We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

The rooms are clean and tidy and should there be a maintenance issue, it is resolved speedily. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. This is the first hotel we would actually like to return to

The food quality was high across all including the buffet. Though the drinks were not international brands they were of better quality than we had experiences in Egypt before, the selection of cocktails were really good

Youseff the lifeguard kept our sunbeds everyday in the same spot and Sayed (my dad) at towel booth was excellent as I had lost my sunglasses and hat and he went out of his way to help me find them

This was an excellent hotel from the lovely greeting by the reception staff, the room was clean spacious and one of the comfortable beds I have slept in. The food was wonderful especially a la cart fish restaurant

DJ from 10am on first day so we asked to be moved to quiet part of resort which we were within minutes PLUS upgraded to Junior Suite. As we got to know the bar staff the drinks got stronger

The beach has only one pontoon where a mass of people crowd together, and there's no normal way to enter the sea. The service was very good; they regulate the flow during dinner, and the waiters are helpful

The hotel grounds were very beautiful, with many plants, flowers, and a large area. The food was decent, but the evening entertainment was very weak

The standard rooms were also very old and in need of renovation, some didn't even have balconies, and there was a smell of sewage

The hotel has a variety of pools, perfect for both relaxation and fun. We enjoyed the lively main pool during the day and quieter pools when we wanted to unwind

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

The snorkeling is just brilliant, nothing else can be said there. The rooms are spacious, clean and well looked after and the buffets/food is probably one of the best I've ever stayed at, very yummy indeed

But our room dated worn out spotlessly clean but not what i expected see pics another thing beach is 15 min walk away gets very steep toward beach there is a free shuttle bus every few mins

The location of the hotel is good, the linens are bad, maintenance is non-existent and the furniture is very old, in general, I may return to the hotel again for its location only.

Originally, I booked it with the intention of just sleeping in order to go on a Petra tour. but the tour was postponed due to the ferry company's circumstances

The food is too bad (all meals) for a five star rated hotel operated by Accor. Night price is not fair but the location is good 👍

We liked beach bar the best and the bartender Maged Salah there took very good care of us :) The snorkelling at the end of the pier was good, sadly when we were there it was windy and we had red flag most of the time so couldn't do as much snorkelling as we wanted, nobody to blame here but the unpredictable weather gods

One of this things that stood out the most was how amazing the bar staff was at the beach bar especially osama, every time I’d turn up to the beach bar he would have a drink on the table ready

The water slides are located a short walk away from the pools, we really enjoyed them and the lifeguards were very diligent at ensuring everyone was safe

Snorkelling off the jetty is amazing, with shallow and deep options for different ages and confidence levels. The Reef at the very end is stunning and has a lifeguard keeping an eye on people in the water

Our room was lovely and kept beautifully clean, our cleaner would make different towel animals each day; which my son loved. We would try to guess what the next animal would be before opening the door

Splash pool options for the little ones and quieter, roped off sections (deep end) for adults who don’t want to be splashed. We got to the pool between 9 and 10 every day and always got sun beds

The food selection caters for all tastes and varied every night. Again staff are courteous and plentiful. Once seated the waiting staff are on hand to offer whatever you require in the way of refreshments

This was our 3rd visit in 12 months and we still love this place and can't wait to go back, we find it ticks all our boxes and we are in our 70s, having the ability to use all the A la carte restaurants as often as you want is great, also we enjoy taking a stroll to their sister hotel Seagate as well

We haven't visited any other pool as we don't see the need to. We've hired the cabana, a bit of decadence but well worth it. Platter of fruit, bowls of nuts and chips supplied daily and a steady supply of refreshments

Plenty of entertainment in the evenings. I believe some pools are quite. Music on at the lagoon pool but not loud, very chilled and mellow. Our room is 5mtrs from the lagoon bar. Plenty of deckchairs for everyone

The manager of the lagoon bar (I've lost the list of names) was so polite and exceptionally professional. We haven't felt this welcomed to a resort, every. Always with a smile and a cheerful personality

They really know how to host with perfection! We went all inclusive and the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth watering menus and buffet, with different cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is absolutely superb with the allthe tastey desserts that he would set aside for us

It's a great place for vacation with kids! Tasty food, clean rooms, nice yard for kids, long beach, very professional staff. Dear parents, please take something from mosquitoes :)

The experience was great with the staff. They organized both airport pickup and drop off and the ambience in the hotel was great. The staff took care of all our needs and made our stay Unforgettable

The sea life was amazing and the Eagle Divers dive centre staff are also superb and I used them for my diving trips on our 10 day holiday. Don't delay, book today, you will love it there!

On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻 On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included

The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠 We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games

The resort environment is very good, the room is quite big, but a little old. All the waiters are very enthusiastic. Even if the hotel helps you call a taxi, you must first negotiate the price.

Hotel Sunrise exceeded all expectations! The service was outstanding; every staff member was polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay

They do crepes in the midday which are delicious aswell as an ice cream bar. The entertainment is great for all age groups as they have a younger stage and more of an older aged stage

A perfect hotel and place for a family vacation. They have a heated pool and the kids really enjoyed it. All staff is helpful and friendly. The food is good and they have a lot of activites like training and yoga

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well maintained, however the toilet not perfect and needs some maintenance. The food was realy delicious and has a good variety

I stayed at this resort during my honeymoon and had a wonderful experience in every aspect. The service was top-notch, and the location was quiet yet close to everything I needed

The front desk said on the phone that we could extend the check-out time to 2pm, but when I got there they said the room was fully booked and no extension was allowed

During the difficult times for hotel business because of Covid19 hotel keep its face. Very friendly stuff, good meals with big choice. Rooms are Ok, cleaning every day, few bottles of water added daily

Various restaurant here available like also plenty of shops. Excursion point very efficient all day long. Reception very accurate to follow any request from guests

Although we did not have any requirements for Egyptian food, after all, we are too deeply influenced by Middle Eastern cuisine, which is all hell-level anyway, the hotel executives encountered Chinese guests all over the hotel on New Year's Eve and wanted to prepare a New Year's Eve cocktail party for everyone

Although there were only a dozen Chinese people in the end, they still prepared the cocktail party very carefully, which was very touching. The surprise was that the coastline of the hotel was very beautiful

Because there are many people traveling and we are not price sensitive, we chose this one because it is the best value for money. What is surprising is that the first day of our stay was New Year's Eve

My tips would be to bring a converter because only ONE plug worked and it was a struggle to keep my things charged 😆 Another thing is, I wish the waiters had table sections

There are many resorts along the coastline of Sharm el-Sheikh, including some owned by large groups

The room condition, service, facilities, location, and food were all perfect! However, I personally regretted that all the restaurants were buffets.

Especially pleasant and the most polite was cleaning Muhammad, who immediately responded to our requests! And so everything is very autumn clean and there is a lot of everything!

In the end, I had to carry 5 suitcases by myself! I wanted to give a bad review, but the second hotel I came to was simply unbearable! So I gave a good review! Very good

30 at the hotel, at the reception strengthened before the deadline (ie at 11. 30) the room is perfect with access and sea view (for this the guys should leave for tea, although no one demanded)

There are many rooms and the overall decoration is relatively new. There is only one special restaurant that is difficult to make a reservation

There are several other restaurants, but the meals are the same, lunch and dinner are the same, except for fish, there is no other seafood

Diving here is the best, pleasure sea and lots of fish in reefs, many different other sea creatures made it incredible for swimming with kids. Kitchen is well cooked, lots of meat and fish with different souses

You can have a pleasant conversation with both vacationers and staff. We will definitely come back to rest) 😇

Best hotel in whole Sharm el Sheikh. The animators team did so good. So much fun they had delivered to the people of all ages. Especially Alina had a wonderful vibe of endless party and joy. Highly recommend
