The entertainment during the day at the pool and during the night is also really fun, highlights being the yoga and beach parties. This hotel is definitely worth visiting, you won’t regret a stay here!

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

The guys were happy to bring a parasol over but a permanent shade would work well, like the one at the pool bar. To sum up, we had an amazing holiday and would recommend the hotel

My only critique would be that the pool bar (which was supposed to be open until 18:00 for drinks, really closed at 17:00 and the staff were reluctant to serve you after about 17:30

It is family friendly: warm pools, football pitch, aquapark, beach entertainment. But I will give 5 stars to the reef: the best I've seen so far

3 downsides I wish they fix, in family rooms, the adults bedroom has no door while the kids bedroom has a door !!!! the 2nd is that activities for teenagers are limited, sports bar has nothing but a TV and for rent pool table, if you build an arcade area, 3 on 3 basketball court, indoor table tennis and air hockey for free, eenagers might be able to make friends and enjoy

A fantastic hotel to stay in with family. Excellent selection of pools and bars throughout the resort (including within the sister hotel Reef Oasis)

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway

The hotel also has a diving center. I did pool training and beach diving with them and also speed boat snorkelling to Gordon reef (thanks Alex for a great afternoon). I would love to come back again!

Was a pretty impressive resort: - lots of pools - just for adults, or with slides for kids, or jacuzzi, infinity pools - lifeguard at each pool - really cool snorkeling place from the hotel beach in the sea - food very tasty - diversity

The rating for the hotel is 5/5 in all directions. Beautifully maintained common areas, good pools, spacious and clean rooms (our choice was Deluxe), very nice food, and an AWESOME CORAL GARDEN

During the stay i eat a bit from most of it and still couldn’t try all - a 24h limited menu - lots of events for adult during the day and evening (live music) - events for kids - shops inside - a bus to bring people that have rooms a bit far from the beach& restaurant - very good services Totally recommend it ❤️🏖️!

Our housekeeper was amazing he would bring us as many fresh bottles of water we asked for which is great if you want to explore the surroundings but don’t trust tap water outside the hotel

A wonderful, huge hotel in close proximity to the airport. The hotel is divided into two parts and there is a bus to take you from one to the other. One area with swimming pools, the second with access to the sea

all of them are really great people! Putting on shows every night and activities in the days which we did most of, even if it meant we had to do club dance 5 times a day! Specifically in the entertainment team I’d like to say thank you to Soli! He was an absolute highlight of the trip! Huge spacious hotel area + long cascading beach. You can find a secluded place on the beach. The sea (reef) is gorgeous, pontoon. There is also a small, not deep place for children, but shoes are required

There is a little less choice of food on the beach than in the main restaurant, but enough to have a snack. A good cook works in the Ibrahem Amr hall, he is attentive, works quickly, delivers and changes food

This hotel has to be one of the best I've stayed in since coming to Egypt! There is so much for children to do, lots of activities for both adults and children throughout the day and night, the food has lots of variety and plenty of restaurants on site to eat and drink from, you will not go hungry, the entertainment team are brilliant! The aqua park is also amazing with heated pools

What a beautiful hotel, we had a great time as a family of six, three adults and three kids 8 months, 4 and 6 years old. The food was tasty and various

The high energy animation team make you feel part of everything and will do their best to get you to relax, join in and feel part of an inclusive resort where all are welcome! The bar staff maybe busy but treat them politely and they will look after you even coming to your table to provide drinks

This was quite possibly the best holiday EVER! The hotel is absolutely fabulous as are the staff. I have never been to a resort when the children were played with and acknowledged so much

The food is really good especially ice cream, pizza, chips. The pool is the right temperature, the water park is great for the kids. The staff are great especially Manoly and Mano

2) Entertainment music in the evening is way way way too loud. They're are small babies and toddlers near stage and the music is unbearable there. They should think about children's, older people and heart patients too

Overall, we have had a fairly good experience, however this hotel is 3 star max, not ever close to 5 star standard, so if you are paying fairly cheap price, it is worth it

The area of the hotel is large, green spaces and all 8 pools very well kept, no issues with getting sun lodgers, always space available at the beach and the pools

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one

What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste

cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant

The reef near the coast of this hotel is very bright and therefore when you swim you can see more than 18 species of carals, I won’t write about the variety of fish exactly as much as on the reef near Tirana

As a person who travels solo you always have doubt about how you will fit into the dynamics of the location, however I met some amazing people and made new connections thanks to outgoing personalities of the staff members and animations crew

There is an ATM in the hotel you can exchange any currency into Egyptian pounds. Staff super friendly, rooms huge as are the pillows! Food average same with the alcohol

This has to be my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There are 4 pools, 2 served by pool bars and the lifeguards will save you sunbeds

At the main pool we were looked after by Shady all week who was just amazing and made our trip so good
