We stayed at parrotel beach in may 2025 we had best hoilday the manager mr syed was so helpful and made sure we had the best stay , the man who drives the buggy and takes u to your room with youe luggage was amazing everytime we needed to go to our room he would always be there to help , the staff in the restaurant always making sure their was a table free and would bring drinks over, the entertainment...

We also went across the road to the supermarket on the front called 5 star and the shopkeeper Mohammed is now a life long friend. We were so welcomed and we are planning to come back already

We went for 10 nights and the staff and hotel was amazing !! The staff at the resort made our trip , they are so so friendly and made the holiday a memorable one

Not far from the beach - 5 minutes walking or 1 minute by golf car. And underwater world and coral reef is great. The rooms and food quality are good too is average. 90% of hotel guests are Ukrainians

During our holiday we experienced Mr. Mansour in various á la carte restaurants in hotel SUNRISE Remal Resort. (We stayed in Remal Beach ourselves) We were pleasantly surprised to be served by Mohamed's team

Food is so tasty! Juices r from boxes, coffee machines, pizza and ice cream on the beach, ur children really never will be hungry! 3 swimming pool, 2 of it with heater. Hotel is so clean and calm.

The best hotel so far that I have visited. They have nice swimming pool and beach. Stayed for how many hours only, however I really enjoyed my stay here. Visited in the year of September 2019

My kids love the pool and activities inside the resort, it clearly shows that the resort cares for the kids and family

The VIP service managed by Mahmoud and his team (Mina was our private butler) is just great! they made our stay easier and more relaxing! they took care of alot of details including our anniversary celebration (decorations and cake were offered for free)

Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit

Brazilian restaurant a meat lovers paradise. All the meat is cooked to perfection. You really need to love meat to truly enjoy this place. I came for anniversary meal and the service and food was excellent

There is an aqua park, a very nice beach, the rooms are very tidy. There was my daughters birthday and staff did more than was expected to celebrate it with us

The best resort I’ve been at in Egypt so far. Staff is friendly and attentive. Everyone seems to be great at their jobs, from the chefs to the masseuses. I would stay here again in a heartbeat with my family

The food in restaurants is really nice comparing to other hotels we were staying before. Definitely you will not be bored, there is a lot of activities and the animation team is really good

One caveat, I would not recommend this as a solo travel destination only because it’s almost exclusively European families and they aren’t keen on talking to strangers

Perfect experience in this hotel. The staff is very attentive to the guests’ needs. The structure is divided into two parts. The one where I stayed was only for adults. Very quiet! Everything was clean and comfortable

They have a guest support service on WhatsApp, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I was okay and was enjoying myself. I asked to move rooms during my stay, and this was arranged without hesitation

There were not enough sunbeds on good beaches between 1000-1200 in the afternoon. Although the hotel is in Shark Bay, thankfully we did not see any

Beach was more rocky, but some beautiful areas to walk along. The fish were unreal and beautiful waters. All staff were amazing but defo a shout out to Syed and Mohammed. And also the house keeping guy was amazing too

The animation/entertainment team were also brilliant at keeping us occupied while at the pool with a wide range of activities during our stay

The price was very reasonable, but, as I learned on-site, this was due to two of the three pools being closed and construction work underway; I would have liked to have known this when booking

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

the Beach is a very big plus, it has the dock where you can jump into deep but quit water to snorkel, also has a big Sandy ( mainly but has some rocks ) shallow calm water, perfect for relaxation and kids

3 downsides I wish they fix, in family rooms, the adults bedroom has no door while the kids bedroom has a door !!!! the 2nd is that activities for teenagers are limited, sports bar has nothing but a TV and for rent pool table, if you build an arcade area, 3 on 3 basketball court, indoor table tennis and air hockey for free, eenagers might be able to make friends and enjoy

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

It's a big hotel with a special shuttle bus for internal transportation, beach, swimming pool, snorkeling and other hotel activities. It's a great place for vacation!

The hotel also has its own diving center for deep dives. There’s a small water park right outside the villa rooms, and all the hotel bars serve drinks 24/7

The hotel grounds were very beautiful, with many plants, flowers, and a large area. The food was decent, but the evening entertainment was very weak

There’s also an infinity pool on the cliffside that’s perfect for photos, and the resort has its own shopping street

Food was amazing; it was fresh, plenty with multiple options but I had mixed feelings here and I won’t blame that on the restaurant as I am very peculiar about food taste

Arabic coffee was a slight miss (I am not sure if Egyptian and Arabic coffees are slightly different) but americano (both out of the machine and filter) was good

Room is separated by a large television on a swivel table incase you want to watch in bed. We were offered a balcony or terraced room. The room we have is situated next to the lagoon pool

Ourselves and luggage transported by golf cart by a friendly member of staff. The room is outstanding, spacious, clean and practical. Rooms are large, seated area with soft sofa and chairs

I would never stay at another Rixos nor recommend one to a friend. Workers very nice, cheery and helpful. Pools sparkling but frigid and all but the heated pool was useless in early April

Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Adults Only 18+ Date arrived 29. 25 Im going to start at the top of the resort complex then onto the room then the restaurant down at the bottom of the resort

We haven't visited any other pool as we don't see the need to. We've hired the cabana, a bit of decadence but well worth it. Platter of fruit, bowls of nuts and chips supplied daily and a steady supply of refreshments

Plenty of entertainment in the evenings. I believe some pools are quite. Music on at the lagoon pool but not loud, very chilled and mellow. Our room is 5mtrs from the lagoon bar. Plenty of deckchairs for everyone

We liked beach bar the best and the bartender Maged Salah there took very good care of us :) The snorkelling at the end of the pier was good, sadly when we were there it was windy and we had red flag most of the time so couldn't do as much snorkelling as we wanted, nobody to blame here but the unpredictable weather gods

However on windy days I was able to get a good swim in one of the bigger non heated pools and we spent most of our time around the activity pool which was heated and very pleasant even in winter season

Rooms, pools, bars, restaurants, basically the entire hotel was great. My family and I truly had a very good time here!

Nice place with a great service and great food quality for the price. The location is relatively away from downtown. So if you like to visit the town you will have to take a ride (20 km away)

The location I think is better than others near the downtown as the weather is much better with good breath and less temperature (doesn't sound logic I know but that's because the old town is located between mountains which blocks sea breeze and accumulate heat, so it's good in summer not winter)

The hotel is very old with old furniture, there is two sides of the hotel sea side which is new, and pool side which is very very old but larger rooms, staff are kind and friendly, especially Mr

However, the service was inconsistent, ranging from warm to indifferent. Food quality varied, with some meals excellent and others disappointing. Rooms were spacious but showed signs of wear

They really know how to host with perfection! We went all inclusive and the chefs are so on perfectionism mouth watering menus and buffet, with different cuisines daily! Ashraf mostofa chef is absolutely superb with the allthe tastey desserts that he would set aside for us

Pools are a great solution for such cases. There are two calm places: North 38 (adults only) and relax pool Sultana (I guess)

The experience was great with the staff. They organized both airport pickup and drop off and the ambience in the hotel was great. The staff took care of all our needs and made our stay Unforgettable

The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater

The animation team on the beach are nice, friendly and always set a good mood in the morning. Most of the staff during my stay were nice, especially the restaurant staff. This hotel definitely needs an elevator

Day to day cleaning in rooms could be waaaay better…Had problems with shower…it was difficult to bath a kid. Next time we will try other hotel considering how many are here
