I went to the bar inside the hotel, and it was great! The bartender, Jonathan, was very nice; excellent service, and very professional. He made me 2 cocktails that will be on the next menu, and they were both delicious!!! I will visit for sure the bar again in my next trip to Madrid.

First, good things.
Great location and clean. They do have complimentary coffee, juice and croissants down stairs every morning.
We stayed in the Superior room with a balcony.
The room was a little small and the balcony was large , but basic furniture and the cushions were dingy. The planters were empty with no plants .
No room service and the breakfast is downstairs $50 Euro. Save your money and eat out it wasn’t great. The pancakes were cold .The shower conditioner was never refilled.
I also realize there is no microwave, which I understand your vacationing , but I do love eating my leftovers or bringing things back, so I could enjoy the balcony , which is not great since you can’t order from the restaurant below ..
There is a water cooler down one of the halls.
They don’t tell you the lay of the land .

The place is very modern and lovely.
Was very interesting to try “Radisson” in different countries , and we really enjoyed Madrid one.
Breakfast tasty and there is a big choice.
Rooms are clean, housekeeping team does the work properly. Every evening the lounge area had a little party which made a place even more fashionable. The interior is amazing as well.
Hopefully will come back again.

Very disappointed stay all staffs have no sense of urgency every time we called the “9” suppose to be the special care team for service it was like calling the government office they said will send someone to take care of it but that someone never came. 1. My rooms TV was not working on first day reported it and after four days and 3 follow up calls to the “9” still not fixed up to my checked out. 2. Housekeeping took our used towels left on the floor for replacement but they did not replace with any clean towels called the “9” for help again said will send someone waited for 45 minutes no luck we have went down to reception to get our own towels. The housekeeping team were lack of detail cleaning since the room are very dark with black color walls and furnishings when the light turned on it enhanced the dusts all over the room and my trash bin was not empty daily. Totally not worth the money and the rating they claimed.

Room was too hot. Air conditioning wasn’t really a thing. We had a suite which are all? facing Calle de Cenicero where there is nightclub until 6am Friday and Saturday. So very little sleep. Management are aware but don’t care. Don’t book a suite at weekends. Housekeeping was lacklustre we requested a few items and service requests but nothing happened. However it is a great location for the art galleries and rail station, plus close to the centre.

Honestly not worth the price. We wanted to go for a nice hotel to enjoy our trip, but were very underwhelmed after staying here. The rooms were basic, extremely dusty and a bad odor coming from the sink. We paid extra to have a terrace, but the state of the furniture was shocking for a hotel of this stature. The breakfast in the morning was €25 for what was basically just bacon, pastries and some cereal. The location also said only 300m from the city center, I’m not sure what city center they were referring to, but it was at least a 15min walk to get to more upbeat places.

The hotel is a 5/5 in terms of location. Also if you are a couple or a 3 member family, this hotel is also great. I rated this with 4 stars because we are a 4 members family ages 10 and 11. The bed was small for the two kids. It was a couch converted into a bed. Besides this I found the cost for the breakfast high. We had to pay 80 euros for the full family, so though the options were nice, we could not enjoy. I think there must be something like family breakfast with 50€. Finally the options in the restaurant were also nice but very expensive. I thought that there were further options like a burger or club sandwich but I could not find and room service was not available.
To sum up the hotel is great and highly recommended, but if you are a 4 members family with kids over 10 consider booking two rooms. Besides this if you want something light to eat consider the options around the hotel. Most of them are very good.

Great location near Atocha station and Reina Sofia museum, although facing a main street which can get very noisy. We really liked the size, style and comfort of the rooms, above average for same category hotels. Breakfast buffet is very generous. The bar and hall are chic, modern and a good place to meet.

As a program member got room upgraded. Enjoyed in a quiet room on a higher floor. Loved water machine on the floor and small perks in the room. I would like to see robes and slippers in the room. Breakfast area is a bit small for the number of guests and personnel becomes a bit nervous in the morning because of it.

I recently stayed for two nights in an amazing room with a terrace. The view of Retiro was incredibly pleasing. The room was spacious and quiet, which I really appreciated. The hotel staff provided excellent tourist advice, and the breakfast was good. Additionally, the availability of a gym was a great bonus. The hotel’s location is also very convenient. Highly recommended!
