Petit Palace Arenal

Excellent choice when visiting Madrid. I’ve stayed there several times, always a positive experience. Location is super prime, right in the heart of the city, in the bustling area of Sol. Endless eating and drinking options within walking distance. The staff is always nice and accommodating, the rooms are always clean and tidy.

This seems to be a small hotel chain. It has clean quiet room but a little small. Ok for us as we were out all day. It had a great shower. Our hotel was centrally located and surprisingly quiet for where we were at. Awesome breakfast and attentive service. Totally recommend.😊

Amazing service! Perfect place to stay with kids and teens! We are 7 traveling with 5 teenagers and one of them got sick, Miguel the front desk attendant called their attending physician and within 15 minutes we had a call from the physician solving our problem. Impeccable service!

Location, room size and showers were excellent. However AC wouldn’t cool the room. Maintenance fixed filter but AC vent temp doesn’t blow lower than 68 F (20 C) and the thermostat is set to 15 C. So the room temperature never dropped below 78 F (25 c) when outside temp is 90.

Great hotel. Staff great and very helpful. Very well situated in the old part of Madrid. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Good breakfast. Rooms very clean and well maintained.

Great hotel, perfect position. The room was clean and nice. Big bathroom and shower. Sonia, Olga and Nadia at the reception were very helpful and kind!

We highly recommend staying with the Petit Palace, the rooms are super conveniced and clean. The staff at reception and housekeeping are amazing. The hotel is located right in a super touristic area, near to many places to visit. Could be a little noisy at night time but you have a great street view incl balcony. Its the price you pay to stay so super central:) Restaurants and bars all over... In general a fantasic spot to stay.

Stayed with family with kids in quad room. The location is premium with major attractions in walking distance and restaurants close by. Staff very good in accommodating small requests and guiding us around. Breakfast was good with good seating. Our room was not facing the main street so not noisy. Bunk beds for kids were good as well. So happy traveler.

My friend and I were delighted with our stay. The really special aspects were: the fantastic shower with various options (overhead, body, sprays), the breakfast (variety of fresh fruit, home-made bread and cakes, cereals, cheeses, cold meats, and hot dishes. I could go on....good coffee, attentive and polite staff. We decided to try the breakfasts for one day, and then, having experienced, it we agreed that we would not find such a standard outside, we signed up for the whole week. The rooms were clean. I would have liked tea-making facilities, and also an extra chair. But very well done all round!
