The hotel is only reachable by taxi or Public transportation, no shuttle bus. The staff were friendly and had a pleasant stay

Nice Hotel, perfectly clean. only issue was i wasn’t able to order from the restaurant during the time it said it was open. other than that, no complaints, will stay again!

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, and a private bathroom. The breakfast was a nice selection of different options. The downside of the hotel for me was that it's still relatively far from the airport and the lack of soundproofing (you could hear your neighbours talking in a normal voice in the next room).

Perfect for a late arrival into Madrid airport. Room clean and tidy and European sized ! Needed a drink after long flights.. Bar did not disappoint.. Food was good too. Breakfast (included) had all the ingredients for nice "Continental''. Coffee machine had all the options .

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The Metro station is only a 9 minute walk if you want to go to the center of Madrid. The hotel has clean and quiet rooms, the staff is friendly and attentive. There is a restaurant in the lobby with a good selection of dishes. In the morning you can also enjoy a breakfast buffet.

Been here 3 times in the last few years when I've come to Madrid, its my "go-to" Hotel for the city. Its easy access to the city of Madrid on the Metro as well as getting to and from Madrid Barajas Airport! Plus if you're a plane & travel enthusiast like myself you can find some rooms with amazing views of the Airport from a distance!

Great place to stay if you need some place near the airport, breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and the staff was nice. Subway is 5 minutes by foot, you can get to the airport in 20 minutes

Close to airport Terminals. Good for transit. Easy to get there (by taxi, uber, bus & metro etc,) within 10-30mins. Breakfast is nice too!!
