We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

I have before write to you about my trip to this hotel was very bad i almost pay 1600 euro for 4 person but first day when we arrive we did not get the room we have booked, but the 2 day we get the room that suppose to be that room we have booked, but to tell few words about that room: dirty,waterpibe in the toilet explove twize, the door was broken and the tell us that they wanna fix it but they did...

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

Youseff the lifeguard kept our sunbeds everyday in the same spot and Sayed (my dad) at towel booth was excellent as I had lost my sunglasses and hat and he went out of his way to help me find them

You can book it with your eyes closed. We stayed during peak season in April, and it was almost fully booked. All the rooms are private villas, offering great privacy

the Beach is a very big plus, it has the dock where you can jump into deep but quit water to snorkel, also has a big Sandy ( mainly but has some rocks ) shallow calm water, perfect for relaxation and kids

3 downsides I wish they fix, in family rooms, the adults bedroom has no door while the kids bedroom has a door !!!! the 2nd is that activities for teenagers are limited, sports bar has nothing but a TV and for rent pool table, if you build an arcade area, 3 on 3 basketball court, indoor table tennis and air hockey for free, eenagers might be able to make friends and enjoy

Our room was lovely and kept beautifully clean, our cleaner would make different towel animals each day; which my son loved. We would try to guess what the next animal would be before opening the door

They are all close together so you can choose food from any of the restaurants and take it back to your table; your not restricted to eating from the restaurant where you are seated

The water slides are located a short walk away from the pools, we really enjoyed them and the lifeguards were very diligent at ensuring everyone was safe

We specialy thank Osama from the beach bar who told us about the Egypt and served the best drinks. The food is ok, no one got sick. Near the hotel there is a reaf, nice views

Great family holiday at the Royal Moderna. We chose this hotel as we stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurgarda last year and loved it, so wanted to try another Pickalbatros hotel

Reception staff very helpful and mostly nice, however the staff serving food and drinks very rude, they literally throw food on you plate, no respect. Even if you tip them, they do not really care

Drinks are disaster, served in 70ml plastic cups, two sips and back in the queue for another one. The drink service has got to be probably the worst part of this hotel

Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes

Best customer service ever! I’ll start with a few negatives, but please read on because this ended up being the best holiday we’ve ever had

The night shift bartender Ahmed was amazing. Kind and good with us even in this early hour in the night. Nur, Benny and Maira are the greatest. always have the best time with them. The food is great, the hotel is clean

The animators were absolutely amazing! They were always full of energy, friendly and made every activity so much fun. They created a fantastic atmosphere, made everyone feel included and we're always smiling

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious

We stayed at Concord Sport, so I can't say anything about the food and accommodation at the Front, but every day we passed through their territory to the beach

Best hotel we’ve been too, the hotel is like a mini village with everything you need for the family the waterslides are amazing, it’s just a short walk to their sister aqua park where you will find more bigger slides for the older ones and so many pools for the little ones

We spent 11 amazing nights at this hotel (4 adults and 3 children) We were stunned to find that all the VR games were free and whilst the kids had a great time so did the adults All the slides kept the kids entertained and we have to mention our cleaner for room 5111 he was amazing, our room was spotless every day and had little towel arrangements for when we returned after a hard day sun bathing...

The swimming pools were cleaned in the morning and very hygenic the servece was amazing. The hotel cleaners clean your room and makes it feel like home. Food was amazing and delicous and yummy

One of the reasons we loved this hotel was because of abdell he made us feel so safe and welcoming we was never bored when he was around also one of the reason we traveled back the following week the hotel was amazing very friendly they all was willing to be returning very soon

Thanks a lot for your beatiful drinks Mohammed Ahmed from main Normally Egypt kitchen is a little bit different than Türkiye’s cuisine but we loved the foods in Aqua Blu. The food is very close to Turkish cuisine

The hotel territory are well-kept and not very big, it is convenient. It is a bit of a pity that you can’t swim in the pool in the evening. I would like to extend the opening hours of the pool

What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste

cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant

This was our first trip to Egypt and it was wonderful. The hotel has a good coastline. A very beautiful coral reef and magical sea animals. We liked the hotel staff, everyone was very polite, and funny

Very big and nice hotel. There is 4 swimming pools and one aqua park with many sliders. It's all included hotel so you have 3 miles snacks and free bars . The service was amazing. We definitely come back.

Rooms are large and well presented. Entertainment at night is a bit annoying but after 10 it improves. Wifi ok and reached our room which is as far from reception as you can get

The water park is so much fun, it’s located separately to the main pool so if it’s not for you, you can relax away from it
