Where to stay with kids in Sharm el Sheikh

Even though it is a big hotel, we settled very quickly & felt that we were part of a community with a family feel. Each and every staff member are a credit to the hotel and country

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and well managed. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Amr & Ibrahim at the adult pool

We liked that the manager and staff regularly checked everything was OK and would so anything to make our stay perfect. The rooms were lovely, a good size and had a nice view, bathroom was modern and shower was great

Choice of beverages was good and once again the staff were always on eager to serve you and accommodate your needs Although it's a large resort, the layout was well thought out and the bus is a great idea, we used it a few times

I also met Karim in several of the hotel’s restaurants, including the Italian, French, and Greek ones. He is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always has a warm smile that makes you feel genuinely welcomed

Muhammed did a wonderful job cleaning our room and was very approachable. He made sure we had our favourite snacks and drinks each day. Patricia at the Posh Club lounge was great and super friendly

Nour at the Posh Club was brilliant - nothing was too much trouble and he got us booked at restaurants, beach cabana, etc so quickly. A really great personalised service

Amazing staff that above & beyond for you. I would like to thank three staff in particular. Ahmed from the rec pool, Mohamed our breakfast chef also chef of the amazing oriental restaurant & Zake from the aqua park

The rooms are very nice, with big balcony and good services. People are very friendly and accommodating. Has pool and beach very close by. Drinks are always available with lots of options

Bashoy who deals with the towels by the pool and Mohammed the head chef are a total credit to the hotel. They should both get a pay rise for all their hard work and effort

Special mention to Momen who went above and beyond for us everyday :) He is very attentive and such great service, always checking up on us making sure we are okay and asking if we need anything, he made the experience 10x better

Lots of air conditioned spaces but also has good sunshine. Sammy in reception is the best! He’s so helpful, the most accommodating and very nice. He will always make you laugh

Very good hotel, aqua park is good for adult & children 2, food is fine comparing to their rate. Cleaning, they can do better, sunbed by aqua park pools need to be renovated or changed as it’s spoil hotel image

It's a big hotel with a special shuttle bus for internal transportation, beach, swimming pool, snorkeling and other hotel activities. It's a great place for vacation!

It is family friendly: warm pools, football pitch, aquapark, beach entertainment. But I will give 5 stars to the reef: the best I've seen so far

3 downsides I wish they fix, in family rooms, the adults bedroom has no door while the kids bedroom has a door !!!! the 2nd is that activities for teenagers are limited, sports bar has nothing but a TV and for rent pool table, if you build an arcade area, 3 on 3 basketball court, indoor table tennis and air hockey for free, eenagers might be able to make friends and enjoy

A fantastic hotel to stay in with family. Excellent selection of pools and bars throughout the resort (including within the sister hotel Reef Oasis)

Whole family loved snorkelling on the reef and saw too many species to mention, but we're honoured to swim with a spotted eagle ray and came across giant morays, porcupine fish etc! Some of the decor is starting to look a little tired but that is a minor issue when you look at the rest of the resort

Really loved this hotel and location. The place is very clean and well looked after. That includes the pools where you would be hard pressed to find a leaf floating on top

All the staff are courteous and very hard working to make your stay as luxurious as possible. There is a constant bus service to the beach, but is barely a 10 minute walk anyway

He constantly making cocktails for my family and interacting with all of us. all in all a decent hotel and I’ll definitely be coming back

Great family holiday at the Royal Moderna. We chose this hotel as we stayed at Jungle Aqua Park in Hurgarda last year and loved it, so wanted to try another Pickalbatros hotel

We spent Last week in this hotel - family with 11 years old kid and had a great time. Hotel is clean, all crew is helpful and nice

Our room was lovely and kept beautifully clean, our cleaner would make different towel animals each day; which my son loved. We would try to guess what the next animal would be before opening the door

We specialy thank Osama from the beach bar who told us about the Egypt and served the best drinks. The food is ok, no one got sick. Near the hotel there is a reaf, nice views

Only thing we didn’t like was that there was a lot of arabic families with many kids who were realy laud and noisy

They only have a lame show every night, not a lot of music next to the pool or beach (only some old songs), and the beach is small but you do swim with fish since there are a lot of corals

We had a fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharm El Sheikh. The resort was beautiful, the service was great, and the food consistently excellent. The room was clean, and the resort itself was fine

DoubleTree Sharm El Sheikh offered a mixed experience. The sprawling resort boasted beautiful pools and stunning Red Sea views, which were definite highlights

Pool side was great and the beach area too! Ahmed the poolside Bartender was very nice and brilliant at his job

Was a big company with children. Reef is good, swam a lot, watched fish. There is more or less sandy part of sunset in the water with a beach that it is important for families with young children

The area of the hotel is large, green spaces and all 8 pools very well kept, no issues with getting sun lodgers, always space available at the beach and the pools

Our Family with two small children had an absolut perfect stay in this hotel. It was amazing to have two different aqua parks so we were visiting in the morning and afternoon always a different one

There are plenty of shops, pharmacy outside of the hotel. If you need a taxi, catch one on the road, the taxis at the hotel and from the guys standing outside of the hotel offering a taxi service is a rip off

Pool Snack Bar and Beach Bar, choices could be a bit more varied, salads, chips fruit Spring Rolls, Samosas, Pizza Pool is huge, great pool guys, no worries about finding a sun bed

Pool Bar and Beach Bar, no long queues and bar guys really helpful. Entertainment is varied and better as in the hotter months this is outside by the pool

We had some problems at the beginning – our room door kept locking us out, and even after the handle was replaced, we were told to give the bottom of the lock a thump to get in (and surprisingly, it worked!)

Bottled water topped up daily. Main Restaurant food, something for everyone, my preference would be to be greeted and shown to your table, and the first drink bought to you, then after maybe queue at the bar

Beach is great too, snorkelling, a jetty out into the sea, plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, clear water, although you may need paddling shoes

The rooms are modern but some areas of the pool need maintenance. The food is good, the staff are very friendly. The children really enjoyed the kids club and the entertainment from the animation team

Some hotels we've stayed have better service in restaurant and bars, but staff here work very hard when it's very busy. We would recommend with people travelling as a family with children

I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious

Overall, I had a great experience with Park Regency everything was great over there. It has a fantastic beach, a good restaurant, and enjoyable activities

We spent 11 amazing nights at this hotel (4 adults and 3 children) We were stunned to find that all the VR games were free and whilst the kids had a great time so did the adults All the slides kept the kids entertained and we have to mention our cleaner for room 5111 he was amazing, our room was spotless every day and had little towel arrangements for when we returned after a hard day sun bathing...

One of the reasons we loved this hotel was because of abdell he made us feel so safe and welcoming we was never bored when he was around also one of the reason we traveled back the following week the hotel was amazing very friendly they all was willing to be returning very soon

Our flight was at the midnight. Hotel let us to stay untill our flight. Animation team is very nice as well. We met with Aeke from the animation time. She is nice and very friendly. We are very happy to know her indeed

Thanks a lot for your beatiful drinks Mohammed Ahmed from main Normally Egypt kitchen is a little bit different than Türkiye’s cuisine but we loved the foods in Aqua Blu. The food is very close to Turkish cuisine

The swimming pools were cleaned in the morning and very hygenic the servece was amazing. The hotel cleaners clean your room and makes it feel like home. Food was amazing and delicous and yummy

This was the second time in Aqua Blu Pickalbatros Sharm El Sheik. We really enjoy being there all the time. Especially for the kids it is amazing. He played football and volleyball in the sand fields

The hotel territory are well-kept and not very big, it is convenient. It is a bit of a pity that you can’t swim in the pool in the evening. I would like to extend the opening hours of the pool

What I would like to improve: update the billiards, because the tables and cues are in poor condition. Improve the quality of the products. Sausages were terrible, even in pizza sausage spoiled the whole taste

cakes were also not very good, they did not have natural cream. juice of low quality, not natural. Alcoholic cocktails are very weak. I would like a little more variety of fresh fruits in the restaurant

The reef near the coast of this hotel is very bright and therefore when you swim you can see more than 18 species of carals, I won’t write about the variety of fish exactly as much as on the reef near Tirana

We have stayed here for 11 nights for our honeymoon and had the most amazing time! The animation team have been brilliant and welcoming and they took out our to hard Rock Cafe

This has to be my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There are 4 pools, 2 served by pool bars and the lifeguards will save you sunbeds

The hotel is beautiful and the people here are super friendly — especially Captain Wael, the Sports Activities Manager. This guy is honestly so respectful and genuinely kind. He gives his all to help everyone

We were at the adult pool most days and the guys Mohamed and Ahmed looked after us well. The gardens are well looked after and are beautiful! The hotel is next to Soho Square which is only a minute walk away

I loved my holiday at dreams beach resort hotel is beautiful food excellent staff are very polite the only thing wrong is they don’t have a toilet by the pool so to go you haft to walk quite away down the steps becomes a pain after a while but all in all fantastic!
