Description
The hotel is the second line built in traditional Arabic style, Bay of sharks Bay at the red sea. The complex offers an unforgettable beach holiday All Inclusive youth companies, fans of water sports and families with children.
Built: 2001
Location: 15 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 10 km from Naama Bay, on the second line.
Consists of four 2-storey blocks.
The hotel has 302 rooms.
Total area: 115, 000m2.
Beach: private sandy beach at 800 m from the hotel, pontoon, next to corals. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses and towels on the beach – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade.
The length of the beach – 400 m
The price includes only one extra bed. If necessary, one extra bed, book and pay the hotel yourself upon arrival at the hotel (price and availability TBD).
The hotel offers a food on system "all inclusive".
Guests of the hotel Concorde Sport are entitled to use at the Concord Front beachfront restaurant LItaliano during Breakfast and lunch, beach bar, bars near the pool (in Front of the hotel and Sport snacks) and lobby bar free of charge.
Local alcoholic, non alcoholic, soft and hot drinks — free of charge.
Ice cream at the pool bar from 13:00 to 15:00 at the Concord Front on the beach (10:00-17:00) – free of charge. Lunch at the restaurant L'italiano (13:00-16:00). Snacks in bars by the pools (13:00-15:00). Coffee break in the Piano bar (16:00-18:00).
Program The "Select All Inclusive":
- 4 dinners in A la Carte restaurants (with reservation, free),
- 2 imported brand of alcohol in the lobby bar and complimentary drinks in the disco in the night club Normandy II to 01:00
- 4 themed dinner in the main restaurant Laguna nights Egyptian, Mexican, Asian and Indian cuisines.
The dessert bar main restaurant features exquisite assortment of sweets and pastries.
Several varieties of ice cream in the formula "all inclusive" offered in the main pool bar from 13:00 to 15:00 and on the beach from 10:00 to 16:00.
Disco Normandie IIWorking hours: from 23:00 until 03:00.

I would look elsewhere. The food is bland. Although a wide selection, it is a wide selection of bland and often under temperature fair. Myself and some other folk got a bad bout of food poisoning. There is nothing else it could have been as we did not leave the resort to eat.
With the exception of being within walking distance to Soho Square, there is nothing to do but sunbathe at the pool. The beach is good for snorkeling but not really swimming. The staff are generally pleasant with some exceptions and those exceptions made the stay even less pleasant.
The rooms and decor are dated. A number of people including us experienced being locked in the bathroom because the door latches failed! Would not go back.
I will summarise some pros and cons of the trip below:
Pros:
- The bar staff are very friendly and are always happy to help you.
- The cleaner was amazing, he left us with new towel art each day which was a nice touch when returning to your room.
- Huge pool area and swim up bar.
- Animation team are really friendly and like to get people involved.
Cons:
- The food can be quite repetitive over the course of the week. I found the breakfast was really lacking and the meal I struggled with the most.
- The hygiene standards of this hotel are not great, I watched a chef handle raw and cooked meat wearing the same gloves several times.
- My friend and several other guests at the hotel fell ill whilst on holiday. It could be something to do with the food or the air con at the hotel. Be careful of what you eat and don’t leave the air con on all night.
All in all I think the hotel is worth it if you get a good deal on a package holiday. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 5* standard but we didn’t pay a 5* price expected as much.
It’s less than a 5 minute walk to SOHO square which has restaurants and entertainment in the evenings.
You can snorkel off the pontoon from the small beach at the hotel. You can also use the facilities at The Sport Hotel - it does have a heated pool. The pool at The front hotel is not heated but is bearable..especially if you enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar!
You will get asked to go on trips/spa/photography but if you don’t want to, just be firm and polite. We did a speedboat trip out to the reef for snorkelling and were lucky to have a pod of dolphins come by the boat. Amazing experience and would recommend.
Cons:
Some noise comes from Disco at night and maintain till 2 pm
A lot of leftover food from restaurant / open buffet which is thrown away in the garbage. It is recommended to donate the leftover food and find solutions to reduce food waste. We understand that the hotel try to meet all guests needs and ensure variety of foods , however, pls consider food waste!
Positives: The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is convenient for both the airport and Soho square. Nice for snorkeling. Free shuttle bus to the sports hotel and Soho Square. Water bottles are placed daily in the rooms and there's a kettle to make tea/coffee. Food areas are clean and well kept and nobody got poorly. The lifeguards at the pools are superb. The pool at this hotel inflated the kids pool toys and tried to repair their punctures. The lifeguard at the sports hotel played with the kids by throwing items into the pool for them to dive for. The man who runs the pool bar at the sports hotel is great.
Negatives: it advertises there's an inside pool, but you aren't actually allowed to use it unless you pay £10 per person extra each time. Incredibly annoying as our children were caught by the sun from being in the outside pool too long and we wanted to keep them sheltered the following day but couldn't as they wanted £40 extra (we paid for all-inclusive). Also the same for the restaurants. They advertise they have a flame restaurant and an Italian, these aren't included in 'all-inclusive', you have to pay for the food and drinks at these restaurants. The only restaurant you can use daily that's included is the buffet one. So quite deceiving.
The food at the buffet restaurant gets boring and if your kids are fussy and won't eat stews and salad, there isn't really anything for them. The restaurant tables were hardly ever laid with cutlery or napkins and you only get approached on odd occasions to get asked if you wanted a drink with your meal, we got asked a total 3/4 times out of 7 days and having 3 meals a day. Any cocktails that are usually made with orange juice are made with orange squash, so not nice. You can't sit at the pool/beach without staff approaching you several times a day asking you to book a spa treatment or something else, it gets annoying after a few days! We wouldn't go back.
Pluses:
Beautiful, well-kept garden with a wonderful view.
The animators are friendly and kind.
Cons:
- Very little and tasteless food. Bad assortment that is practically the same every day. Only a few types of food have been changed. At breakfast every day (10 days) nothing was changed: scrambled eggs and baked vegetables. It does not deserve 5 stars for such a kitchen!
- Mold in the shower!
-The towels in the bathroom were changed 3 times for 10 days!
- Dirty beach towels, I received a used towel! As a 5-star hotel, they must offer a towel every time you give your card (they only have one a day and that's it).
- Dirty, poorly cleaned dishes or even worse - I received a used and dirty glass.
- And the last thing that left me upset is that at the end of the vacation, when you leave for the airport, any hotel, even a 4-star one, offered me a package with water, fruit and a snack! While this 5-star one didn't offer anything. How stingy it would be to leave a man at least a bottle of water on a long journey and temperatures over 30 degrees.
Personal conclusion: It does not deserve 5 stars at all. The hotel needs a complete repair, it is extremely old and worn (in the pictures it looks luxurious and beautiful, but the reality is different.) I will never come to this hotel again, I am disappointed that I lost my money.
