Sunrise Arabian Beach Resort

As I sit on the balcony of the Sun rise beach resort surrounded by the serene beauty of the mountains and the mesmerizing sea view, I can't help but feel a sense of relaxation and romance. The cool breeze that rustles through the leaves is truly calming, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for unwinding after a tiring day. However, there are a few points that I feel could be improved upon to enhance the overall experience.

Firstly, the air conditioning units in the rooms are a bit loud, which can be a bit distracting when trying to enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the balcony at night. It would be wonderful if the hotel could work on creating a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere for guests to fully enjoy the surroundings.

Secondly, the cold water pressure in the showers is not as strong as one would expect. However, I do appreciate the hotel's water-saving policy and efforts to conserve resources. Perhaps some adjustments could be made to balance water conservation with guest comfort.

One issue that I encountered a few times during my stay was the occasional delay or mix-up in orders from the hotel staff. While it didn't happen frequently, it would be great if the hotel could implement some measures to minimize such occurrences, especially for a 5-star establishment.

The towels situation was a bit amusing for me, as I found it challenging to keep track of them with active kids in tow. The system of returning towels to a central station was efficient, but there were instances where I had to deal with missing towels and sign a report. While I understand the need for accountability, perhaps a more streamlined process could be put in place to avoid such mishaps.

Despite these minor issues, I must commend the hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. The room was impeccable, but I did notice a few cigarette butts in an outside corner of the balcony. For a top-tier establishment like this, attention to detail is crucial, and I'm sure a quick revision could rectify this oversight.

Another observation I made was regarding the interactions between some staff members, which at times felt slightly tense. Implementing human behavior training or similar programs could help alleviate any conflicts and ensure a harmonious work environment for all. This is something that should be addressed to maintain a positive guest experience.

Furthermore, there were instances where the limited operating hours for certain facilities caused inconvenience for guests. Extending operating hours slightly could make a significant difference in avoiding missed opportunities for enjoyment during their stay.

On a positive note, the staff at this resort were truly remarkable - welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Their excellent service and friendly demeanor made my stay all the more enjoyable. I also appreciate the early check-in and free upgrade provided, showcasing the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

In conclusion, despite a few minor hiccups, my experience at Sunrise Arabian beach resort was truly exceptional. The vast array of amenities, delicious food options, and pristine surroundings made it one of the best experiences I've had. I would certainly love to return to this beautiful resort in the future and witness the improvements that may be implemented based on the feedback provided. Thank you for a memorable stay.

The hotel provided a fantastic experience for our family. The highlight was the kids' club, which offered a variety of engaging activities and had a dedicated, friendly staff. It gave our children a great time while allowing us some much-needed relaxation. Overall, it was a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment for both adults and kids

What pleased me most was the upscale treatment of all the hotel staff, their constant smiles, and their interest in customers. A very nice hotel. I listened to it. The swimming pools are beautiful and clean. The beach is also clean. I was recommended by Captain Islam, the lifeguard on the beach. He works with love with every guest and is a good helper for people who do not know how to swim. Thank you, Captain Islam.

We had a great time here - having been slightly concerned about Egypt after reading some negative reviews - we can honestly say that this hotel and its staff have been excellent.
Nothing was too much trouble, everything was clean, the food has been good - I really would recommend it.

Reda deserves a special recognition from us, he looked after us so attentively in the restaurants - always making us feel so welcome and ever so polite.

Love the resort and we will definitely come back! The staff is so friendly, they constantly ask if you have everything you want and if you need anything else. Everything is super clean! The food is good, it has a lot of options and it variations. They also have 6 very nice restaurants. Good place to chill and relax and if you look for activities the animation team will be always there for you.

Not enough variety on the food and desserts. Fish in particular was dry on a number of occasions and food not hot at times. Need to fix those aspects.
Staff very friendly.and they keep the hotel looking nice, clean and tidy.
Did not visit the chargeable restaurants as quite pricey especially as we paid a lot to be all inclusive. I think others felt the same as they were empty a lot of the time. Hotel should think about making those restaurants part of all inclusive then more people would go.

Also, as an architect, I was pleasantly surprised by the ingenious design of the resort. The architectural layout create a visually stunning environment.

One small note: it would be great if the rocky beach could be made more swim-friendly.

On my last day in this resort and all I can say AMAZING . We traveled with two kids, the room was spacious and very comfortable. The food delicious, the grounds absolutely stunning but more importantly the staff.. so kind and helpful, perfect service. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Sharm El-Sheikh. You’ll not find better service and better value for your money than this resort.

Our stay at Sunrise Arabian Hotel was a fantastic vacation. The hotel is well-maintained, with a nice location and a good atmosphere. The food is incredibly tasty, and there is a fantastic selection to choose from. You can enjoy different types of meals every day, as there are various cuisines available. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of options on the buffet.

The prices of the food are reasonable and affordable, making it easy to enjoy the culinary offerings. The restaurant staff provides excellent service, and they are helpful and attentive to your needs. We would like to express our gratitude to the team at the Thai restaurant, especially Mr. Ali and his entire team.

The bar service is also great. The waiters at the pool bar are always walking around, providing a prompt service of delicious cocktails. The cocktails themselves have a fantastic taste, and the alcoholic beverages are of high quality. The hot drinks are also exceptional and offer a delightful brand.
