Check- in and check out were easy and the staff very kind and knowledgeable.
Rooms were clean, cool when needed, and well taken care of throughout our stay. I had a room with an outdoor patio.
I was not a huge fan of the parking as I didn't realize you had to pay at the counter each time you wanted to leave the parking structure. It can be hard to maneuver, but is doable. This is the only negative I have.
I cannot express such gratitude to such a wonderful group of people working (cleaners, breakfast, front desk), all went above and beyond and made the experience so much more.
Metro is less than a minute walk from hotel.

Very well priced for the area, convenient to get to anywhere in the city. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and while the room was small (it's a big city after all) it was complete with everything you'd need and I slept great. Would happily return.

The best hotel in ALL network, in the centre, the street is not very good in terms of security, just ignore them. It has a 24-h open supermarket almost next door. If you really need something as it is a nightmare. My room was very comfortable. I did all my planning ahead, so I knew which trabsportation, where, etc. The personnel at the hotel does the minimum required, which is acceptable. Food at breakfast was goid and enough for me. Will return.

Very nice budget hotel. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Good shower. Would have liked a bit more leg room in the very small toilet! The hotel is on the metro and close to many of the cities' attractions. Breakfast is a typical Spanish buffet, as you would expect. Reception staff are very helpful and also speak good English. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable base while exploring Madrid.

Cute little no-frills hotel in a fantastic location. Really close to the Metro but I’m walking distance from all the major attractions. The surrounding neighbourhood is bustling and filled with bars and restaurants. Service was friendly. Shower was decent. Would stay here again.

15 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and the metro is across the street. Ana and Marta were very helpful with a logistics issue and made our stay more enjoyable. I would definitely stay there again.

Smartly arranged tiny room, not for space overs. Rooms on the street side can be very loud until late hours. Poor breakfast. Very close to the city center, metro station just under your nose.
