This was my second time staying at a Raddison hotel. The decor was very stylish. The staff even let me check in early, allowing me to rest up before sightseeing after just getting off the plane. It was a heartwarming experience. There were water dispensers on the floor. There were also capsule coffee machines in the rooms, which was a great experience.

The family room on the 6th floor was very nice, with a water dispenser right at the door and a sparkling water option. After completing this order, I have to praise the hotel and trip.com for their service! This time, we had trouble communicating with the hotel due to language barriers. Fortunately, we contacted trip.com's customer service immediately. After the hotel communicated with the customer service in the local language, they responded to our request very quickly and were willing to cooperate as much as possible over the past few days. Thank you very much!

The hotel is in a good location. Atocha Station, the Prado Museum and the Retiro Park are all within a 10-minute walk. The Reina Sofia Art Museum is just across the street and on the left. The room is clean. There are no slippers. I called to ask for them, and they were sent toe-thong slippers. If you are not used to wearing them, I suggest you bring your own. The decoration style is not what I like, it is quite dim. Breakfast is 25 euros, and the food is average. There is a Wugong beef ramen nearby that is very good.

Great style and decorative 4-star hotel with environmentally friendly. The front desk staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Room size is more than enough for a couple even with 3 luggages. Clean, stylish, and well-equipped are what I can comment on. The location is near Atocha station as well as the metros. You can find many cuisines around and no worry about your meal.

I stayed in the hotel less than 24 hours unfortunately but time was enough to get the best of it. The room was spacious, clean and very well furnished. Staff personnel very friendly, helpful and gentle. Perfect position for a walk to the city center. Next time surely I will choose this Hotel, ideal for leisure or business travel.

We had a fantastic stay at Radisson RED Madrid! The service was amazing, and thanks to the rewards program, we checked in early. Our A/C wasn’t working, but the staff quickly upgraded us to a more spacious room, which we loved. Traveling with our one-year-old was a breeze—the hotel provided a super comfortable crib for her. The location is perfect, close to major attractions and the train station. The modern design, cleanliness, and exceptional service made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Gret hotel at a fair price, a close walk to everything pertinent. new clean rooms, and the desk, restaurant and cleaning personnel were very nice. The bar was understaffed and the service was terrible as a result. Guests were upset and complaining, so they sent another employee to help. The poor new bartender had no clue of how to make a dirty martini or cosmo. After 20 minutes, I went somewhere else. I guess if you don't drink or eat at the bar, this is a great place to stay.
