Great location and helpful staff. Rooms are very basic and you can hear a lot of noise from others in the corridors. Would avoid if a light sleeper. Good for one night, no frills.

Mid-poor service, staff unhelpful, gave wrong directions, mixed up taxi call time, and made a rude joke/comment. Nothing serious but many small issues that soured the experience.
Quite a few stairs on the seventh floor to get to our room from the elevator which were highly inconvenient with heavy suitcases. Room lacking basic amenities such as tissues. Broken hairdryer, clogged drain, soap dispenser empty, many small issues — no big problems, easy to fix but many.
Breakfast is okay but staff again rude (knocked door into customer and just stared). Might be a cultural difference but I’ve not seen such service anywhere in the world.

Location is amazing but you need to watch for your belonging I had curvy Mattress so I ask them to change and they did while they changed someone stole Traveler pillow what a cheap way to steel traveler pillow

The only good thing about the hotel was the location, walkable distance to everything you could be interested in. However, the rooms were lacking and the bathrooms need to be renovated. Cleanliness was just okay. We found tiny worms multiple times crawling out of the bathroom. I also definitely do NOT recommend the breakfast. It was a super small variety and very low quality.

A decent hotel in the heart of Madrid. The rooms are only small, but clean and comfortable. Right next to Chueca and the central gay district. So much to see and do in the surrounding streets.

Perfect stay in downtown Madrid. A room for 3 very confortable et good size. So lucky to have a patio.
Very well located to explore the historic downtown, and close to the subway (Calleo and Gran Via) to explore the other neighborhood.
Lots of restaurants, shopping options.
Surprisely calm.

Location is good and probably the only good thing. It’s right across Zara Gran Via.
Rooms are okay and clean, but shower doesn’t have shampoo. We have to use our own shampoo and soap.
Breakfast is cheap at 12 euros. But you pay what you get. They have churros, which is great. But scrambled eggs are steamed and horrible in taste. All of their breads taste bad. Fruits are haphazardly cut and thoughtless. Jambon doesn’t seem to be fresh.
Overall it’s just okay if you want a decent place to stay

The location is perfect! On the gran.
I payed for a larger room and what I got is a room that was probably originally one big room that split to 2, became my room was very small and has some sort of a wall in side or cubicle in the middle of the room. It felt like there’s a room inside ours. We’ve complained and got a different room but had to wait 2 hours for it.

Room is big and nice , location is perfect, only the service mostly not good and there’s nothing special in this hotel except what’ve mentioned

Nobody helps you with luggage there’s was no kettle in the room and we requested there was no cups, also I lost some items in the room and when I checked with them they said they didn’t find anything.
