Stay was easy for a late evening flight from the airport. Check-in was smooth. Room was clean. The shower could've been cleaned better as the walls needed a wipe down. The vending machine was also broken making it hard to get a quick late-night snack. The restaurant was offering pizza and pasta after closing for 12 euro. Staff were nice however quite bothered when asked the most simple of requests. I would recommend picking something up from the airport arrivals area prior to coming if you're feeling hungry (better selection and value).

First time stay, the room is clean, location perfect if you do not want to miss your flight, but you can take a bus to city just next door, however, there is no water or kettle / glass cup even inside the room! These are nothing compared to the room cost. Parking for free, and you pay for the breakfast, acceptable.

Terrible Sewage smell when the window is open. No wardrobe no cups,no kettle. Very inconvenient. Far from centre. Buses don't always turn up. Spent money on taxis and alot alot of walking.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the staff. The reception team is always welcoming, the housekeeping ladies do an excellent job, and the location is very convenient. The staff truly make the difference and make each stay enjoyable.

It is perfect locatted low budget hotel near airport. Only few minutes taxi trip or couple minutes bus trip. Walking distance to Palmas Park and 10 minutes from alicante by bus

This hotel isn't in a great location, but it's very convenient if you just need somewhere to stay that's close to Alicante airport as there are frequent buses there (number C6) with a stop just outside the hotel. The budget twin-bed room was very compact and smelt strongly of disinfectant with an underlying smell of urine (In fairness to the hotel, I should disclose that I've an extremely keen sense of smell, so others might not be as conscious of the unpleasant aroma). The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, if somewhat narrow.

Worst experience ever .
The bed had bed bugs and we have to take my daughter the doctor where she has given medicine and cream . When raised complaint to front desk , the guy simply denied having bed bugs while clearly seems bug bites all over her body ,

On arrival we were told that we were getting an upgrade since the other part of the hotel was being cleaned. Our room was quite basic but it was cleaned each day and served our purpose. The hotel was 10 minutes by taxi to the town centre and 10 minutes from the airport so it was quite well located.
