Great location as it’s just a few minutes drive from the airport and they offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Cosy and comfortable rooms albeit a bit small. Overall, convenient location and comfortable stay.

Very conveniently located to Madrid Airport and the Hotel provided a Shuttle Bus service to and from.
The staff were friendly, efficient and provided a high level of value added services.
The Hotel is adjacent to cafes, restaurants and a supermarket and a Metro station is a short walk away.

Great location. Hotel airport shuttle bus. Good neighbourhood with some local bars, restaurants just around the corner. Good breakfast buffet at the hotel. Dogs allowed in a section of the hotel. Parking underneath the hotel. Swimmingpool!

Good location for Barajas airport in pleasant suburban area with plenty of bars and restaurants around. Shuttle service to and from airport was very convenient. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was very good, a tad pricey but there was a good choice. I booked the hotel as an addon to an Iberia flight and the price was very competitive for airport hotels. The hotel also caters for pets. It also has a seasonal pool and a gym.

Rooms nice and clean Spanish small so to speak. Staff friendly and as helpful as they can be. If late starting be aware noise from cleaners in rooms next door. Poor soundproofing woken up at 0800. Location is a 20 euro taxi from the airport. Don't rely on being picked up. We landed later than anticipated but told them this in advance. the hotel said last bus was at 12am. We literally ran from the gate and rang for the bus at 11.40 only to be told it had 'gone' and we would have to wait till 1250 and hour and ten minutes for the next one. Ok to book shuttle from hotel to airport it goes about once an hour. No food or drink if arriving late we were directed to some bars nearby but they were closing too about 12am got 2 bottles of water and came back. Some vending machines might be useful.

Great location close to the airport but also for getting into the city via the bus stops just 5 or so minutes away and the underground about 10 to 15 minutes away.
Free shuttle bus to the airport was slick and a nice touch. We didn’t have the breakfast option but shower was good and beds comfortable.

This was one of the lamest NH hotels I have ever stayed in!!! First off it was freezing cold in Madrid and of course the hotel did not have heat!!! Second the hotel could not accommodate my mobility handicap with their airport shuttle. It was borderline discrimination. The gentleman who was explaining why I could not ride the shuttle caught himself when he said that if I was on the shuttle that others would not be able to be onboard because my mobility scooter would talk up too much room for others luggage!!! When we cornered him on the subject all of a sudden NH hotels was going to pay for a mobility taxi to take me to the airport. Well NH you are prejudiced against handicapped individuals in my opinion and need to realize that handicapped people are people and should be treated well even if they take up a bit more room on your precious airport shuttle.
Update - I emailed the hotel the day before regarding my handicapped needs. I got a canned response. It was only after we mentioned discrimination did the hotel offer me a handicapped taxi. I still feel that they are prejudiced regarding handicapped people. It my opinion and it is not changing.

This hotel was fantastic for a quick stay near Madrid Barajas Airport. While there was a bit of a wait for the shuttle, it only took 15 minutes to reach the hotel once it arrived.
The rooms at NH Madrid Barajas were modern, clean, and well-equipped. The bathrooms had a bit of a retro feel, but they were very clean and had great hot water pressure. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely book here again if I had a layover in Madrid.

I like this hotel. My only complain is that if your flight arrives before noon, they will not pick you up. They do take people to the airport early but no pick ups ( I don't understand). The hotel is small, the rooms are clean and good. Being a small Hotel ( see my review on Marriot) their customer service is much better. Their breakfast is good. Location is near a metro station, supermarket, pharmacy. The only reason of the 4 stars is the pick up shuttle issue. Other than that I recommend it!

Iberia booked me here as they landed late and I missed my connection. The food in the restaurant offered for free for 'lost Iberian souls' was disgusting. Breakfast was better. Staff were helpful and kind, just what you expect from NH. My husband is a discovery member & I have visited many of your wonderful hotels together.
