However I expected better honesty.
First of all the bathrooms was always wet and have to wait for next day until someone comes and clean the room .
The back of the bed wasn’t clean was full of dust and that was weird as i thought everyday the guy will clean it out and it stayed the same during my whole stay there and I didn’t want to bother anyone.
The animation team is nice and friendly but to be honest the activities is super boring, specially night ones.
The pool bar guy, someone with glasses and looks at his 30s, I felt like he ignoring us, and Egyptian guests in general, and even lost interest for even drinking something also the cups on the pool bar was dirty and looks nasty.
Thats all the issues I faced other wise everything is fine and the whole stuff is really nice and cooperative specially restaurant team.
I thought the rock in the courtyard looked
like Disneyland.
The staff were kind and talked to me a lot.
Especially, Ms.Sama Ramadan at the reception desk was kind. Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim at the restaurant was friendly and helpful. And Ms.Viola Gorge the receptionist at the restaurant, always welcomed everyone very pleasantly.
I had a wonderful stay thanks to the kind staff. Thank you very much.
The setting is just out of this world, beautiful coral sea and loads of underwater activities and marine life.
From restaurant ,reception, rooms,lifeguards, and entertainment teams, they are always there for you with a smile.
The quality of customer service at this hotel is exceptional.
Entertainment staff are so nice, always happy to help, and they are always making sure you are having a good time.
