotel.

This was our first experience of Egypt and whilst Sahl Hasheesh is quiet and well away from any urban centres, if you want luxury, relaxation and to have amazing food and service this hotel is the place to stay. I learned some basic Arabic before staying and the staff appeared to appreciate the effort, even helping with some extra words and phrases. There is no need to do this however as all the staff speak English with the customer services/front of house staff speaking the most, making things very simple.

We had read up on the tipping culture prior to travelling and made sure we tipped small amounts frequently, making use of the hotel cash machine which worked well with a Revolut card. That said, none of the staff asked for tips and they politely accepted them. The amount we spent on tips was relatively little and it helps the staff make your stay even more special.

We have just stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

The reception staff were wonderful, and they greeted us with ‘welcome home’ which I thought was a lovely touch.

Our room was incredible. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite (1712) with a wonderful room attendant, Ibrahim who greeted us every morning with a happy smile and kind words - he really did an amazing job.

The selection of food was fantastic, with so much to choose from in the buffet restaurant as well as the 5 restaurants on offer for evening food.

A special thank you to the life guard, Hakim, who made our trips to the pool very relaxing and friendly, always up for a quick chat which makes you feel right at home.
The waiters we had, in particular George and Karim learned who you were from the get go, always an effort to say hello to you with a friendly smile and also remembered your drinks order from your first meeting, so after that you didn’t even have to ask for your drink as it was always brought over to you.
One waiter in the seafood restaurant, Reefs and Shells, Ellyatb, gave us exceptional service, we have never experienced a waiter quite like him. He was approachable, very funny and his attention to detail was second to none.

The facilities were beautiful. We enjoyed the spa, twice and had a couples massage. The beach was beautiful.

The only slight critique is that you will have people coming up to you trying to sell experiences, but even then they were very polite and if you said no they always told you to have a good day with a smile.

It was the perfect honeymoon for us. The service was amazing. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wanted to visit Egypt.
