Great hotel, and one that I've stayed at a few times over the last ten years. All the staff I met were friendly and professional, and made us feel warmly-welcomed during our stay.
It's in a fantastic location, surrounded by decent bars, cafés and restaurants. The key sights and sites are easily walkable from the Vincci Soho, and getting to it from the airport is also pretty easy.

Superb location and nice rooms but most importantly amazing customer service.
Special shout-out to Silvia and and Nacho at the front desk who greeted us pleasantly, answered our questions promptly and gave us a really nice room!
Looking forward to coming back again.

Very nice place, with a sunny terrace outside. The lunch is healthy. The staff is very nice. The decoration is magnificent. Perfect place for digital nomads, with excellent wifi and a few electrical outlets ! Music perfect for working, or spending quality time with loved ones. Highly recommended !

Great location. Easy to get to from airport or train station. Friendly staff. Rooms a bit warm and air con was a bit hit and miss. Nice touch regarding my wife's birthday with a cake etc. Only down side - No kettle to boil water for tea. Not everyone drinks coffee.

We have to rate our stay in your hotel as excellent. The common areas of the hotel, complete with great decoration ideas...supper. The human service for the guests is great, during breakfast it was perfect and the breakfast variations were also superb, the cleanliness of the room was always impeccable, the receptionist was ready to help the client.
The room and bathroom are large enough, the only small drawback is that you can almost walk into the "bed" from the bedroom. Fortunately, the surrounding rooms were empty and it was quiet. And the last minor shortcoming was the lack of space in the reception area. There were often long queues.
The location of the hotel is superb.
Finally, our rating is number 9. Mr,Vaclav Soukup & Mr.Samuel Tejansie

The location of this hotel is great; right in the city centre and walking distance from all the main attractions. The public areas are very tastefully decorated and the staff are polite and professional, especially the concierge guy at reception who helped with looking after our stored luggage.
However, this is where the positives end. The room for a 4 star hotel was incredibly disappointing. It was very small (much smaller than the Japanese hotel rooms I had stayed in last month). It was dimly lit and it just wasn't that comfortable. The furniture was also scratched and damaged. Also there was no complimentary water. Paying almost €3 for a small bottle of water from the minibar is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
So all in all a mixed bag. I would stay in the far superior Hotel Vincci The Mint which had much better rooms.

Have had a lovely two days at this hotel the rooms a very nice and spacious. Staff at the hotel in all departments are very friendly and helpful. This is a very relaxing hotel the breakfast is also very good with a varied choice for everyone’s taste. All fresh foods and breads. A lovely surprise was waiting in our room for my birthday. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay pleasant.

Hotel Vincci was every bit as charming, welcoming, cozy, comfortable and attractive as I was hoping. Our bedroom was not huge, but the design is done so cleverly that we felt like we had a generous sitting area. We spent a lot of time on one of the many couches downstairs drinking tea and reading books. We ate more lunches and dinners there than we expected to -- partly because we slept through almost every breakfast. The location was close to everything, and we walked and walked and ate our way happily through Madrid, stopping occasionally at a museum. The staff was charming and responsive. I highly recommend the Hotel Vincci!

One of the best hotels in Madrid we visited! They provided us a lovely room, the service from the first step was amazing. We spent 3 nights but we regret we had to leave this wonderful hotel. Perfect location and service. We come back for sure

The hotel is very well situated. In an animated neighborhood, everything is a walking distance.
The staff is cool and the rooms are greats and confortables. The price worth the stay. I highly recommend to book here.
