Stayed here for one night during a layover, and the experience was average at best. The room itself was decent, though it had a terrible view overlooking an empty lot and a construction site. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from a large shopping mall, but there's little else of interest in the surrounding area.
We ordered from the kids' menu for lunch, and the food quality was disappointing—except for the chocolate cake, which was the only highlight.
The biggest issue came with the morning shuttle service. We had pre-booked a shuttle to Terminal 1 for 6:00 AM the day before. However, the driver, Monica, refused to take us to Terminal 1. Instead, she argued with us, insisting we were on the wrong shuttle, and dropped us off near a bus that circled the airport. Traveling with two kids and a lot of luggage, this was extremely inconvenient. When we insisted that she take us from Terminal 4 to Terminal 1, she told us to get off the shuttle and even cursed at us in Spanish. Her behavior was entirely unprofessional and not suited for someone in customer service. Overall, this was a very negative experience.

Good place clean rooms and very tidy. Thing that I didn't like, after paying €190 for the room, is that EVERYTHING is Additional charge.
Whwn you charge that much for basic room, few bottles of water shouldn't be extra.

It was great! The hotel is awesome because the prices are really good for the size and quality of the rooms. There’s even a nice pool outside. Breakfast costs between €17 and €23, but there aren’t many choices, so I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. Overall, it’s a solid place to stay!

Excellent place to stay with great proximity to the airport. Used the shuttle to get to the airport in the morning, Very handy! Very clean and modern with an eclectic lobby theme. Front desk was friendly at check in, happy to hear English. Room was well appointed for 4 people, (bunk bed set up for 2 of us). Room was clean and modern like the lobby theme, thankfully less eclectic. My only complaint was the room was we could not figure out the rooms air conditioning. We slept with the windows open on the 4th floor, thankfully nothing flew in while we were sleeping, but we were to tired from traveling to call down and wait for the front desk to help us sort it out. Clarification on how that works would be greatly appreciated on the next time through. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, well appointed and loaded. Everything from eggs, meats and pastries, to coffee and fresh juices. Coffee even had options for American style drip or European style pressed.

Terrific place to spend the night if you have an early morning flight from Madrid airport. Rooms auspicious modern and clean and the on-site restaurant is really terrific. I got the hotel shuttle at 3:00 a.m. and safely got to the airport in plenty of time for my 6:00 a.m. flight.

Good location. Clean rooms.
No charging sockets near desk or table. Only one easily accessible charging socket beside the bed.
There are limited international channels on the TV. Nil English news or programs.
Bathroom was clean with decent quality towels and shower soap/shampoo dispenser.

Nice hotel with very comfortable beds and nice suits. The standard rooms are a bit small but the suits are very nice with big beds, seating area and working desk. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the hotel also offers free shuttle service to the airport. Only minus is that it’s very far from the city. But there’s a mall only 10 minutes walking distance away with plenty of restaurants and shops.

This hotel is amazing , very clean with comfortable beds and bathroom . I had accidentally booked the wrong date for my booking and they went above and beyond and helped us in getting a refund for our cancellation. They provided clear information of how to get to city center the receptionists were very helpful - special mention to Alba and Estrella for being so kind and welcoming !! Thank you . Very close to airport with a free shuttle .

A big plus is the jacuzzi and water area. Nearby the big mall where you also have Mercado and some other stores like Aldi, Taco Bell and Bauhaus.
Breakfast buffet price has to be reviewed. It is not worth it for the price. Many hotels in Madrid center offer the same price for a much better option and presentation. The restaurant staffs have very poor training on how to respond to a customer’s need. Having to say the word No can be said in a polite tone. Obviously their staffs have zero customer service skills.
There is a shuttle that goes to and from the airport every 30 minutes. The drivers we encountered were very helpful and polite.
