Hotel Nuevo Boston

I arrived at Madrid airport and phoned the hotel for the pickup. The instructions were very clear. I waited around 20 minutes until the mini bus arrived it was very clean. I waited a bit longer for other passengers to join us and went to the hotel which was not far. Hotel check in was very easy and the staff were polite. The hotel is modern. The restaurant is clean and serves tasty food. Nearby there is a large shopping mall. I would stay here again.

Everything was ok until the driver who was on duty on Tuesday Nov 10th at 10 am was angry for some personal reason (I guess) and was very rude. He didn’t want to take me to the airport. I had to take a taxi and spend money when the hotel has a free transfer. The lady at the reception didn’t care and said nothing to make the situation of me being late for my flight a bit better. Very bad service. I must say that the other driver who took me from the airport to the hotel the previous day in the afternoon, was very polite and nice.

I found a hotel be very close to the airport. They provided a free shuttle service from the airport and to the airport. I was quite pleased with the service as it helped me save some money and reduce the stress of catching out a taxi and getting to the place. over all the staff was very helpful and understanding. As my flight was quite late, they were more than happy to give me one hour of late check out. I really appreciated this as it helped me avoid waiting at the airport. They have an excellent WhatsApp service which is working 24/7. The hotel is definitely a bit old but the rooms are very spacious and nice and clean. I was able to get a double bed room and slept well. The room was a group with the safety deposit box along with ample towels and bedsheets. The staff was quite helpful and made it very easy for me to ask questions.
