The hotel's location is perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to everything we needed for a relaxing getaway

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

Choice of beverages was good and once again the staff were always on eager to serve you and accommodate your needs Although it's a large resort, the layout was well thought out and the bus is a great idea, we used it a few times

Even though it is a big hotel, we settled very quickly & felt that we were part of a community with a family feel. Each and every staff member are a credit to the hotel and country

The rooms are clean and tidy and should there be a maintenance issue, it is resolved speedily. The food was of a high quality with plenty of choice. This is the first hotel we would actually like to return to

The food quality was high across all including the buffet. Though the drinks were not international brands they were of better quality than we had experiences in Egypt before, the selection of cocktails were really good

This is a lovely hotel, the room service/ house keeping is absolutely amazing, everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas, such as the Italian and the food in the restaurant has a good, but slightly limited menu

This was an excellent hotel from the lovely greeting by the reception staff, the room was clean spacious and one of the comfortable beds I have slept in. The food was wonderful especially a la cart fish restaurant

The beach has only one pontoon where a mass of people crowd together, and there's no normal way to enter the sea. The service was very good; they regulate the flow during dinner, and the waiters are helpful

The hotel has a variety of pools, perfect for both relaxation and fun. We enjoyed the lively main pool during the day and quieter pools when we wanted to unwind

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

You can go snorkeling from the pier. There are large coral reefs underwater with many living things. There are also many big and small fish. It is walking distance from the cliff bar

After much deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily for its snorkeling spot. Unfortunately, the snorkeling didn't quite live up to expectations, with severe coral bleaching, scarce fish, and murky water

Consequently, every day after returning from the beach, the room floor would be covered in sand and water, making it quite dirty! Our room key cards frequently failed to work, requiring daily trips to the front desk for reactivation

Breakfast was identical every single day! All beverages had to be ordered through a server, which would be a significant disadvantage for non-English speakers. Lunch and dinner were generally average but filling

The front desk staff, however, seemed completely indifferent, offering no apologies for this outdated and un-updated door access system

Over at the Columbus Bar, Zakira Ibrahim impressed us daily with his beautiful coffee patterns – a true artist! At the sports bar, Mahmood worked so hard every night on his own, serving fantastic drinks with a smile – the kids loved the whole atmosphere thanks to him

Special mention to Omar, the young man cleaning the hall – such a polite and hardworking lad who always had a smile on his face. There truly is something for everyone of all age groups at this resort

The massage team were also top-tier – Waheel gave an outstanding sports massage, and the whole team were so kind and patient with the kids, which really added to our relaxation

Special thanks to Ahmed, the manager, for arranging a complimentary late check-out – such a generous gesture that made a big difference to our departure day

The entertainment is enjoyable and well organised, and there are also two great kids’ parks where little ones can run around and have fun

First time at The Rixos adults only hotel for a family holiday for Christmas. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The family room we had is clean and spacious. The resort is huge and in a great location

The restaurant La Churrascaria was amazing, the meat was phenomenal, they did prawns aswell , they keep coming round until you turn your block to red, we were extremely full! The staff round the pool can’t do enough for you, always checking to see if you want a drink or you’re comfy/ need anything, very friendly all round

Fabulous Christmas holiday at Rico’s Sharm. weather has been good. Resort has been amazing with a wonderful New Year party, fireworks everything. Food great especially at Salt snacks. All staff wonderful

Loved the hotel and facilities although I think one visit a week to one of the three restaurants is a bit tight. The beach is ok but you will need beach shoes. The snorkel areas are good but get a bit busy

The excursions we went on were desert safari and an all day boat trip with snorkeling was good value. Service is excellent in the hotel but even better if you tip a few $ here and there

We stayed there for a week from the 21st June. Many pools, and the beach is amazing and great scenery. In my opinion, I feel there there could’ve been a lot more options to choose from

On Mondays at 11:30 foam party on the beach, awesome! 👍🏻 On Sunday and Thursday, we go to White Hills for the carnival! Very cool artists perform 🥰 but on Sunday it's more pompous and food/drinks are included

The food is great! The sea is cool in March, we won't go there again this month. I didn't say it was wow, but you can watch it 🐡🐟🐠 We didn't go to the animation, but they do aqua aerobics, yoga, games

The resort environment is very good, the room is quite big, but a little old. All the waiters are very enthusiastic. Even if the hotel helps you call a taxi, you must first negotiate the price.

People in reception are very kind and must say that they understand customer needs. When we came here in the morning and they saw that we have disabled doughter they gave us room much earlier than they should

I stayed at this resort during my honeymoon and had a wonderful experience in every aspect. The service was top-notch, and the location was quiet yet close to everything I needed

It's good! The food tastes average, but the hotel is big and the environment is good. There is no free mask for diving, which is not as good as the other one I booked. Everything else is OK.

All the staff were smiling and welcoming—it really made our vacation feel special. Just a note: the shops inside the hotel are a bit pricey compared to stores outside, but that’s quite common in resort areas

The beach is also great, the coral reef is still quite alive and you will see hundreds of colorful fishes. (Please never touch the corals). Only negative point: sometimes is too windy and dangerous to go in deep waters

We also appreciated the early check-in at 12:00 PM (instead of 2:00 PM), and we were upgraded to a junior suite with a fantastic sea view. We were also allowed a late check-out at 1:00 PM—everything was handled with care

The food was delicious with a great variety at every meal—we really enjoyed it. A big thanks also to Ahmad from room service (building 3, second floor)—he was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious
