The room looks amazing, the bed is nice and sturdy. Water in the room is only offered in a small plastic bottle on the first day. There is coffee/tea in the room but they only offer cups that are made from a mixture of paper and plastic, stoneware would be better, especially for a 4* hotel. Other facilities in the room are good, although cotton pads would be nice to have. The hotel is very conveniently located and quiet at night.

It combines outstanding value for money with exceptional quality. The rooms and common areas are impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and care. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are not only courteous and polite but also highly knowledgeable and professional, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was handled with the utmost attention to detail. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, contributing to an overall pleasant experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Madrid.

We loved Vincci Soho hotel. We were lucky and our rooms were ready in order to have an early check in. Staff was very helpful. Its rooms and location made our stay fantastic. I will definitely stay again at Vincci Sobo hotel when I am back to Madrid.

If you need WiFi for work, don’t even bother. The WiFi is awful, and will cut out for 10 minutes at a time about every 20-30 minutes, making it impossible to do any consistent work.
I have two devices, both mobile and laptop - the phone is a brand new iPhone 16, so it is not an issue with my devices as the front desk suggested.
I’ve been here for 3 days and it has not gotten better. If I didn’t prepay I would definitely have moved to a different hotel.
I’m willing to remove this review if the hotel makes it right for me.
