The room size was wonderful, we had a hair dryer, Wi-Fi, ironing station, and kittle. Air con working and helpful throughout the week. It felt like 5 star hotel experience. Location is, undoubtedly, the best in Madrid. Can’t wait to book again.

Very bad hotel, no reception we came and waited for 20min for someone to answer us. No amenties. Bad service.
They did not even let us use the room until 12h30 to check out and wanted to charge us money for storing the luggage

The room was very cozy and comfortable, well-equipped for what I needed: a place to spend the night, be able to shower, and be centrally located. I'll definitely try to get a room when I return to Madrid.

The room was clean and similar to the photos. The receptionist was very helpful. I arrived in the evening and the area was very crowded and the building was a bit dim so it was a bit worrying for me but it turned out to be safe.

The location is OK, the apartment is old, and the room is not too small. It is OK to live in. There was no wifi on the first day, and I solved the problem through Ctrip. I have to give a thumbs up to Ctrip's customer service. If there is any problem, it will be solved in 15 minutes. It is really good. This is also the reason why I have used Ctrip for many years.

Even though I checked in late at night, they were able to accommodate me without any problems. The receptionist was kind and patiently explained to me in English how to use the hotel. The elevator was old-fashioned and cool. The room itself was modern and clean, and I was able to use it without any problems. The location is great.

Super close to the center, it located in an old building, during the night was too noise, but everything is simple and comfortable here

Not clean. The lift in building is toooo old to use. The room is wet and smelly, hair dryer in washroom is broken into two pieces.
What’s more, the reception is always disappear , and no one speaks understandable English, I have to ask my local colleague for help on communication.
Payment is made at hotel but the hotel refuse to provide invoice. They said trips charged agent fees, they can’t provide invoice with the mount I paid. That’s ridiculous, who received money, who provide invoice , the agent fee is another thing , none business of the customers!
