We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

Youseff the lifeguard kept our sunbeds everyday in the same spot and Sayed (my dad) at towel booth was excellent as I had lost my sunglasses and hat and he went out of his way to help me find them

You can book it with your eyes closed. We stayed during peak season in April, and it was almost fully booked. All the rooms are private villas, offering great privacy

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily for its snorkeling spot. Unfortunately, the snorkeling didn't quite live up to expectations, with severe coral bleaching, scarce fish, and murky water

It is family friendly: warm pools, football pitch, aquapark, beach entertainment. But I will give 5 stars to the reef: the best I've seen so far

The service was excellent across the board – from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bellhops, to the beach area. A shuttle service takes you to the beach, where sun loungers are always plentiful

Consequently, every day after returning from the beach, the room floor would be covered in sand and water, making it quite dirty! Our room key cards frequently failed to work, requiring daily trips to the front desk for reactivation

However, the tiled floors were extremely slippery because our shoes would track in water, and the hotel doesn't provide slippers

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and are excellently maintained by an army of hard working gardeners and engineers - they really make it feel like being in paradise

There are small and medium slides perfect for younger kids, while the aqua park is brilliant fun for adults and older children

Special mention to Omar, the young man cleaning the hall – such a polite and hardworking lad who always had a smile on his face. There truly is something for everyone of all age groups at this resort

The entertainment is enjoyable and well organised, and there are also two great kids’ parks where little ones can run around and have fun

His attention to detail was second to none! In the dinner hall, Seyd was fantastic – always attentive, friendly, and quick to help

Rajab at the diving centre was excellent – professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience both safe and exciting

Over at the Columbus Bar, Zakira Ibrahim impressed us daily with his beautiful coffee patterns – a true artist! At the sports bar, Mahmood worked so hard every night on his own, serving fantastic drinks with a smile – the kids loved the whole atmosphere thanks to him

The pools and beach are beautiful, the food is delicious, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the atmosphere is calm and elegant

The restaurant La Churrascaria was amazing, the meat was phenomenal, they did prawns aswell , they keep coming round until you turn your block to red, we were extremely full! The staff round the pool can’t do enough for you, always checking to see if you want a drink or you’re comfy/ need anything, very friendly all round

I had a wonderful stay at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh (Adults Only). It is an excellent hotel for adults, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay in luxurious conditions

Keep in mind that when you leave the towels on the panton, put something on top, slippers, cream, water, because it was stolen, but you need to return it using a card

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

Reception staff very helpful and mostly nice, however the staff serving food and drinks very rude, they literally throw food on you plate, no respect. Even if you tip them, they do not really care

Drinks are disaster, served in 70ml plastic cups, two sips and back in the queue for another one. The drink service has got to be probably the worst part of this hotel

Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes

Bottled water topped up daily. Main Restaurant food, something for everyone, my preference would be to be greeted and shown to your table, and the first drink bought to you, then after maybe queue at the bar

Best customer service ever! I’ll start with a few negatives, but please read on because this ended up being the best holiday we’ve ever had

The night shift bartender Ahmed was amazing. Kind and good with us even in this early hour in the night. Nur, Benny and Maira are the greatest. always have the best time with them. The food is great, the hotel is clean

The animators were absolutely amazing! They were always full of energy, friendly and made every activity so much fun. They created a fantastic atmosphere, made everyone feel included and we're always smiling

Every detail was carefully considered, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Even if you don’t get to explore all the activities in Sharm, just staying at the resort will keep you entertained and relaxed

We took photoshoots, went on excursions, and drove around Sharm at night—it was magical! The hotel has a fantastic water park and entertainers! Volleyball and aqua aerobics are among our favorite activities, and Zumba is a blast to dance to! We went to a show every evening; they have a varied program: fire shows, belly dancing, performances by visiting groups, vocal evenings, and competitions

We stayed at Concord Sport, so I can't say anything about the food and accommodation at the Front, but every day we passed through their territory to the beach

many water slides, many swimming pools and private beach by shuttle less than 5 minutes. There is always something to do among the many activities. Very kind staff and very clean place

Our holiday was amazing from start to finish! The cleanliness of the entire resort was incredible – the staff were constantly on top of everything, keeping the grounds spotless

The only small downside was that the evening entertainment finished at 10pm due to noise complaints, which was a bit of a shame. But honestly, there was so much to do during the day that we were never bored

One of the reasons we loved this hotel was because of abdell he made us feel so safe and welcoming we was never bored when he was around also one of the reason we traveled back the following week the hotel was amazing very friendly they all was willing to be returning very soon

A very wonderful resort in terms of everything in it, whether its location in Naama Bay, the possibility of shopping in the Naama Bay market, and easy access to the beach

Got into the room and there was a fruit baskets and some local snacks. Room was great with lotion, shower cap, shampoo. This is a very big place but does not have direct access to the seaside

But close to the hotel there was a disco club and there parties were going at least until 2-3 am morning time. Very loud music, sometimes hard to sleep
