It was a great stay at the Makadi Spa hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the Service is very friendly and helped us in every situation. The Restaurants are international with good food. We had a awesome view to the Beach and the big Pool.

We stayed next door in the Makadi Palace but had 2 Egyptian Hammam spa's they were absolutely amazing!! From the moment we went in with the soft relaxing music and diffusing oils . The friendliness of the staff especially Sara & Rehab who stayed with us step by step the whole way and looked after us. There was only me & my friend in the whole place the first time so it felt like a private spa. There are so many different things to experience, I've never known anything like it anywhere. Worth every penny!!

This hotel is beautiful. The grounds are amazing. We had Hanna to help us with booking dinners and for anything else we needed throughout our stay, he did a wonderful job and truly made the stay special. There are so many restaurants to choose from and each one we went to had fantastic food. Even the buffet food was much higher quality than most resorts. The pools are great but the real treat is being able to snorkel right from shore. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel as it is surely one of the nicest in Egypt.

Calm, romantic and ultra luxury. Food was good, breakfast has not many options but everything they have is good quality so it wasn't a problem for us. Amazing sea with corals and lots of sealife. (bring sea shoes and please don't step on the corals!!) Staff is very well natured and helpful. Extra thanks a lot to Mr. Hanna Rayed for his extra care and hospitality. It was definetly a honeymoon we will not forget. Until next time!

This hotel is not definitely 5star hotel, maximum 3 stars. Surroundings of the hotel is nice and cozy. The beach and the sea also very calm. Size of the room is good but it is not clean enough . When we arrived to the hotel we had to ask to change our bed sheets because they were dirty. When we asked for clean beach or room towels they were dirty too. Every day. The clean staff did not use vacuum cleaner at all they just swept room with broom and that was it. The bathroom smell horrible by the mold . The water taps were old and destroyed. Very low level of cleanliness.
The food was very monotonous and it was not very tasty. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner it was the same choice of food. And not so good. After 3 days we didnt know what to choose to eat. We tried steak restaurant for lunch - it was the worst fish I have ever eat . We also tried Italian restaurant - horrible food and definitely not Italian. We paid for AI - but it was not included everything. For example - we went to Gelateria in the resort and we had included only 4 kinds of ice cream and the others 12 kinds we had to pay. Also there were toppings for ice cream which were included and also some kinds ( of course the better ones) which were not included. It was ridiculous.
And what we did not like the most was the fact that the most of the staff in the hotel was totally rude. we did not feel welcome at all. And that is the main reason why we did not come back.

The Hotel is not very clean, Staff very unfriendly.
We had a couple times issues with the Security at the main gate. Very unprofessional and the treatment is bad and disrespectful. The Staff in general is very unpleasant and unprofessional. Good and beverage’s are not great. The Rooms are pretty and big that was the only good thing we experienced there and that the Hotel is very beautiful but it needs renovation and change the whole staff/Management. Never again

We spent here one week. Absolutely beautiful place with spacious room and beautiful view from the terrace. Clean and stuff really friendly and helpful. Hotel has private entrance to the sea. Don't forget at home your snorkeling stuff. Photos attached but reality beats it. Big yes if you are planning to go. WiFi free of charge only around reception area but was not a big deal. Food is ok.

Great hotel, beautiful location and incredible coral reef. One of 4 Red Sea Hotels in the complex and felt like the most exclusive. Lots of sun loungers and attentive staff around the pool. The food isn't great (apart from the Cove at lunch time which was awesome). The main restaurant was pretty bland and didn't have a huge choice and the 'alla carte' we cancelled after eating in the 'spanish' and the 'oriental', there were raw vegetables in our North African Tagine and the Paella was like microwave rice...it was pretty disappointing.
It didn't ruin the holiday though, and we enjoyed so much of the snorkeling, and the people and the general beautifully clean hotel.

We never return to the same hotel twice however makadi spa is an exception, we stayed here last Christmas and New year and are currently doing the same this year. This year we are staying in room 6115 and its just as lovely as the room we had last year, our reasons for returning are of course the weather, views snorkeling etc, all bonuses but our main reason is the STAFF, honestly we have never come across such lovely people, they are the most friendliest and attentive people going, nothing is a bother to them they go above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday. From bell boys to reception waiting staff to management they are all fantastic, and we will be making next year our third visit here.

The Makadi Spa was a good hotel and good choice. The quests of the Spa can access to every sister hotels at the Makadi Bay. The all inclusive includes the sister hotels too, but the sister hotels guest can not use the Spa bars and restaurants. So if you are stay in the Makadi Spa, you have a joker bracelet on your arm ;)
At the Spa’s food was good in the main buffet, and we tried some restaurants too (not just the spa). You have to make a reservation to the restaurants (free).
The beach was nice and clear, but you need to wear a swimming shoes, because the coast full of dead (and live) corals and stones. With naked feet pretty challenging 😅
The Hotel and the rooms was clean, the staff were kind and polite (if you give tips they will be more kind and polite :D)
You can just use wifi in the lobby for free. Wifi in the room for extra charge (and slow).
We are totally satisfied!
