Nice hotel and they offer pickup and drop facility to Airport. Infact the nearby hotels too offer the same service from the Bus Hotel stop at the Airport terminal.
The rooms are pretty well maintained and offer hot water and cold water with bath tub, bidet, towels with hand wash and body wash and hair dryers.
There is call in service inside the washrooms. The room is having heating and cooling system with mini bar, TV and bed.
Overall a great place. With a bar and restaurant attached. The location is bit off if we talk about the access to bus and metro. Apart from that, this hotel is well maintained and accessible by Bolt or Uber.
The hotel is wheelchair friendly and they accept card and cash payments.

The hotel is at the airport and does a great job for one night stay for transfer. There is a free shattle from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious.

The beds are very uncomfortable. In the bathroom, half of a tile is missing in the corner and several tiles on the floor are cracked. The shower gel doesn’t foam at all. The hotel looks like it hasn’t been updated since the socialist era. The only positive thing was the breakfast, which was quite good.

Previous to arriving at the hotel, we were not informed that the hotel had turned off the air conditioning system. When we entered our hotel room it was so hot. We went to the hotel concierge and were informed the management turned it off. This is very unethical to not inform their customers. The stay was miserably uncomfortable
We left a message at the front desk for the manager to email us. To this day we have not heard from them. At this point we are requesting a full refund as this is very disrespectful business.

Very nicely arranged hotel, we really liked the size of the room and bed. Maybe it could have better noise protection, but at the end it didn't bother us really.
We rated the service only with three stars because of bad experience with the airport shuttle. Just couldn't understand why there's only one shuttle per hour with a small van, so there was no space for us around the time of our departure. We find this unacceptable for airport hotel.

Great stay at Hotel Nuevo Boston ☺️the staff were friendly and helpful, rooms spacious and clean the dining area was lovely and the outside seating area and pool was a dream will definitely be staying here again on my neat visit to Madrid.

Ok for a stay for an overnight stay before your flight. Be careful if arriving late and leaving early, as you can be waiting at the airport to be collected for a long time

I arrived at Madrid airport and phoned the hotel for the pickup. The instructions were very clear. I waited around 20 minutes until the mini bus arrived it was very clean. I waited a bit longer for other passengers to join us and went to the hotel which was not far. Hotel check in was very easy and the staff were polite. The hotel is modern. The restaurant is clean and serves tasty food. Nearby there is a large shopping mall. I would stay here again.

Unbelievable to me that a 4 star hotel does not provide in room slippers and does not lend out umbrellas when it rains.
