Great style and decorative 4-star hotel with environmentally friendly. The front desk staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Room size is more than enough for a couple even with 3 luggages. Clean, stylish, and well-equipped are what I can comment on. The location is near Atocha station as well as the metros. You can find many cuisines around and no worry about your meal.

I stayed in the hotel less than 24 hours unfortunately but time was enough to get the best of it. The room was spacious, clean and very well furnished. Staff personnel very friendly, helpful and gentle. Perfect position for a walk to the city center. Next time surely I will choose this Hotel, ideal for leisure or business travel.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson RED Madrid! The service was amazing, and thanks to the rewards program, we checked in early. Our A/C wasn’t working, but the staff quickly upgraded us to a more spacious room, which we loved. Traveling with our one-year-old was a breeze—the hotel provided a super comfortable crib for her. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and the train station. The modern design, cleanliness, and exceptional service made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Gret hotel at a fair price, a close walk to everything pertinent. new clean rooms, and the desk, restaurant and cleaning personnel were very nice. The bar was understaffed and the service was terrible as a result. Guests were upset and complaining, so they sent another employee to help. The poor new bartender had no clue of how to make a dirty martini or cosmo. After 20 minutes, I went somewhere else. I guess if you don't drink or eat at the bar, this is a great place to stay.

For the money paid, this was an excellent hotel. Rooms were clean, spacious, modern and air conditioning was mercifully silent so I slept well every night. Staff were friendly and small details such as refillable water bottles and water machines were much appreciated. The hotel itself has a consistently relaxed and peaceful feel and the location is excellent to reach the nearby art galleries. It exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again while in Madrid.

I went to the bar inside the hotel, and it was great! The bartender, Jonathan, was very nice; excellent service, and very professional. He made me 2 cocktails that will be on the next menu, and they were both delicious!!! I will visit for sure the bar again in my next trip to Madrid.

First, good things.
Great location and clean. They do have complimentary coffee, juice and croissants down stairs every morning.
We stayed in the Superior room with a balcony.
The room was a little small and the balcony was large , but basic furniture and the cushions were dingy. The planters were empty with no plants .
No room service and the breakfast is downstairs $50 Euro. Save your money and eat out it wasn’t great. The pancakes were cold .The shower conditioner was never refilled.
I also realize there is no microwave, which I understand your vacationing , but I do love eating my leftovers or bringing things back, so I could enjoy the balcony , which is not great since you can’t order from the restaurant below ..
There is a water cooler down one of the halls.
They don’t tell you the lay of the land .

The place is very modern and lovely.
Was very interesting to try “Radisson” in different countries , and we really enjoyed Madrid one.
Breakfast tasty and there is a big choice.
Rooms are clean, housekeeping team does the work properly. Every evening the lounge area had a little party which made a place even more fashionable. The interior is amazing as well.
Hopefully will come back again.

Very disappointed stay all staffs have no sense of urgency every time we called the “9” suppose to be the special care team for service it was like calling the government office they said will send someone to take care of it but that someone never came. 1. My rooms TV was not working on first day reported it and after four days and 3 follow up calls to the “9” still not fixed up to my checked out. 2. Housekeeping took our used towels left on the floor for replacement but they did not replace with any clean towels called the “9” for help again said will send someone waited for 45 minutes no luck we have went down to reception to get our own towels. The housekeeping team were lack of detail cleaning since the room are very dark with black color walls and furnishings when the light turned on it enhanced the dusts all over the room and my trash bin was not empty daily. Totally not worth the money and the rating they claimed.

Room was too hot. Air conditioning wasn’t really a thing. We had a suite which are all? facing Calle de Cenicero where there is nightclub until 6am Friday and Saturday. So very little sleep. Management are aware but don’t care. Don’t book a suite at weekends. Housekeeping was lacklustre we requested a few items and service requests but nothing happened. However it is a great location for the art galleries and rail station, plus close to the centre.
