Hotels facilities were great with water and coffee machine 24/7.
Breakfast plenty to eat catering for all.
Room large comfy bed lots of space. Plenty wardrobe space.Bathroom and shower great.
One small negative dressing? table and bit worn out (215) also could do with a mirror above so can straighten hair.
Staff all very helpful and friendly.
Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a trip to Madrid.
The daytime front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the night staff were noticeably cold. Being kept awake until 3 or 4 a.m. and not being able to rest made us feel really helpless.
In summary, while the room’s facilities and overall environment were average, I believe the soundproofing was far below what you would expect for the price of this accommodation.

We were able to get three separate beds and the rooms were a good size. We arrived early at around 11 and were delighted that our room was ready.
There were a few issues. First was the AC. We couldn’t lower the temperature. When we called, the front desk said the temperature lowers automatically to 19c at night which it did not. Furthermore, one of the vents weren’t working. We would have opened the windows to get some cool air but being on the 4th floor you can hear people and motos in the street below.
The other issue was the key. They had old style keys and a large key ring with the hotel name/room number - big and bulky and not convenient.
The upside was also the hotel had water in the main lobby as well as a coffee machine which was pretty good.
