Ibis Hotel Alicante in Alicante

Me and my partner had an awful experience at this hotel they refused to give us breakfast and we paid for it as an all-inclusive, this was an inconvenience, we had to get up early and search for food in a foreign country, imagine booking a holiday knowing that you've paid for breakfast inclusive and then when you get there they take that away,
The breakfast was box standard anyway, they didn't even want to accommodate us with something basic such as a cup of pure hot water!
they acted as if we was bothering them, if a question was asked. They lied and said that tea and croissants were free and then made us pay of after, rude abrupt and very ill mannered.
the quality of the room is standard the Wi-Fi does not always work on the TV, the buttons on the remote also hardly work,
Would not recommend anybody to come here it's overpriced for the quality of treatment

I booked a stay at this hotel and canceled the reservation within the free cancellation period, as clearly stated at the time of booking. Despite this, I was informed that I wouldn’t receive a refund, but possibly a voucher for a future stay.
I have sent three follow-up emails asking either for written confirmation of this voucher or for a full refund, but I have received no reply.
It’s very disappointing to experience such a lack of communication and customer care. I hope this review will prompt the hotel to respond and provide a proper resolution.
