Clean and convenient for a 1-2 day transfer, there is a free transfer from and to the airport. It's a bit far from the center of Madrid.

Near to Madrid Airport, nice staff, clean rooms, parking costs extra, we did Breakfast, the variety and quality of food was average. Rooms are bit expensive. They should mention which dishes are suitable for vegeterians, otherwise you have to ask again and again.

A few days in Madrid before going to the Camino, rooms were good with adequate space, location quite a way from town and a decent walk to the metro (bus is closer) quite quick to get to town. Service was generally good but one day they didn’t clean our room and was given 1 towel for 2 people- same with the drinks 1 coffee satchel etc , breakfast was good - overall not a bad place to stay.

If you are used to American hotels, this will seem very expensive for what you receive. Rooms are very large and clean and they include beds, a desk, a mini bar, and a bidet. Closet space is small and one must ask at the front desk for iron and ironing board. Breakfast is not included in the fee. Coffee is not included in the fee. Breakfast buffet has mostly cold dishes, such as meat and cheese, with a few pastries and a Nespresso machine. One can walk to the mall, but there aren't many other places within walking distance. The shuttle from the airport takes half an hour to arrive after you call and then takes fifteen minutes to drive to the hotel... Even though it looks close on the map, you have to drive all the way around to get there. Staff are very kind and attentive and speak English perfectly.

When I arrived to the hotel, my room was brutally hot. I called down to reception and he said the AC was out in the building, which was odd considering the rest of the building seemed cool. He said to open the window, but I had a room that was open to the middle of the building. I heard every conversation, every person leaving with their luggage, all the clanging in the kitchen, and still had to sleep with a wet wash cloth because it was so hot. I barely slept. When I woke up, I went down for breakfast and they said breakfast wasn't included. I asked if they would comp me a continental breakfast for the issues with the air-conditioner and he said "I could go to a restaurant". Then he told me the AC was working, which it CLEARLY wasn't in my room. Had they simply given me breakfast, I would have left feeling somewhat better, but now, I'm starving, I've had very little sleep, and I'm not happy at all. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend.

I stayed 2 separate nights at this hotel. The rooms are clean and beds are good. They only provided one shower towel which I prefer two. My last stay was decent, had a good sleep. This stay the room was sweltering hot. The thermostat doesn't say the temp and did not adjust. The room was right off the open corridor so I could hear everything all night. Was a terrible sleep. At check out the concierge did not even ask how my stay was, they didn't ask last time either. This is common practice to ask for feedback in Canada. The restaurant breakfast service is not good and I noticed they provide better service to locals who speak Spanish than other tourists. Frankly, the service levels drastically lowered my rating for this hotel.

Great hotel near the Barajas Madrid airport. The room was beautiful and big. The breakfast area is amazing and the food is also great. The personnel is excellent and kind. They provide free transportation to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room was large and well appointed, there is on site parking (16€ extra) and a large restaurant.

Nice and clean hotel. It would nice to have some toiletries in the room without having to ask at reception. Everytime I tried to get some there were too many people at reception. Some milk would be good with the kettle tray in the room. The buffett breakfast is good.
The hotel is close to a shopping mall but if you plan to visit the Center of Madrid, it is not a good option as the drive is over 20 minutes. There is Public transport within walking distance.
