Ignore all bad reviews, remember how much you actually pay for your stay, you cannot expect 5* facilities. Take your own cups and tip in EDP they prefer their own currency

The best: -Swimming pool, entertainment, housekeepers and some of the staff are really nice. - Hotel , rooms, swimming pools, water park amazing. - the restaurant manager Harsham is great, always trying to help out

There is an ATM in the hotel you can exchange any currency into Egyptian pounds. Staff super friendly, rooms huge as are the pillows! Food average same with the alcohol

I'm not sure why as we always found something to our liking, the restaurant staff work very hard to prepare the food over the course of the day

Recently stayed for 3 weeks with my 13 year old son. The room was great with a jacuzzi bath. There are some negative comments about the food

Not far from the beach - 5 minutes walking or 1 minute by golf car. And underwater world and coral reef is great. The rooms and food quality are good too is average. 90% of hotel guests are Ukrainians

Mohamed is very friendly and is very pleasant and charming to deal with. He clearly enjoys his work and smiles and knows how to provide your guests with a wonderful evening

Food is so tasty! Juices r from boxes, coffee machines, pizza and ice cream on the beach, ur children really never will be hungry! 3 swimming pool, 2 of it with heater. Hotel is so clean and calm.

And we have beautiful the entire holiday! Upon arrival immediately thanked at the reception, great room. The grounds are beautiful, clean, 4min to the beach or 1 min by bus, every 15 min

Because the hotel is on the 2nd line, every 30 minutes there is a bus, but we often walked. The food was quite varied, fresh and delicious. Fruit was not enough, but we bought elsewhere

Not a big disadvantage was not paying attention! From morning till sunset in the water with mask and flippers! Rest at 100%! Bring a good mood and don't forget that you eat in another country with another mintalitet, and you nor anyone or anything should not!

The best hotel so far that I have visited. They have nice swimming pool and beach. Stayed for how many hours only, however I really enjoyed my stay here. Visited in the year of September 2019

My kids love the pool and activities inside the resort, it clearly shows that the resort cares for the kids and family

I like the whole atmosphere and how secluded and quiet the place is for a relaxing vacation with the family and we might go back again. I like the food and Ramadan's iftar next to the beach

The entertainment during the day at the pool and during the night is also really fun, highlights being the yoga and beach parties. This hotel is definitely worth visiting, you won’t regret a stay here!

I must say thanks to Khaled the lifeguard at the pool we went to each day who arranged the towels and the bar staff there who kept us supplied with drinks at our sunbeds

They were lots of them, and some very large and impeccably clean, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Whether you wanted to relax by the poolside or take a dip, the pools were always inviting

Food was excellent service was quick but more importantly the taste was there. My daughter had pizza my wife had the pasta and I had a steak and they were cooked to perfection. The desserts are also a big hit

The food is not bad you can find a lot of delicious dishes. Wifi was very weak and disconnected frequently. I think their service would be better in normal times of the year when there is no Eid or other occasions

Service is discusting, food is the same every day. There is no red fish or pizza, not possible to get drinks by yourself during dinner or supper, you have to ask waiters but they will bring it to you in 15 minutes

The guys were happy to bring a parasol over but a permanent shade would work well, like the one at the pool bar. To sum up, we had an amazing holiday and would recommend the hotel

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

My only critique would be that the pool bar (which was supposed to be open until 18:00 for drinks, really closed at 17:00 and the staff were reluctant to serve you after about 17:30

An excellent integrated tourist resort in everything. The food is more than wonderful and varied. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the room service is excellent

The pool bar guy, someone with glasses and looks at his 30s, I felt like he ignoring us, and Egyptian guests in general, and even lost interest for even drinking something also the cups on the pool bar was dirty and looks nasty

The pool and beach area is lovely but you cannot enter the sea from the beach. Any snorkeling or swimming in the sea has to be done from a jetty

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with first class room service but the tap water cannot be used for brushing teeth, only washing and flushing. The spa is good with, again, brilliant staff

AbramZakaria is the best bartender u have ever met! He is so nice and he even make special cocktails just for me with flowers and all! He is just so nice and if you need any help he is there

The Pyramisa Beach Resort Sharm El Sheikh is a perfect location and excellent resort in shark bay , the food in restaurants was very good and my tow room was very clean I would thank you all staff working three from gate to beach The gays in restaurants and respiration bars

The hotel is very good, the staff is also very kind, the animation guys are great, the food is very tasty,Every evening there are shows presented by the entertainment team that are very beautiful and every night is different from the one before it

rooms are comfortable but need to be more clean! The main Restaurant so messy i saw kids playing and touching the food on the buffet with their hands and this is really disgusting!!! Food is not really good have no taste lots of spices that covers completely the taste of the food and you can’t recognize what are you eating !!! chefs at the food stations are polite !! Specially the lady who bakes arabic...

Every day different restaurant foods. Very nice very big area and Aqua park also big enough. Especially Royal Club team is perfect thank you for them. Reception team is very polite and handful

Excellent resort, they have different levels and we went for the highest gold one with unlimited access to all facilities and restaurants. Excellent food, Aqua park and private beach

The food isn't necessarily catering for the English palette, but how can you go wrong with omelette, beans, and coffee. If you want tea bring your own, I wish I did. The crepes and chocolate sauce as my second course

Clean and heated pools , there are slides for adults and children. The staff are excellent, very attentive, not Intrusive. The kitchen is great, a huge choice of dishes. There are two beaches of sand and coral

This is a lovely hotel, the room service/ house keeping is absolutely amazing, everyone is so thoughtful and welcoming! The hotel could do with a bit of an upgrade in areas, such as the Italian and the food in the restaurant has a good, but slightly limited menu

Amazing vocation in this hotel. We were so enjoyed with food, with drinks, evening programs very interesting. Animation team was so wonderfull. They did out vocation full of fun

the Beach is a very big plus, it has the dock where you can jump into deep but quit water to snorkel, also has a big Sandy ( mainly but has some rocks ) shallow calm water, perfect for relaxation and kids

3 downsides I wish they fix, in family rooms, the adults bedroom has no door while the kids bedroom has a door !!!! the 2nd is that activities for teenagers are limited, sports bar has nothing but a TV and for rent pool table, if you build an arcade area, 3 on 3 basketball court, indoor table tennis and air hockey for free, eenagers might be able to make friends and enjoy

We had a great time in Steigenberger Alcazar with our family. They have a lot of swimming pools and wide beach territory. We had a comfy stay with our 1,5 years old baby. Specially we would love to highlight the service

There is a kids club with brilliant staff and some simple games for kids but that was slightly limited in comparison to some resorts but again because of that the resort was serene and not over populated

The gardens of the hotel place are beautiful. The animation team did a great job, joyful always with kids and adults, every mornings at beach doing activities, every evening doing a different show at amphitheater

One of the best resorts we have ever seen with a reasonable price. The sea is amazing for swimming. We enjoyed diving and seeing the beautiful corals and the colorful, amazing fishes

The hotel also has a diving center. I did pool training and beach diving with them and also speed boat snorkelling to Gordon reef (thanks Alex for a great afternoon). I would love to come back again!

Was a pretty impressive resort: - lots of pools - just for adults, or with slides for kids, or jacuzzi, infinity pools - lifeguard at each pool - really cool snorkeling place from the hotel beach in the sea - food very tasty - diversity

The rating for the hotel is 5/5 in all directions. Beautifully maintained common areas, good pools, spacious and clean rooms (our choice was Deluxe), very nice food, and an AWESOME CORAL GARDEN

During the stay i eat a bit from most of it and still couldn’t try all - a 24h limited menu - lots of events for adult during the day and evening (live music) - events for kids - shops inside - a bus to bring people that have rooms a bit far from the beach& restaurant - very good services Totally recommend it ❤️🏖️!

We have had the most lovely holiday! The staff are extremely friendly and kind! The entertainment is great and have enjoyed watching all of the shows! The location of the resort is beautiful we couldn’t fault the holiday whatsoever! So many different activities to do as well! We had the best time!

Probably the only thing missing is that the hotel does not have a wheelchair my husband injured his leg, and since there is a lot of walking involved, it would be very convenient. Everything else is truly flawless!

Could do with more English programs on the TV and WiFi in all areas would be nice. The entertainment could be better, but I was there for a relaxing week, which I got in abundance

The location I think is better than others near the downtown as the weather is much better with good breath and less temperature (doesn't sound logic I know but that's because the old town is located between mountains which blocks sea breeze and accumulate heat, so it's good in summer not winter)

The suite has old furniture, and most of the time, no hot water and the safe were not working, I had to request someone to cone and fix it and it took them almost a half an hour to figure out why it's not working

It is such an awesome place! The servants are really nice and talkative the same as the Animations they are also really good at including everyone in what they’re doing

To the more negative the pool are clean and all but really cold and the food is kinda tiring cause it’s almost the same everyday a little more seasoning on the food and maybe have some culture food days like Monday could be Asian food or something like that and warmer water would be recommended but overall I won’t complain it was SO nice! See yall next year

It was a different special stay. The stay started with reception who welcomed us with welcoming drink and flowers. The service was amazing and the beach is so good and clean. The swimming pools were and amazing

Definitely recommend the Cairo day trip to visit the pyramids as it’s a once in a lifetime. Note they don’t offer pork due to the majority of the countries religion so it is primarily chicken, beef and fish

The entertainment could do with some money pumping in it and as it’s an adults only hotel you share the entertainment arena with the children’s part so some adults might not like that

We’ve come the 3rd week of November and there’s plenty of sun-beds and it isn’t crowded however towards the end of the week it’s getting more busy
