The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which makes it great for short stays or layovers. The area is quiet, so you can get a good rest without much noise. The rooms are average in size and have almost everything you might need for a comfortable stay. However, the amenities felt a bit low quality — it would be nice if they upgraded them a bit. Overall, it’s a decent place for a night or two if you need something practical and close to the airport.

This hotel for sure is no four star hotel.

First off, the girl at the front desk gave me wrong information serval times. First regarding breakfast, as to whether this was included with my reservation. She didn’t ask what room number, just said to show up and it’s free. That it WAS included in my room which she had just helped check us into. So, I figured she had seen it on there.

Therefore, the next morning I wake up my family for breakfast to find out once we’re downstairs it’s not included. Fine, whatever, had it anyway. Eighteen euros per person.

I wait for her shift once I see her the next night, to ask her again specifically since she’s the one who said it was included to begin with. Then she actually looks up my information to tell me it’s not. Ok, I accept it and move on.

Then I ask if there’s a laundromat on site here at the hotel and she (same girl), tells me yes but I have to bring my own detergent. Ok, again, no problem. Walk with my family all the way to Aldi and back, to find out what she told me was, yet again, incorrect. So frustrating!

The hotel does have laundry services but obviously you can’t do it on your own. Which is what I specifically asked her for.

The iron we were provided barely worked. The bathrooms have a frosted glass door that does not lock, which was inconvenient because we had additional family staying in our room. The rooms are comfortable I will say, but the bedding is itchy and the fabric just felt irritating to sensitive skin which both my daughter and I have. Air conditioning just doesn’t cool the room down and if you take out your card while you leave the room it’ll completely turn off everything. Keep that in mind if you stay during the summer. Card must be kept in to run the ac while gone.

When we came in we didn’t know how to turn the lights on, which they forgot to explain at the time we checked in.
Oh and also on our walk to the grocery store, random cops stop my mother and I asking for our passports since this street which the hotel is on is a well known area for prostitution. Yes, that was shocking in plain mid day. Apparently alot of the nearby apartments hotels are used by the hour and this is common in this area. I asked one of our Uber drivers to be informed after the incident.

The pool was unopened and unable to use. The gym had far too little equipment for my husband. This was just way too much money for the experience we had here. Never again. I thought it would be super nice and make life easy for us but no, I should’ve just done an air bnb for much less in a better location.

Finding the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was a bust also so keep that in mind. I don’t know why they assume you’ll just automatically know where and what to look for when you get off the plane. We followed the instructions and definitely struggled with the kids lugging around luggage to find it and make it to where pick up is. Just to get there and the shuttle was full so we had to grab a taxi.

Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. We stayed three nights but I will never come back here again.

At the recommendation of QATAR Business Class Cabin crew, I decided to give this hotel a go during my recent transit in Madrid. The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes (by car) from Madrid International airport. The hotel provides free shuttle van service to and from airport for hotel guests. The studio that I checked-in to is nicely laid-out and functional. The front desk team is ever friendly and ready to assist. Special mention to Martina, Martha and Alba - who walked the extra mile to make my stay there ever more comfortable. Not to forget the F&B team led by Javier - whom I counted on for memorable dining experience at the in-house restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised by the delicious and qualitative seasonal chef’s specials menu on offer during the period of my stay.

If you need one night to sleep near the Madrid airport but have low expectations then this hotel is fine for one night. It is near NOTHING except the airport so thankfully we just stayed one night and took the free shuttle to the Madrid airport the next morning. The staff is not super friendly unlike every other hotel we stayed during our month-long trip to Spain. They gave us (family a four) a smoking room with two twin beds so we had to go back downstairs and stand in line AGAIN to change rooms. We booked through a third party booking service and had requested a room with 4 beds. We were then changed to a room with two twin beds (that would be for my husband and I) and my teenage boys got two twin bunk beds that were barely long enough for them to sleep. Does this hotel not have Queen or King beds?? Room service took almost 2 hours and the lady who answered room service was unfriendly and impatient because i told her i was just ok with canceling it because it took so long. She told me 'all the food is premade' and there is no cooking - just heating whatever you order - gross. We ordered a pastrai sandwich and after and hour i called and she said 'oh i have been trying to call you - we don't have that'. How was she trying to call me - my phone never rang? Hotel is dark, rooms are odd, beds just don't work for most adult humans unless you are short and want to sleep alone in a kid bed, and the staff is perpetually annoyed. The best part of the hotel was the airport shuttle driver. He was so friendly and so happy he sang all the way to airport. He was my favorite part of this hotel because he was a genuinely happy person. Airport hotels are never going to get high marks this one is about a 20-25 minute cab ride from the Salamanca District, but this one is not high on my list at all.

We had a wonderful experience here. The hotel was gorgeous, clean and impeccable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The location is convenient and close to some really good restaurants. They offer shuttle to and from the airport, as well. To turn on the lights, you have to keep your hotel card in the slot near the door, for those tourists who have never encountered this. For what it is worth, we didn't see bed bugs there. And a previous review said there were, but the picture is of a small beetle, not a bed bug. I've seen bed bugs before in other hotels that were nasty and awful, so I have had to deal with them, unfortunately. Overall, this hotel was fantastic, and I would return again if I ever visit Madrid once more.

We decided to stay here for three nights and the only good thing about the hotel was that the rooms were clean but not worth the money you pay for. The receptionists were not very friendly nor were they helpful when they were asked questions. When we asked for plates and utensils they make you pay 2 euros per person for a small paper cocktail plate and wooden utensils which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. The location was not bad as they were close to the airport and about 15-20 minutes from the main city of Madrid. That’s about as good as this hotel gets. Did not enjoy my stay at all and not worth the money.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s barely 2 stars. Hotel is dated and unsanitary. I arrived to stained pillows and sheets. Idk how housekeeping missed that. When I addressed the issue with Paula Roman, I was told “the hotel is old.”

This hotel is comparable to a days inn, motel 6, and maybe a Holiday Inn in the US.

Fine stay but they over book the airport shuttles. My mom and 2 aunts in their mid 60’s were not allowed on the shuttle they booked the night before. Front desk was incredibly rude to them, only asking them to wait outside without an ETA.

Only 2 stars because non smoking room smelled extremely like smoke and it seemed to be the case with the other rooms as well as the hallways smelled like there are smokers .... this may very well be a Spanish thing since smoking is still so common here. But it was very off putting and for the price ($170/night for a single) you expect a room with no smell.
The bed was comfortable and bedding was soft and room was very clean and felt luxurious. Spacious walk-in shower with great water pressure. Appreciated the rain showerhead as well as the handheld.
It was relatively loud at night.
No usb outlets to charge devices... just one outlet for European plug.
The free airport shuttle (every 30 min) was helpful. It's takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get to and from the airport depending on the time you use it.

Horrible service. We arrived and waited for the hotel shuttle at the appropriate spot. We called the hotel immediately in case we had to request it. We were told it comes every 25-30 minutes. We were offered no status as to where it was. We waited nearly and hour and finally took a taxi for a 5 minute ride. Which, surprise to us, was minimum 33 euro. We took up the issue with the front desk, as we waited more than enough for a shuttle which is priced into the rate. The manager would not come out from the back to address us and would only offer free breakfast that we could not even use given an early morning flight out. Given hotel is close to the airport and taxi rates, I would avoid this hotel at all costs if you don’t want to waste your time waiting for a shuttle that never comes then be out quite a bit of money.
