Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Resorts Sharm was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. The property is beautifully maintained, and the amenities, particularly the pool and beachfront areas, exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the variety and quality of dining options, and the all-inclusive experience was seamless. The entertainment programs added fun to our evenings, and we appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation, and we would gladly return!

An excellent integrated tourist resort in everything. The food is more than wonderful and varied. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the room service is excellent. The resort is excellent as a whole and the beach and swimming pools are very beautiful and varied in size and activities and the most enjoyable of them is the relax pool. The staff is very respectful and cooperative and I would like to mention in particular Mr. Moaz, a very respectful and cooperative person. I recently stayed at Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort and had an amazing experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained.

What stood out the most was the fantastic food offered at the hotel’s restaurant. Every meal was a treat, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious.

The entertainment options were also top-notch. Whether it was the live music in the evenings or the fun activities during the day, there was always something enjoyable to do. It made the entire stay so much more fun and memorable.

As I sit on the balcony of the Sun rise beach resort surrounded by the serene beauty of the mountains and the mesmerizing sea view, I can't help but feel a sense of relaxation and romance. The cool breeze that rustles through the leaves is truly calming, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a tiring day. However, there are a few points that I feel could be improved upon to enhance the overall experience.

Firstly, the air conditioning units in the rooms are a bit loud, which can be a bit distracting when trying to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the balcony at night. It would be wonderful if the hotel could work on creating a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere for guests to fully enjoy the surroundings.

Secondly, the cold water pressure in the showers is not as strong as one would expect. However, I do appreciate the hotel's water-saving policy and efforts to conserve resources. Perhaps some adjustments could be made to balance water conservation with guest comfort.

One issue that I encountered a few times during my stay was the occasional delay or mix-up in orders from the hotel staff. While it didn't happen frequently, it would be great if the hotel could implement some measures to minimize such occurrences, especially for a 5-star establishment.

The towels situation was a bit amusing for me, as I found it challenging to keep track of them with active kids in tow. The system of returning towels to a central station was efficient, but there were instances where I had to deal with missing towels and sign a report. While I understand the need for accountability, perhaps a more streamlined process could be put in place to avoid such mishaps.

Despite these minor issues, I must commend the hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. The room was impeccable, but I did notice a few cigarette butts in an outside corner of the balcony. For a top-tier establishment like this, attention to detail is crucial, and I'm sure a quick revision could rectify this oversight.

Another observation I made was regarding the interactions between some staff members, which at times felt slightly tense. Implementing human behavior training or similar programs could help alleviate any conflicts and ensure a harmonious work environment for all. This is something that should be addressed to maintain a positive guest experience.

Furthermore, there were instances where the limited operating hours for certain facilities caused inconvenience for guests. Extending operating hours slightly could make a significant difference in avoiding missed opportunities for enjoyment during their stay.

On a positive note, the staff at this resort were truly remarkable - welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Their excellent service and friendly demeanor made my stay all the more enjoyable. I also appreciate the early check-in and free upgrade provided, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

I would like to write about my wonderful experience during my vacation that I spent in this excellent hotel in terms of reception, attention to guests, cleanliness, tranquility, beauty, and attention to the smallest details. What pleased me most was the upscale treatment of all the hotel staff, their constant smiles, and their interest in customers. A very nice hotel. I listened to it. The swimming pools are beautiful and clean. The beach is also clean. I was recommended by Captain Islam, the lifeguard on the beach. He works with love with every guest and is a good helper for people who do not know how to swim. Thank you, Captain Islam.

We had a great time here - having been slightly concerned about Egypt after reading some negative reviews - we can honestly say that this hotel and its staff have been excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything was clean, the food has been good - I really would recommend it.

Reda deserves a special recognition from us, he looked after us so attentively in the restaurants - always making us feel so welcome and ever so polite.
