Reviews
Food is average, you will find something to eat.
Location is good as it is near the shops and restaurants.
The hotel itself not a 5 star I would say about 3.5 .But the staff and service make up for it and they deserve 5 star.
Rooms are clean. Staff are very friendly.
Receptionist Ahmed professional ,kind and friendly, can help with any situation.
Supervisor Irina very kind and nice lady with professional skills of customer service and welcoming.
I highly recommend 👌 this hotel
Where do I begin.
Egypt itself is lovely but if you've done holidays in turkey/Tunisia before I dont think Egypt will hit the spot like turkey does.
However this hotel! 🙄
I dont normally do reviews but I just had to.
There's no lifts here! So if you come here ask for a Ground level room otherwise you will be carrying your stuff up and down. The staff watched my husband bring down 2 cases from the main lobby to our bedroom and did not offer help. They also watched us carry the pushchair up and down the steps to get out and again done nothing.
I wouldn't say there are very hospitable. Definitely not the best with the kids either
The day we checked in we were given no info regarding the hotel facilities and they dont understand much English its catered more for Russians and germans.
There were probably 3/4 staff who actually helped us.
Most of what we know is from word of mouth from other guests.
The description said there's a cart to the beach but none of the staff knew about this LOL! Luckily the lady in the room next to us told us so we knew what we had to do next time we went down.
The food! Is repetitive and its catered more for Europeans. But the ethno restaurant does burgers, hot dogs, nuggets etc at lunch time which was our go to.
Night time entertainment again no one knew what we were asking about until we met Bob! Bob showed us the board and where to go etc.
This is more of a 3 star hotel.
.I will definitely not be returning here. I had a lovely holiday but the hotel was a right dampener. I thought its me bust nearly every brit i spoke to on hol here said the same.
Also be aware of the scare mongering, hotel told us we should only do excursions with them as other people are not trustworthy etc but the prices offered by hotel are extortionate.
Our bedroom was spacious for the 5 of us and cleaer was lovely we had bottled water everyday which was great for the kids
The rooms have clean kettles and a fridge.
There's 3/4 pools and slides which were great for the kids.
Its a good location from the aport and if you want to go to the beach, soho square, mosques, shopping etc.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after the disaster of a stay I had at this hotel, I feel like it’s my duty to warn others. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
First of all, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we arrived, Except from Moheb (Bartender). There was no proper greeting, no offer to help with bags, and checking in felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Not a good start.
The room itself was a complete letdown. It looked nothing like the photos online. What we walked into was outdated, and badly maintained room, there was dust on every surface, and the bathroom had mould in the corners of the shower. One of the towels even had a weird stain on it — absolutely disgusting.
But the worst part? My friend accidentally dropped a glass on the floor — a cheap basic glass and it shattered. Accidents happen, right? Not at this place, apparently. We were charged an outrageous amount for that one broken glass. No warning, no explanation, just a surprise charge added to our bill. When we brought it up to the front desk, they were incredibly dismissive and borderline aggressive about it, as if we were trying to scam them. There was no empathy, no understanding, and zero professionalism.
To top it all off, the walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next to us, and even people talking in the hallway at all hours of the night. Sleep was nearly impossible. The air conditioning unit sounded like a truck engine every time it kicked on. It was truly miserable.
I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years — some luxurious, some budget-friendly — but this place was by far the worst. Between the filthy conditions, the rude staff, and the ridiculous policy of nickel-and-diming guests for honest mistakes, it felt like they were just looking for excuses to squeeze every cent out of us.
I would never, ever stay here again, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere. There are plenty of places that actually care about hospitality — this is not one of them.
Final Rating: 1/5 (and that’s only because I can’t give zero)
Everything is clean, the food is really good, I can't really fault it. I am here until the 17th of March 2025.
