Hotel was very nice, very centrally located and had some very beautiful designs and themes. The room was a bit small and maybe not as wonderful as the hotel entry, but it was good.

Located in the heart of Madrid, next to Plaza de España and right next door to the Royal Palace! Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and the lobby of the hotel was always immaculate. Would stay here again!

Very good quality for the price. Room was a little noisy since we had a window to the main road. Front desk staff were kind and helpful. Bathroom had great amenities, rainfall shower being a highlight.

I stayed at this hotel with friends for a weekend in Madrid. The hotel is very close to Gran Via, the Royal Palace and other touristy places. The rooms are good size and clean, beds are comfortable, but not every room has the same amount of storage. We ended up in a room without shelves which was disappointing.
There was a lot of choice for breakfast, and everything was tasty. Staff were lovely and helpful, but they did end up loosing my pajamas. They promised to get back to me to let me know if it's been found and I've never heard from them. They never offered anything to make up for it and ended up disregarding my request completely once I checked out. I am disappointed because they lost my property so the least I expected was a courtesy call. You leave your items in the room and expect to find them when you return.
Other than this incident I was happy with the hotel, and the overall stay.

as 3star hotel is fine. good location, can reach many sightseeing point by walk. hotel room is clean,bath room is big, bed is comfort. kettle in room is good for people who like drink hot tea. but one question that free bottle water only serve for first day?

The hotel is really great. The staff are very friendly including the night staff. Breakfast is good. The rooms are extremely clean and beds are comfortable. The decor is lovely. No pool or rooftop but Gran Via is only a few moments away and full of rooftop bars anyway. Great value for money for the location and quality of hotel. I will stay again, thanks!
