My only critique would be that the pool bar (which was supposed to be open until 18:00 for drinks, really closed at 17:00 and the staff were reluctant to serve you after about 17:30

The Pyramisa Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh is a perfect location and excellent resort in shark bay , the food in restaurants was very good and my tow room was very clean I would thank you all staff working three from gate to beach The gays in restaurants and respiration bars

rooms are comfortable but need to be more clean! The main Restaurant so messy i saw kids playing and touching the food on the buffet with their hands and this is really disgusting!!! Food is not really good have no taste lots of spices that covers completely the taste of the food and you can’t recognize what are you eating !!! chefs at the food stations are polite !! Specially the lady who bakes arabic...

Every day different restaurant foods. Very nice very big area and Aqua park also big enough. Especially Royal Club team is perfect thank you for them. Reception team is very polite and handful

Excellent resort, they have different levels and we went for the highest gold one with unlimited access to all facilities and restaurants. Excellent food, Aqua park and private beach

The food isn't necessarily catering for the English palette, but how can you go wrong with omelette, beans, and coffee. If you want tea bring your own, I wish I did. The crepes and chocolate sauce as my second course

Clean and heated pools , there are slides for adults and children. The staff are excellent, very attentive, not Intrusive. The kitchen is great, a huge choice of dishes. There are two beaches of sand and coral

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

This is a lovely hotel, the room service/ house keeping is absolutely amazing, everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas, such as the Italian and the food in the restaurant has a good, but slightly limited menu

Amazing vocation in this hotel. We were so enjoyed with food, with drinks, evening programs very interesting. Animation team was so wonderfull. They did out vocation full of fun

the Beach is a very big plus, it has the dock where you can jump into deep but quit water to snorkel, also has a big Sandy ( mainly but has some rocks ) shallow calm water, perfect for relaxation and kids

3 downsides I wish they fix, in family rooms, the adults bedroom has no door while the kids bedroom has a door !!!! the 2nd is that activities for teenagers are limited, sports bar has nothing but a TV and for rent pool table, if you build an arcade area, 3 on 3 basketball court, indoor table tennis and air hockey for free, eenagers might be able to make friends and enjoy

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

I had a wonderful holiday in my stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh. Rooms were really spacious and everything looked in great condition. Also I want to say that the entertainment at the hotel was great

First time at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh left me an amazing experience. 7 of us came to here to celebrate 2 birthdays and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and talkative

The hotel also has a diving center. I did pool training and beach diving with them and also speed boat snorkelling to Gordon reef (thanks Alex for a great afternoon). I would love to come back again!

Was a pretty impressive resort: - lots of pools - just for adults, or with slides for kids, or jacuzzi, infinity pools - lifeguard at each pool - really cool snorkeling place from the hotel beach in the sea - food very tasty - diversity

The rating for the hotel is 5/5 in all directions. Beautifully maintained common areas, good pools, spacious and clean rooms (our choice was Deluxe), very nice food, and an AWESOME CORAL GARDEN

During the stay i eat a bit from most of it and still couldn’t try all - a 24h limited menu - lots of events for adult during the day and evening (live music) - events for kids - shops inside - a bus to bring people that have rooms a bit far from the beach& restaurant - very good services Totally recommend it ❤️🏖️!

Probably the only thing missing is that the hotel does not have a wheelchair my husband injured his leg, and since there is a lot of walking involved, it would be very convenient. Everything else is truly flawless!

Could do with more English programs on the TV and WiFi in all areas would be nice. The entertainment could be better, but I was there for a relaxing week, which I got in abundance

The suite has old furniture, and most of the time, no hot water and the safe were not working, I had to request someone to cone and fix it and it took them almost a half an hour to figure out why it's not working

It is such an awesome place! The servants are really nice and talkative the same as the Animations they are also really good at including everyone in what they’re doing

To the more negative the pool are clean and all but really cold and the food is kinda tiring cause it’s almost the same everyday a little more seasoning on the food and maybe have some culture food days like Monday could be Asian food or something like that and warmer water would be recommended but overall I won’t complain it was SO nice! See yall next year

I loved my holiday at dreams beach resort hotel is beautiful food excellent staff are very polite the only thing wrong is they don’t have a toilet by the pool so to go you haft to walk quite away down the steps becomes a pain after a while but all in all fantastic!

I don’t like donuts, but the delicious dough melted in my mouth, I had to take it)) My son fell in love with pasta in the evening, they also make it as desired, just like they add different fillings to an omelette

There is a little less choice of food on the beach than in the main restaurant, but enough to have a snack. A good cook works in the Ibrahem Amr hall, he is attentive, works quickly, delivers and changes food

Huge spacious hotel area + long cascading beach. You can find a secluded place on the beach. The sea (reef) is gorgeous, pontoon. There is also a small, not deep place for children, but shoes are required

The food is really good especially ice cream, pizza, chips. The pool is the right temperature, the water park is great for the kids. The staff are great especially Manoly and Mano

The high energy animation team make you feel part of everything and will do their best to get you to relax, join in and feel part of an inclusive resort where all are welcome! The bar staff maybe busy but treat them politely and they will look after you even coming to your table to provide drinks

We have just come back from our 3rd visit to Sea Beach and already looking at booking to go back. The location is amazing with a long jetty to get you right over the coral for amazing snorkelling scenery

The entertainment is absolutely brilliant for the kids. Overall my stay here was great. The only off thing about it was the wifi. I would highly recommend this hotel to other people

Overall, we have had a fairly good experience, however this hotel is 3 star max, not ever close to 5 star standard, so if you are paying fairly cheap price, it is worth it

There are plenty of shops, pharmacy outside of the hotel. If you need a taxi, catch one on the road, the taxis at the hotel and from the guys standing outside of the hotel offering a taxi service is a rip off

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one

Reception staff very helpful and mostly nice, however the staff serving food and drinks very rude, they literally throw food on you plate, no respect. Even if you tip them, they do not really care

Lovely, elegant resort with beautiful grounds and pools, plus a phenomenal snorkeling at the house reef. Not a place for wild nightlife or crazy games on the beach, but perfect for a relaxing getaway

Great stay in the winter. In Ukraine minus 20 and to Sharm El Sheikh air water plus 25 plus 23. A memorable stay. Who loves reefs and dive is what you need plus diving.

Very nice hotel and lot of activities, so you never felt boring. Room was always cleaned and with nice figures of towels on the bed. Everyday was new bottles of water also in the room

Very good holidays and our housekeeper was Ahmed and he was very helpful, efficient and every day he made different statues with towels and pillows! Our room was 2212. We are satisfied.

At the beginning of the trip, we waited a long time at the reception and were about to leave the hotel, but when we received the room, the employee Ahmed welcomed us very much and did not delay in fulfilling the requests

People in reception are very kind and must say that they understand customer needs. When we came here in the morning and they saw that we have disabled doughter they gave us room much earlier than they should

The days are filled with fun activities such as dancing and parties on the beach and pool. Every evening there's a show that can be enjoyed by kids and adults alike

When we faced small issues they sloved them quickly. Animation team is also great, and specially Victoria which is also like us from Poland. We spend time here nicely, quite nice rooms

A very wonderful resort in terms of everything in it, whether its location in Naama Bay, the possibility of shopping in the Naama Bay market, and easy access to the beach

What distinguishes their beach is that it is sandy, not rocky, and it is very, very suitable for everyone

But close to the hotel there was a disco club and there parties were going at least until 2-3 am morning time. Very loud music, sometimes hard to sleep

Even though it's not located directly on the beach, they take you in a special bus for the resort so you don't have to walk there. Great service and thank you for everything

The hotel territory are well-kept and not very big, it is convenient. It is a bit of a pity that you can’t swim in the pool in the evening. I would like to extend the opening hours of the pool

What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste

cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant

I can write endlessly about this hotel. where they serve hot pizza and ice cream, about the beach bar, there are drinks for every taste: alcoholic and non-alcoholic and unique cocoa

This was our first trip to Egypt and it was wonderful. The hotel has a good coastline. A very beautiful coral reef and magical sea animals. We liked the hotel staff, everyone was very polite, and funny

the hotel has a fantastic view right down to the sea. The pool area is delicious and always clean. The rooms in the hotel are a bit worn, but the cleaning is fine. staff are always friendly and accommodating

If I could give more stars I would. Plenty of space, plenty of storage. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, kept the room temperature as we needed. The view from our room was directly onto the beach and out to sea

Our favourite time of each day has been listening to DJ Miami on the terrace during Fizz Hour; He has taught our 7 year old how to mix songs and spent time talking with our family, he is an ambassador for this hotel, and an asset to this business as a whole

We preferred the Italian as it suited our own taste but they were all excellent We even went to the Steakhouse that was not part of the all inclusive package
