Mr. Ahmed Ali, I encountered him across different areas, especially in the Italian French and Greek restaurants. What impressed me the most is that even when something was not directly part of his job, he never hesitated to step in and assist. His willingness to help, his kindness. Ahmed is one of those rare people who go above and beyond to make guests feel special, and he’s one of the main reasons I would definitely choose to come back to this hotel again.
I also met Karim in several of the hotel’s restaurants, including the Italian, French, and Greek ones. He is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always has a warm smile that makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Karim has a natural way of making guests feel at ease. He is always attentive, quick to help, and his positive energy really enhances the dining experience. Whether it was lunch, or dinner, he always made sure we were happy and well taken care of
I’m sincerely grateful for the incredible service both Karim and Ahmed provided. People like them are what make a place feel like home.

We had a slight issue with air conditioning but it was sorted very quickly.
The facilities are fabulous and our son had all sorts to keep him occupied. There is a complimentary show in a sister hotel which is recommended.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean.
The food in the buffet is fantastic and authentic.
Special shout to George’s in the swim up bar who was so helpful and friendly.
We would return without hesitation.
