The waiter is very enthusiastic and patient. Affordable hotel, worth considering! The hotel room is very unique. Except that the sound insulation in the room is not very good, everything else is good! ! ! !

Centrally located, 2 minutes away walking distance from La Puerta del Sol. Good option for budget travelers, very nice and friendly staff.

Overall was a pleasant experience. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently near all the bars, restaurants and shopping areas. Definitely will return again!

The room is quite good, mainly because of the good location. Since it is a renovation of a century-old opera house, it definitely has a bit of an old-fashioned feel, but it has everything you need and has a balcony, which is actually quite good!

Breakfast is good. Elevator is very slow, choose the stairs. Location is perfect.

The location is pretty much perfect. Plenty of restaurants around and very active night and tourist life. 500 m to Sol.
Room was large enough for us 3. Wooden floor was stylish.
Noise from the street wasn't too bad at night. Fridge was working. TV too. Bathroom was sufficient size. Everything was clean.
Breakfast room at the rooftop was nice. Breakfast itself was quite decent.

With big rooms and clean utensils, it is a price-performance hotel. Plus, very friendly and helpful receptionists. We loved it. They even helped us to find another place in a close place for our extra 2 nights. Thanks Amar. 🙌

There was a bad smell when I entered the room, the lighting was very dim, and the shower was broken.

The place is so authentic and the staff are very helpful and nice, they showed us the map, where to go and eat, answered all questions and also told us about hotel story, the location of the hotel is also perfect, close to all attractions, center of SOL. We really liked our stay and we would love to stay there again
