Description
The hotel is the second line built in traditional Arabic style, Bay of sharks Bay at the red sea. The complex offers an unforgettable beach holiday All Inclusive youth companies, fans of water sports and families with children.
Built: 2001
Location: 15 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 10 km from Naama Bay, on the second line.
Consists of four 2-storey blocks.
The hotel has 302 rooms.
Total area: 115, 000m2.
Beach: private sandy beach at 800 m from the hotel, pontoon, next to corals. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses and towels on the beach – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.
The length of the beach – 400 m
The price includes only one extra bed. If necessary, one extra bed, book and pay the hotel yourself upon arrival at the hotel (price and availability TBD).
The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive".
Guests of the hotel Concorde Sport are entitled to use at the Concord Front beachfront restaurant LItaliano during Breakfast and lunch, beach bar, bars near the pool (in Front of the hotel and Sport snacks) and lobby bar free of charge.
Local alcoholic, non alcoholic, soft and hot drinks — free of charge.
Ice cream at the pool bar from 13:00 to 15:00 at the Concord Front on the beach (10:00-17:00) – free of charge. Lunch at the restaurant L'italiano (13:00-16:00). Snacks in bars by the pools (13:00-15:00). Coffee break in the Piano bar (16:00-18:00).
Program The "Select All Inclusive":
- 4 dinners in A la Carte restaurants (with reservation, free),
- 2 imported brand of alcohol in the lobby bar and complimentary drinks in the disco in the night club Normandy II to 01:00
- 4 themed dinner in the main restaurant Laguna nights Egyptian, Mexican, Asian and Indian cuisines.
The dessert bar main restaurant features exquisite assortment of sweets and pastries.
Several varieties of ice cream in the formula "all inclusive" offered in the main pool bar from 13:00 to 15:00 and on the beach from 10:00 to 16:00.
Disco Normandie IIWorking hours: from 23:00 until 03:00.

- All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served in glasses.
- Not allowed to carry food and drinks from one restaurant or bar to another. Not allowed to bring their drinks in bars, restaurants and a nightclub. Do not allow the consumption of alcoholic beverages to minors.

Room service is not good at all wher you have to ask every time to set up the room. Yet, the rooms are very good mainly the sea view rooms.
Location of the hotel is in a prime location (very close to Soho Square and near to the airport)
I do think the general condition of the hotel needs a refurbishment. There were cracked and loose tiles everywhere outside, even in the pool. I think the bedrooms will also be due a refurbishment soon, however they weren’t bad, not amazing either.
The service was great here, they will help you as much as they can. You will get sales reps bothering you around the hotel for the spa treatments, however if you become friendly with them then it’s not that bad.
The pool party here is great, however most days there is no entertainment by the pool or music in the background.
When the temperature is hot, the beach can seem like a lot of effort to go to as there’s 2/3 levels of stairs to go down and walking back up in the heat can be tricky!
I would rate the food 3/5* as there wasn’t as many options as other hotels I’ve been to, and a lot of the food was average. Not bad, but not great!
All in all, I give this 3.5* as it sits just below a 4* for me.
However, we experienced many negative issues with the hotel. Unfortunately, the food was extremely bad. Sleeping at night was almost impossible due to the very loud music coming from outside. The sound insulation of the hotel rooms was terrible. Even though our room was located far from the entertainment area, the noise was unbearable.
When we arrived at the hotel, they did not allow us to have breakfast unless we paid extra. Despite coming all the way from Turkey, they did not offer any courtesy breakfast. Later, when we wanted to have coffee, they asked us to pay for it and we encountered another issue: they tried to charge us 150 dollars instead of 150 Egyptian pounds. I repeatedly pointed out the mistake, but the staff insisted that it was in Egyptian pounds. Eventually, it became clear that they were actually trying to overcharge us in dollars, even though they refused to listen at first.
Moreover, the hotel’s taxi service was ridiculously overpriced. They asked for 10 dollars for a ride of only 1.5 kilometers, while we could easily get a taxi through an app for just 2 dollars.
Overall, the hotel’s sense of hospitality is very weak, and you need to be extremely careful, especially regarding extra charges.
Staff are very attentive and helpful.
The Italian restaurant does the best pizza. There are lots of food options, however we found it kept rotating between beef and chicken. Kids club staff were lovely and area was clean.
I would say it's more 4/5. I think location and it's own beach is the plus point. Food is okay but not the best.
Entertainment in evening is a dancing show in the main restaurant.
Service by staff is good. They are ready to help. I have taken a good room so have a good view. I wish quality of food was good
The food it fabulous. A nice variety to cater for everyone. The soup is great and the puddings are lush! (Only thing I would say is they use peanuts a lot in the desserts).
The drinks are good and cocktails are lovely. The main swimming pool is far too cold, but plenty of sunbeds. We preferred the warmer and smaller pool.
The massages are way too expensive. €100 for 55 mins per person. That's ridiculous. We refused a massage on this basis. As a massage therapist myself, that's extortionate.
Lots of games and activities, nice entertainment.
The rooms are quite out dated, the hand rail in the bathroom was broken and the shower although hot was not very powerful.
The rooms were clean though and attended too when needed. (Room 1221)
Coffee is good, though the ice coffees could do with blending.
Overall we would definitely come back. The beach bar is nice and we enjoyed our stay.
