The food offered a nice variety, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The animation team stood out, always active and offering both relaxing and energetic options to match each day’s mood. Special thanks to Maria and Liana from the animation team for their energy and effort, they truly made the stay more enjoyable :).

Mr. Mohammed Elsayed deserves appreciation for his great support at the beach, always ensuring everything was ready and organized. Mr. Mohammed Kamal was also exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my stay.
The reception team made the arrival and check-in process smooth and pleasant, always greeting guests with genuine smiles and readiness to assist.
I’d also like to thank Ms Maria for her amazing energy and dedication in leading sports, yoga, and aqua gym sessions — her professionalism made every activity more enjoyable. And Ms Liana, for her wonderful engagement in organizing exercises, games, and trips, and for following up with guests to ensure everyone was having a great time.
The entire stay was an excellent mix of relaxation, comfort, and hospitality. Every detail, from the cleanliness to the service, reflected real care. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a truly welcoming atmosphere.
We felt that we are at home; the food tastes really delicious with very wide variety in all meals.
The waiters; chefs, barmen; pool men; beach rescuers; the reception staff are really decent.
They offered us a free room upgrade.
Also they all offered help whenever needed.
There is shuttle bus to Naema bay and soho square; the pirates trip to Ras Mohammad is amazing.
The hotel is great value for money; the all inclusive package is great offering 3 open buffet meals; all kinds of hot and cold beverages in addition to ice cream; pan cakes and beach pizza and burger!
Great greetings to the kitchen and buffet staff!!The room service is excellent; with daily cleaning; changing the bed sheets and towels.

Regarding the hotel, the location is good and pleasant, but the furniture is old and needs maintenance. There's a musty smell in the room.

During our stay, when we went to the restaurant for lunch, we were greeted by staffs using racially insensitive language in a joking, mocking tone. I want to believe they didn’t mean harm and were just unaware of how offensive their words were — but it still left me deeply uncomfortable and upset. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that receives international guests.
The main restaurant was also disappointing in terms of food — the selection was very limited, and most dishes lacked flavor. The only thing that was passable was the pizza at the beach bar.
The room itself was small and felt like it hadn’t been updated in decades — definitely not what you’d expect for the price we paid.
But what shocked me the most was the overall lack of hospitality. The staff seemed disinterested, and gave off the impression that they didn’t want to be there. There was no warmth, no sense of service — nothing that made us feel welcome.
Considering the high price, the experience was hugely disappointing and absolutely not worth it. Sadly, this has been one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had.

Service was the worst part — when we arrived with 5 or 6 pieces of luggage, the doorman only pushed one suitcase and walked off, leaving us to carry the rest by ourselves. Totally unhelpful.
The hotel is full of kids running around and screaming, so if you’re a couple looking for a quiet or relaxing stay, this is not the place.
The food was also a letdown. Very limited options and honestly, nothing tasted good.
For the price we paid, there are way better choices out there. Wouldn’t stay here again.
