This has been an amazing trip. The best resort I’ve been at in Egypt so far. Staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone seems to be great at their jobs, from the chefs to the masseuses. Very well kept gardens, friendly employees, quite luxury place for being in egypt, tasty food most of the time, wifi almost everywhere except in the room (it did work on the balcony), but overall the wifi was annoyingly slow so more or less useless for anything else than texting.

The most comfortable hotel I have stayed in the last 5 years. The hotel is extremely comfortable, the service deserves more than 5 stars, and the staff is incredibly respectful to all guests without discrimination, whether Arab, foreign, or even a child. We got upgraded and the room, we have is very nice. Location is not too far from the popular spots, but I like that as I hate busier tourist areas. Stayed here back in 2015 and was well impressed with everything - absolutely everything was spot on, and the models made out of the fresh daily towels earned a generous tip. We stayed at Concord Sport, so I can't say anything about the food and accommodation at the Front, but every day we passed through their territory to the beach. The territory, of course, is more pleasant, well-groomed and green than in Sport. A huge, good kids club, different pools scattered here and there, bars, many beautiful places to take pictures, a gorgeous view of the sea. I liked it.

The rooms are realy dated and need updating. The carpets in corridors are old and worn. But the staff were amazing and really looked after us especially mahmoud in the restaurant and the staff at the pool bar and the entertainment team!awesome job guys. Really nice hotel. Staff are really helpful. Lots to do and in a nice location. The room was spacious. However, it was tired and in need of some refurbishment. The food was nice and varied. Although expensive, we used the spa facilities, which were great. We would be happy to come back.
