This hotel was perfect for us. The room was close to everything. The beach was a 5 minute walk away.

The pool and beach waiter work incredibly hard making sure you’ve got water and any other drinks. Honestly deserve a pampered holiday themselves.

I can see why some of the other reviews have said the food is repetitive. But there was so much choice, it really didn’t bother me that some things were repeated. Especially the very delicious stuff. The waiting staff during food were also incredible at making sure you had drinks.

We ate at the A La Carte on our penultimate night and it was worth the wait. Wine was a bit questionable, but still drinkable.

Overall we would highly recommend this hotel. It was blissful.

What can I say,fantastically run hotel,amazing staff who all go above and beyond to make your stay a wonderful experience. Been here 4 days and have booked again for next year,great food good entertainment,the waiting staff do a amazing job making sure your glasses are always full. Food is great choices everyday,fantastic experience for our first time in Egypt 🇪🇬 big thank you to all the staff with still 9 days to go 😊 thank you.

We've visited this beautiful hotel 4 times, 2 out of 4 visits we have been ill with diarrhea. 6/6 of our party have been ill this year. My husband and I are still ill a week later and are having ongoing investigations from our GP.We thought our personal hygiene was excellent, using straws whilst drinking, washing hands, and using hand gel before eating. Careful at the buffet in our food choices.
Hotel reception denied any other cases of diarrhoea, and told us we are not used to the heat!
Unfortunately we won't go again, the hotel appeared spotless, staff fantastic (apart from reception staff being dismissive of our illness) Fabulous well kept grounds and pool

Achmed,excuse the spelling, was just a genius. He could read the hieroglyphic pictures. Was great to be able to understand what was on the pillars and walls of the tombs at the valley of the kings and Queens. Back to the hotel, it's a tui blue , Adults only. The evening g entertainment was amazing, no animation team, but real talented singers and dancers. Every whim was looked after. Only thing for my wife and I was the choice of food in the lunchtime restaurant, don't get me wrong,the choice was extremely wide spread,but because we are plain eaters, sometimes it was difficult to find something for us to eat. Not crying the food down at all just we are picky eaters. The head man for the restaurant Ali, a truly brilliant chef. He was wonderful to us and helped us with our food choices. All the staff, from El syead ,head man over all the restaurant, and bars was truly brilliant. the also helped us with our food and drinks choices to Mohammed the room cleaner, all can not do enough to help. "Magic tea" it settles your stomach if your a bit off. Beautiful grounds ,very clean, just a great place to stay. If your not well and you have to visit the pharmacy be aware they are out to get your hard earned holiday money. So look up on the internet what you really need and go in forearmed.There are many brilliant trips to go on , all worth a look.
Most places,liked US Dollars, as against any other currency. The airport getting in to hurghada, was easy, get your visa $25 each from the area as you walk in to your right ,it's clearly marked. So much easier than trying to do it on line.But getting out......well....security check after check, your cases are scanned, mine had clip hangers in the zip on the lid of the case.
The bomb squad police checked my case ,and asked what all these small cylinder looking things were....I opened my case and said ah...clip hangers with metal inserts. ok he said all good. phew...
next was the hand luggage search, and body check again.Finally our gate .

Our third visit to this amazing hotel and once again we were not disappointed. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were thoroughly spoilt. The staff were so attentive and really could not do enough for us. The rooms were spotless and and kept that way for the two weeks by the cleaner. The food was absolutely amazing, so much choice and such good quality. The restaurant staff were so good at remembering what drinks you liked ! The chefs every morning remembering how we liked our eggs cooked! The pool staff were there everyday to attend to every need be it mopping the wet floor to moving the parasol often to get the shade. The waiting staff by the pool were amazing in the scorching heat, constantly checking on whether we needed drinks etc.. All in all an amazing place with amazing staff! A special shout out to Mina who worked tirelessly by the pool daily in the heat bringing us drinks and remembering what we we liked and at what times. We will be back.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and location. Had the best 10 days here. The whole staff, from maintenance and gardeners right to the top management made our stay wonderful. One thing that could be improved are the showers, but this hasn't stopped the 5 stars.

Amazing holiday. Partner had the best birthday there too. So we will be returning in April for my birthday then hopefully my honeymoon.. mando was amazing with all guests.. Lovely workers See you soon. Thank you.. we will be back..🙂😁

Where do I start…
We arrived June 29th and stayed for 14 nights, all staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. We were greeted with cold flannels and drinks whilst we organised our room keys and checked in, the kitchen was left open so that we could all have some late night food before bed (12am). We had a morning briefing by the lovely Danielle the next day after a super yummy breakfast! We were able to ask staff anything at anytime and they were always able to help and were made to feel we were never a burden! The service is absolutely brilliant we couldn’t fault a single thing! Food was yummy every day, if you need something specially made then the chefs would do this at a drop of a hat for you!
The pool service was brilliant, we were never left without a drink and most of the time he’d already seen us and brought our usual drinks straight over within seconds! Everything was clean and well layed out! The pool was cleaned every night without fail! Entertainment was brilliant every single evening although if you don’t like loud music this may not be the scene for you as it is loud until around 22:30pm. However we didn’t mind!
We had the most amazing trip and we will 100% be returning. So I wanted to say an individual thank you to the following people for making the difference and being fabulous alround.

I have been to many places over the years (more than 20 Inc Maldives, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Malaysia to name a few, sorry for the name drops) and have always left a very honest review, this place is in the top 3 of my list. The food is excellent and varied, always cooked perfectly, the desserts are all different and unlike other places I've been to, all taste different and amazing, the sun loungers outnumber the guests by plenty. Even by 1pm there are beds everywhere, this isn't a one off but daily. There's a private beach with a bar and restaurant for cooked lunch. Even that has pairs of beds spare at midday with parasols. It is so quiet you can hear birds in the distance but it's the little things that make it perfect like, the cocktail trolley going round the pool once a day making whatever you want while you lie on your sunbed, the ice lollies handed out in the afternoon, the drinks man back and forth getting whatever drinks you want, ladies handed flowers (apart from me who's husband does that!!!) even the man walking around every day cleaning sunglasses! It's all free, and nothing is too much trouble, you don't have to leave a tip, that's up to you but I've done my homework and the average wage is £3.50 a day, yes, a day, for 12+ hours and that's 6 weeks on (7 days a week) and 1 week off and they survive on tips, so to us a pound is nothing, but to them it's the difference between struggle and survival. I for one will be back.

This hotel is possibly the best hotel I have every been to. We arrived at 10.30 at night and they had reopened the restaurant for the 10 of us that go off the coach. We came over the Easter weekend and there was an Easter egg in our room. The room was spacious and very clean. Only downside to the room there isn't a bath, is that my partner has a bad back and having a bath helps ease it, but we also didn't think to request one.
The staff from the cleaners to the bar and pool could not do enough for us, they were helpful and attentive. Abdul the waiter at the pool spend all week learning our party of eight's name and all of our order by heart.
We went went was during Ramadan and the staff were fasting during the day, and the temperature got to 34° but still all the staff were doing there very best to make sure our stay was a good one.
The beach is a 10 min stroll and as we walked to the beach there is things to see along the way, interesting shaped topiary, hippo, crocodiles, horses, flamingos.
The food was very tasty, fresh and plentiful there is a choice of restaurants, not all on site though. Some are out side the hotel on the nearby street sharing with the neighbouring hotels and one on the beach.
I only have two small issues the lunchboxes that we had for an excursion were not great (tiny issue really) and there isn't a curiosity room for late checkouts, although you can extend the room for a price.
