The room was tiny, which was expected, but the bed was too short (I'm 180 cm and had to sleep with my legs folded). The mattress was bad - you could feel every spring poking your back.
The walls are paper thin.
The ceiling in the toilet was crumbling. Even the number sign on the door was missing in my room.
And in the service side - the receptionist, bless her soul, knew only one or two words in English and wasn't helpful at all.
The only advantage of this place was it's really great location, but it was totally not worth the money.
The fact that it's a 2 star hostel doesn't mean that need to give bad service or do bad maintenance. Every 5€ hostel I slept in on the Camino was better.
