Lovely and very quality service. Five stars hotel totally. I personally recommend suite with jaquzzi. Food was awesome everywhere. And huge bonus, if you stay in Makadi Spa, you can use other three hotels services too.

Just returned from a week's holiday at this beautiful fantastic hotel resort. Great variety of freshly cooked food either in main international restaurant or one of the al a cart restaurants.Good selection of drinks . Good pool area with infinity pool and excellent pool drinks service, watch out for cucumber 🥒 man at 15.00 hrs daily. Excellent room with pool view , very clean and towels and beach towels replaced daily .Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, nothing to much of a problem.
Would recommend to anyone, looking at booking a return visit but for 14 nights and not 7 nights .
Beach excellent and snorkeling great on house reef.

I am so disappointed with this hotel. I booked it from the 28th September until 3rd October through booking and it was paid already. Our flight was cancelled same day we were flying (28th September) and I sent an email to this hotel saying we were going to arrive tomorrow (29th). They didn’t even check the email and they only sent an email on the 29th saying our hotel was cancelled because “no show” when we previously sent an email saying we were arriving the next day. We tried to call and the person didn’t have any empathy with us at all, she was so rude and only said oh sorry you didn’t show up so we cancelled it. We didn’t even ask for our money back, we just wanted to arrive on the 29th as everything was already booked and paid (you can see the proof attached). Now we need to find a hotel asap because they decided to cancel it without checking with us if we were arriving or not.

It was a great stay at the Makadi Spa hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the Service is very friendly and helped us in every situation. The Restaurants are international with good food. We had a awesome view to the Beach and the big Pool.

We stayed next door in the Makadi Palace but had 2 Egyptian Hammam spa's they were absolutely amazing!! From the moment we went in with the soft relaxing music and diffusing oils . The friendliness of the staff especially Sara & Rehab who stayed with us step by step the whole way and looked after us. There was only me & my friend in the whole place the first time so it felt like a private spa. There are so many different things to experience, I've never known anything like it anywhere. Worth every penny!!

This hotel is beautiful. The grounds are amazing. We had Hanna to help us with booking dinners and for anything else we needed throughout our stay, he did a wonderful job and truly made the stay special. There are so many restaurants to choose from and each one we went to had fantastic food. Even the buffet food was much higher quality than most resorts. The pools are great but the real treat is being able to snorkel right from shore. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel as it is surely one of the nicest in Egypt.

Calm, romantic and ultra luxury. Food was good, breakfast has not many options but everything they have is good quality so it wasn't a problem for us. Amazing sea with corals and lots of sealife. (bring sea shoes and please don't step on the corals!!) Staff is very well natured and helpful. Extra thanks a lot to Mr. Hanna Rayed for his extra care and hospitality. It was definetly a honeymoon we will not forget. Until next time!

This hotel is not definitely 5star hotel, maximum 3 stars. Surroundings of the hotel is nice and cozy. The beach and the sea also very calm. Size of the room is good but it is not clean enough . When we arrived to the hotel we had to ask to change our bed sheets because they were dirty. When we asked for clean beach or room towels they were dirty too. Every day. The clean staff did not use vacuum cleaner at all they just swept room with broom and that was it. The bathroom smell horrible by the mold . The water taps were old and destroyed. Very low level of cleanliness.
The food was very monotonous and it was not very tasty. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner it was the same choice of food. And not so good. After 3 days we didnt know what to choose to eat. We tried steak restaurant for lunch - it was the worst fish I have ever eat . We also tried Italian restaurant - horrible food and definitely not Italian. We paid for AI - but it was not included everything. For example - we went to Gelateria in the resort and we had included only 4 kinds of ice cream and the others 12 kinds we had to pay. Also there were toppings for ice cream which were included and also some kinds ( of course the better ones) which were not included. It was ridiculous.
And what we did not like the most was the fact that the most of the staff in the hotel was totally rude. we did not feel welcome at all. And that is the main reason why we did not come back.

The Hotel is not very clean, Staff very unfriendly.
We had a couple times issues with the Security at the main gate. Very unprofessional and the treatment is bad and disrespectful. The Staff in general is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Good and beverage’s are not great. The Rooms are pretty and big that was the only good thing we experienced there and that the Hotel is very beautiful but it needs renovation and change the whole staff/Management. Never again

We spent here one week. Absolutely beautiful place with spacious room and beautiful view from the terrace. Clean and stuff really friendly and helpful. Hotel has private entrance to the sea. Don't forget at home your snorkeling stuff. Photos attached but reality beats it. Big yes if you are planning to go. WiFi free of charge only around reception area but was not a big deal. Food is ok.
