This has been an amazing trip. The best resort I’ve been at in Egypt so far. Staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone seems to be great at their jobs, from the chefs to the masseuses. Attention: It's called Jaz Mirabel Resort, but this consists of Park, Club and Beach. Fantastic 10 days in the sun! Room 5* Staff 5* Food 5* Pool 5* Vegetarian friendly 5* Went for a quiet getaway doing nothing. We were well looked after by food and beverage manager Hany, he was very accommodating and check on us everyday to ensure we were happy, also ensured we had enough water to do cold sterilisation for our baby's bottles. The rooms are realy dated and need updating. The carpets in corridors are old and worn. But the staff were amazing and really looked after us especially mahmoud in the restaurant and the staff at the pool bar and the entertainment team!awesome job guys. We had a great stay at this amazing resort. All the staff are more than great, the food is so delicious, the animation team is so entertaining, and the pool is very nice. Really nice hotel. Staff are really helpful. Lots to do and in a nice location. The room was spacious. However, it was tired and in need of some refurbishment. The food was nice and varied. Although expensive, we used the spa facilities, which were great. We would be happy to come back.
