Reviews
At first, my company booked me a single room, but it was right next to the elevator. The head of the bed was by the door, and I could hear everything—conversations, the elevator, and luggage rolling by. I only managed to sleep three hours that night.
Thankfully, the team moved me to another room the next day, and I was able to relax and rest properly after long work hours.
Breakfast was nice, and the staff were always welcoming. They gave great dinner recommendations and helped arrange transfers, which was super helpful.
Overall, the team made the difference. If you stay here, I’d recommend avoiding the single rooms are all located next to the elevator. Thanks again to Albert and the team for taking such good care of us!
Good:
- Location
- Spacious
Bad:
- not really clean (dust on cupboard)
- thin walls / loud from the neighbors
- worn / things falling apart
- horrible mattress (way too soft / worn)
- cards constantly malfunctioning / needed to be reactivated

I stayed at Petit Palace Tres Cruces in Madrid from March 23 to March 28, 2025, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
One day, after the cleaning service had come through, I discovered that cash and an iPhone 5S were stolen directly from my suitcase. When I reported it to the administration, their only response was, "You should have put your valuables in the safe." Excuse me? Since when is it acceptable for hotel staff to rummage through guests' personal belongings and steal whatever doesn't fit into a tiny deposit box?
Sure, a safety deposit box exists for a reason, but that’s not an excuse to normalize theft by your own employees. A hotel should be a place where guests feel safe – not a place where you have to worry about your things being looted by the staff when you’re out.
Shame on this hotel for employing thieves and brushing off serious incidents like it’s no big deal. If you value your belongings and your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.
It’s a nice hotel to pass a few nights and visit this beautiful city.
Excellent location to either walk to many places or jump on metro.
Good breakfast with plenty lovely fresh fruit and juices.
Comfortable room (205) with great shower and good AC. View was lovely as well.
Would recommend and happily stay here again.
I think I stayed in maybe the cheapest room in the hotel. It was on the ground floor, interior facing. The room was adequate, had the basics, but was essentially the size of the bed with a little space for the suitcase and the bathroom. The bathroom was very large, but it had a column in the middle of it that made it weird. The column was right in front of the toilet and shower entrance, probably the most inconvenient place. I was traveling solo for one night so no big deal. I personally wouldn’t stay here if I was traveling with someone else.
